BathMate Universal Pump Sleeve for use with Bathmate

That was an excellent post, and an awesome tutorial. Repped you for it, and thank you for taking the time to share this with everyone here. I have already shared this three other places, giving you credit ofcourse. Excellent advice. For anyone else looking at this, you can buy these universal pump sleeves from amazon for like 7 bucks. heres the link;

The first time I tried to use flaccid and I'll let you know right now that this is not going to work unless you break it in, in a few uses because the first time squeezing your penis through that hole is not going to work so make sure you are at least 75% erect or fully erect when using it for the first few times. Okay so after I get going and I'm fully pumped to where I can't go anymore I immediately notice the comfort and no skin pinching in the ridges what so ever. I did it the regular way for 20 min straight with no SSJs since it seemed when I was not using the sleeve that if I went for 20 min the pain at the base would be the worst when you were done. You guys know when you try pumping during your session you can feel the ridges digging into the skin causing pain when your trying to pump for higher numbers well with this I felt none of that. Anyhow at the end when I took it off you do see the shape from the ridges on your base but there was absolutely no pain when I was done and the ridges where gone in a matter of minutes. I can honestly say that this was the best Bathmate session I ever had and I now want to do it even more (not just cause of pic 6 either.....well maybe). As for suction, it seemed the same but I felt I could go a little higher since I didn't shave down there yet. Oh yeah, you guys notice when you don't shave and you may feel a little less suction and hair being pulled into the ridges, well not with this I felt none of that at all. For the best Bathmate session however do shave as I normally do. So for the suction it seemed the same. Comfort and pain just seem to disappear and clean up couldn't have been any easier since all you do is take it off wipe your Bathmate off and wash the sleeve. Durability seems like it will make it last a long time which would be cheaper then buying condoms all the time lol but we'll see down the road. The only thing I had a little trouble with was fulling it up with water in the tub but no trouble fulling it up with water out of the tub because when you put it under water it seemed to not want to fill but after the first few tries I could fill it up pretty easily in the tub under water. One thing I did notice is that it seems to only target the penis meaning it prevents most if not all of the skin from the balls being sucked in. I still will hold my balls out of the way but with this I could pump and not have to hold my balls out of the way which was great. Well guys that's my review of the pump sleeve and hope you guys find this helpful. I did notice 2 links for the pump sleeve on the site for the ones I bought and I think the more expensive one comes in different sizes but don't quote me on that as I just paid for the $5.50 one which fits perfectly around the X-40 and should the X-40 but X-40 users should not need this as this is just for using the Bathmate with comfort and without pain. anyone here own/owned a max vac? It seems that the sleeves for use with that might be good to use for this purpose.

Yes, they would work fine. Also, I am not sure when, but very soon Penomet will have their pump sleeve ready and I can tell you it is insane! I got to try it in Miami 6 months back and it is SUPenis EnlargementR comfy with tremendous pressure hold.
 
how much do you estimate you have to trim the sleeves so you can fit easily and let you expand full??

In general when i pump i am on 197 mm nearly 200mm . With sleeve on i couldn't reach 180 and my dick was stuck and started to get thicker before reaching 197 which is my limit.

The only away to make good pumping is comfort pad, especially those cleaning clothes i use

Did you use the sleeve as is or cut a bigger opening before using it? Works much better if you cut a bigger opening before hand. I fill the x40 girth wise and it helps me alot.
 
Just ordered one set. Cost me $21 CDN with shipping. In the comments section I wrote "a gift for my grandfather"

Jakb, my natural girth is 5.75". I can easily fill the X-40. I will be using these sleeves with the Herc. Will I need to cut them to fit me and what is the best way to go about doing that? Thx
 
will these fix all sucking on the Bathmate x40?

will the latex grip the skin near my nuts preventing it from being sucked in or o these work in a different way? i dont get ow these things make any diff please advise

They are more for smaller pumps. Pumps where the gaiters leave rings on your base because your base is too big for the pump. Ie X-40. Makes it so the latex sleeve is being sucked into your base, not the gaiter. So hopefully it leaves no rings.

What is your girth and length? I am wondering how big you have to be to use x40

tbh i think i made a mistake getting the x40 i should have got the x40.

flacid

4-4.5" long
4.23" girth

erect

6.5" long
5" middle 4.5" base :( girth

i all so think i have very odd balls i will be posting next week some pics and a pic of the problem with me nuts getting raped against the comfort ring.

i would have got the x40 but im sure i read i would be ok in the x40 and tbh this is a one off if i had ot grew the x40 i would never get the money for a x40 in the future.
 
U need the X-40. For sure. The x40 is bigger in girth than the X-40. And not sure why you bought the x40. You're getting sucked in because you aren't big enough for the x40. I have the same problem with the X-40.

What I would do is try to return the x40. Buy the X-40. You will take many months of dedicated and intelligent effort to max out the X-40. At that point, purchase the x40.

If you can't return the x40, the good news is, if you figure out how to use a pump that is too big for you, it will give you mostly base girth gains. So you could use the x40 after you've done your X-40/x40 workout for that extra base girth expansion.

ok so its to big for me now but later on it wont be i hope so here is my plan

i cant afford another Bathmate etc so maybe if i get an airpump a smaller one there cheaper so heres me plan pump up to max on airpump and hopefully i should get bigger temp gains because its better suited to my size (i heard the closer to the walls of the Bathmate the better it is it would explain why i dont see much gains in my x40 its just to big for me so i hope get get gain bigger with a better suited size airpump).

then once i have done that i will go into the Bathmate and hope it helps with my issue.

would this sound possible?.

Sounds possible. But the X-40 is only $110 Canadian (Must be cheaper in US). How much are the air pumps? If you could get one for like $50 I'd say it's worth saving the $50. But if its close to the price of the X-40, I'd say go with the Bathmate.

That being said, I've never used an air pump. I have heard from many users on this forum who have used air pumps that once they tried a water pump, they stopped using their air pumps.

Jakb is the guy to talk to about pumps. He knows way more than I. He owns 3 Bathmates, a penomet, and air pumps.

But I'm pretty sure if you can afford it the water pump is the way to go. The suction on the Bathmate is legit. Not sure how the air pumps are.

Also, read that whole thread. He answers a lot of my questions about the pumps and gives measurements. You could always PM him too but I;m sure he would respond in that thread, plus you would give other users a chance to see his answers to your questions.

In the meantime, don't give up on the x40. I am a skinny fucker, I have the bone structure of many North American women. I figured out how to use the X-40 (which is bigger than the x40) and get a good pump. Took me at least a week of fucking around before I figured out how to use it the best I could. Yes, it sucked in my whole pelvis and I had to hold my balls so they woudln't get sucked in, but I figured it out and it made my base girth thick and my penis thick. So get to work with your x40 until you decide what pump is best for you.
