I'm 8,3" right now (measured on the top) and haven't gained since my 0.5 cm gained in one week with the DLD blasters. <

I would suggest that you retract the foreskin and wrap just bellow the glans. You only need to wrap the area that is being attached and leave a bit more out of the top, by your glans this way it prevents any slippage.
