For a long time now I've been reading threads but never posted, for now a quick 1st time post.
Are you aware that Bathmate make an alternate comfort pad for at least the x40/40 that basically has an extended insert tube I ordered one for my x40 & 40 arrived earlier this week. It's not mentioned on even the manufacturers website and I only found out about it from a Bathmate employee who mentioned it on another forum, so I contacted Bathmate and ordered. Like so many other I have issues with gaiter bite, so far tried new insert couple times and no issue of cause with bite or any other discomfort so far(when the gaiter is fully compress or close to it you can see part of the tube start to show in the main section past the gaiter)
My balls always get pulled up to be right at the base of comfort pad (however that doesn't caused any discomfort, only if skin inside happened to get caught in gaiter when compressed)
A couple thing's Bathmate told me they are considering future x40's to have longer insert as standard it already comes with Xtreme 30/40(btw xtreme x40 is available ltd pre release, i've ordered it)
The longer insert does take away small amount of space for girth so if say you are almost maxing out x40 the longer insert might make u max out.
See how I go with it next few days also try it out with x40.

No you don't need to order the comfort pad-longer insert if you are getting either Xtreme 30 or 40 as they come with it and I gather its exactly the same as the one you can order for just the standard x40 & x40. I should get Xtreme 40 sometime next week can let you know exactly what's in that one...smokey622;564475 said:

I bought the x40 that came with a comfort pad.
Is the universal pump sleeve more comfortable than the standard comfort pad that is provided with the x 30?

I hope they will sell the extreme comfort pad seperetly some day. I ordered the pump sleeve and going to try out this weekend! I'm gonna get some lube and cut some slits on the top to allow for more space. I'm excited to try it out and see how much was being held up at the base.
I honestly don't understand how this will stop gatorbite...wouldn't the gator chew right through that sleeve? Itd have to be something stiff...

It helps keep the gaiter off you skin, i suppose the top of the sleeve holds to your penis keeping the sleeve from folding in with the gaiter. Im just guessing though I really want to try it but have not yet. Makes sense to me but like others are saying its a PIA to get it all setup? It's been many months since I posted anything on here. After giving out my X-40 and X-40, I bought the Hydromax X40. The problem I'm having is the gator bite. The comfort pad that came with my Hydromax is a short one. I want to buy the pump sleeve but I'm having problem with my location. I'm living in Nigeria. Can anyone please tell me how I can get the pump sleeve to be delivered to me in Nigeria? Thanks everyone.
