I second that notion! I posted before saying that MOS is the reason for me getting seriously back into the game after falling prey to less..."transparent" Penis Enlargement programs. This place is packed with great advice and ideas, like the velcro mod for SG is amazing lol. Since that helped greatly, I have a quick question about the universal sleeves and my Bathmate. I bought the sleeves in advance, and lo and behold my comfort pad finally gave way and I tore the rest off. So far I love the sleeve, the only problem I'm having is filling it without getting an air bubble. Any tips or tricks from those that have mastered it? Always seems that air is getting trapped between the Bathmate wall/gator and the sleeve. Even when I suBathmateerge it, the open end wants to lift which leads me to believe there's an air pocket. This never happened before applying the sleeve. Especially pjp, as I see you figured out the same issue with practice and I've taken all the obvious steps of shaving, lube etc. Just looking for pointers in the right direction. Thanks!

I just ordered the sleeves today and I'm very excited to try them. Like a lot in here the foam ring has come off my Bathmate. I actually found some super glue that would make it stick for a while. But after 3-4 sessions it would come off again. Therefore I'm wondering whether you still need the ring when you are using the sleeves?

\Guess it's time for me to buy a pump sleeve....My comfort ring finally gave up...I tried to do hardcore stretches for the first time today and it did not go too well. Trying to adjust the fallen comfort ring in place while also attaching the Bathmate proved tedious, and if I did get to pump the ring would awkwardly move out of place and I'd lose suction. 
Forget about my experience trying to use it without a comfort ring and just the gator--painful. Hardcore stretches are tough enough as it is since you have to be delicate enough to turn it in a direction while not losing suction.

Wow. This Pump sleeve is the coolest cheap mod ever. I've been pumping for 10 years(27 now) with no results.Why? Because how uncomfortable Pumping can be. Always sucks a nut up in the cylinder,or even the turkey neck area.Hurts ,so i can never get a routine going. I put this sleeve on my pump after receiving it the other day and it makes the biggest difference.It kept My cock in there and what needed to stay out ;stayed out. The Bathmate is a miracle to this current generation of Penis Enlargement. It seems that you are an OG of the Penis Enlargement game, as a pumper of 10 years. I had purchased the sleeves and used it last night and don't see how it's made anything better.
Firstly, the sleeve didn't fit right. It had wrinkles around the opening that left indentations on my penis, like the Bathmate does except only vertically and not horizontally.
Secondly, the tapered end was so narrow that it was difficult to pass my gland through, it choked the shaft while I was pumping, and getting out of it was a bit painful.
I'm going to mess around with it a bit more tonight so that it fits better because I really want to have a more comfortable experience in the Bathmate.
I read that some who have a larger girth make incisions at the narrow end to open it up. I'm reluctant to do that because I had already spent $14 in duty to receive the $6 item. I don't know should I just do it?
P.S. The Wine Vac pumping works like a charm if you can get the cap on it fine enough! :cool:

Hmm well I decided to make the incisions plus I adjusted the slip and it was much more comfortable.
All-in-all I recommend the sleeve add-on because now there is a lot less pain from the pressing of the rings on the penis.
Now I'm just working on being more consistent in my use :cool:
