I'm pretty sure somewhere on the net, somebody is customizing them.
I tried these out in the shower. I must say I found it difficult to get the Bathmate filled up with all the water. I then had to get a full erection to quite forcefully get my penis inside. I was able to pump up the Bathmate and the suction was quite good and I enjoyed the feeling. However when I was done, I had a problem getting out of the sleeve. The Bathmate session had swelled my penis head up quite a bit and I could get it back out through the sleeve while it was still attached to the Bathmate. I had to pull the sleeve of the Bathmate and then turn the silicone sleeve inside out to get it off my penis. Has anyone else here had this problem? If so, what is the solution? Ami doing something incorrectly perhaps? Thanks in advance for any and all help provided.

I do my normal jelq session with lube. Than I go to the bathroom, fill up the Bathmate with hot water. Get my semi erect to full erect and slide my dick in. The lube helps A LOT, so leave it on your dick. Then for taking it off put my hand on the sleeve keeping it from getting pulled off as I slide my dick out holding the release valve.
Sometimes I'm want a short Bathmate session while I take my shower. This is tougher because I need to get my flaccid hard, really hard if you're going in the Bathmate without lube. So use shampoo.

To get rid of the air bubble with the sleeve on you must have the sleeve come out of the bottom of the Bathmate and fill that up with water.Then you carefully push it back into the Bathmate and if you did it correct all the air bubbles between the sleeve and Bathmate should be gone and when you put your penis in it, it shouldn't let any more air in. It works pretty well I find.
BUT all of a sudden I cant even use the Bathmate anymore because it just starts braking ALOT of blood vessels on top of my shaft.... This never started happening to me until recently... I cant get a good pump with out having my whole penis covered with broken blood vessels.... Its kinda pissing me off cuz it was like an over night thing from Pumping from 30-60mins a day with no broken vessels at all to 10mins and my whole penis with red spots everywhere.... They happen to anyone also? or am I alone on this one...

First of all, I don't have the sleeve. I've been looking around and I might get one some day. Especially when the cushion (comfort pad) on my Bathmate will wear down.
Anyway, I've been to Japan and I guess you guys might know onaholes or these nice masturbators they sell over there? So, I've got a bunch of those kind of toys. I also have a FleshLight, but that's another story!
So, these "loveholes" do wear down, some are not meant for long time usage. Some you can't even wash properly. (Yeah, one time only usage, kind of a waste!)
Where am I going? Well, I actually modified one of the holes so that it fits nicely on my penis when I use the Bathmate. The sleeve is cut so that it is "on" the gaiter rings. So, when I put this sleeve on and use my Bathmate, I don't get the achy rings!
I just finished a session and noticed also a line on my penis, it's from the gaiter ring. (I didn't use the sleeve this time, I've been doing some tests!) When I use the sleeve, which is silicone by the way, the marks are kind of funny, but really fade away fast! And no pain!
So, that's my small story, I hope it made some sense. I am most likely going to buy one of these sleeves, but as said, some found it difficult to insert and then difficult to come out! Definately needs some lube work I think ... And maybe some scissors, to make the sleeve a bit more open. Going over 180 nowadays, 190 seems quite close ... I'm almost scared how effective Bathmate is!

I got the sleeve to work. I had to cut the end of it because it was too thin.
The key is attaching the sleeve, then pulling it OUT of the Bathmate while still attached and filling the whole Bathmate up with water. Once it is filled with water, stuff the sleeve back in and pump. I have had no air bubbles when I do this right and the suction is very good.
It also is much more comfortable with the sleeve than without. I got horrible rings on the base of my shaft and it was almost cut and bleeding. With the sleeve, I get none and it's way more comfortable.

I'm in need of a little help! No matter what I do, I can't seem to get the sleeve right. I cut the end off to make the opening wider which helped but I can never seem to get good suction at all. I can tolerate the pain without the sleeve, but I'd rather not have to deal with it!

If it's a rubber sleeve, you could lightly "polish" with some sandpaper. Pain without the sleeve, Hydromaxhh ... I don't get pain nowadays as I started to use some lube. Silicone lube to be exact. Oh sure, I'm not sure if it's good for the Bathmate rubber, but I always clean up my Bathmate pretty well after a session.
You could give a lube a go, try sanding the sleeve or trimming your pubes if they are long. I for myself don't use a sleeve at the moment, although I'm getting the rings. During my sessions I slightly massage that gaiter area though, seems to help me.
And the lube, this silicone lube helps me stay real slick and makes the sessions more enjoyable. Yeah, it's a one more part to a session, but hey, going for a bigger dick takes some steps!
