same as bulq, i'd love to try this but am confused on the part where it says push forward .5".

does this mean while clamping at the base with the OK grip, push your grip forward by half an inch to increase blood pressure in the penis?

Yeah thanks Supra! i have gained about 1/4 to 1/2 an inch in girth after doing these for about 3 to 4 weeks. rofl And i have gotten off after just about every session.:s
If anyone wants to gain girth, then this is a really good exercise!

Im just doin phase 2 DLD Jelq and bend and compression squeeze then clamping after it
 
Im still doing the supra slammers for girth, this is my only girth exercise.

How is your routine and everything been going lately, bulc? Have you gained anything recently?

If your member is conditioned for it. you can do them every day. i do and i love it. my erections are unbelievable. reread the first post and you can see why you should not ejaculate.
