Very cool and inspiring thread. I'm only just looking through it today after finding it in the hanging forum. Not sure why it's in this forum, as I don't see anyone using a hanger with this method, but whatever...I don't feel like moving it ;)

I am going to try this out myself. I've been wanting to get back into hanging, and am still planning to when my wife and I get moved into our new place next week. I don't think I'll be (in fact, I know I won't) buying any kettle bell weights though. I already have over 40lbs in weight plates and a weight stacker pin. I'm thinking, why not just take a long white sock I already have laying around, tie it into a circle, clip it through a carabiner clip on the stacker pin, then squat down and run my dick through the sock, then stand up? Seems like it would work to me. Nothing else for me to go out and buy either.

I'll keep ya guys posted.

That would def work as long as you use a thick sock!
The cool thing about ur stacked improvised kettle bell is its weight adjustable so that you can keep adding weights.

Yea, I realized an old wife beater tee shirt tied into a circle is a much better idea. It's much thicker overall and a bigger circle than the sock was. I just gave this a go with 18lbs for 5 minutes and am very impressed so far! I wish I had more time today, but I'm on the "honey do" list before I go meet my wife to sign for our place. Hope to work on this some more next week!

Great job by the way to everyone involved in this concept so far. I couldn't help but think to myself "damn, why didn't I think of that??" especially after being around the Penis Enlargement community for as long as I have. LOL

Hey Guys, You may wonder where I've been the last couple days... I'm totally screwed for a couple days... this is one of the danger's of OVER doing Penis Enlargement!! I had purty bad urethral bleeding so I'm decomissioned for a few days... lastnite tho I did have a raging hard on and despite all the breaks and problems I've had the last month I've gained around a 1/8 - a 1/4 inch of length!! Jury is still out on the girth! Just a caution!! I don't know it this is what caused the bleeding!! But the kettle bell mandingo stretch is what I was doing when it happened!! I would NOT suddgest doin that till I see if there is a problem there!! I'd rather be fucked up then have all you guys be!! Thanks guys!! I'll be overhauling my routine!! I haven t tried those mandingo kettle bell stretches so I probably won t now.

I have added in 20 to 40 minutes of BTC stretches to my Penis Enlargement and am confident I will gain erect length from them as they are the most intense thing I've done.

Pri, I'm willing to bet you w were partially erect when doing the mandingos. I've had blood from my urethra when I had a slightly erect glans. Just capillaries ruptured and it heals almost instantly. Grats on the gains!

Do not sweat it man,As long as you can fuck bitches everything should be kick ass,sometime i do the mandingos with the kettlebell but if your doing say 40 pds i would set back to 35 pounds for these in particular because of more intensity also so you do not get lig toughness.

Urethral bleeding is not directly hanging related. Possibly bundling caused it, something that raises internal pressure. I have only seen urethral bleeding from glans squeezing for mushroom gain.

Some barbell plates, Gold's Gym for example, in the 25 pound size, have "handles" similar to kettlebells. There are stores for nothing but used exercise equipment, like pawnshops, really cheap for plates and kb's.

Bundling is great in the weight range you are using. Try swinging and pulsing by almost jumping up and down.

One bonus I have gained from the kettle bell hanging at the base of my dick is very strong erections with a high angle.
Do you think the high angle comes from resting the kettle bell at the base and that area is strengthened as a result giving the higher angle?

I think that you could be pulling some inner penis out and that may have an upward curve to it. Other than that it seems impossible that you could be pulling straight down on inner p and suspensory ligs and actually increase your upward angle. I am only hanging straight down these days, yet still have upward angle erection. Upward angle is good for sex; more options. Curve is good for finding more room instead of hitting cervix ceiling, but then in doggy or reverse positions curve is "bad" for the same reason but if we aim for the same area down or forward then the curve is rubbing g-spot in doggy or reverse positions. I was getting cussed out and seeing avoidance tactics when I was just hitting the cervix ceiling. This grip is awesome! Practically welds my penis to my hand. I use a very simple, "harbinger" brand wrist strap. Anything similar should work just fine. Found in most stores that have a "sporting goods" area. These straps are used to help keep your grip on barbells, bars, etc. during "pulling" or curling exercises. Just a few dollars usually for a pair, maybe around $10 at most.

I point the strap part toward my thumb as shown in this first picture.
 
Continue rotating toward the palm. You end up with a "bundled" grip as a result, but that's supposed to provide a better overall stretch anyway isn't it? ;)
 
"Turn" your grip toward your pubic area as I do here. Then, simply squeeze your grip together onto your strap/penis. You won't find a better grip, I guarantee!

May take a little tinkering to get the feeling just right and comfort right, but it's worth doing.
 
I plan to Kettle Bell Hang for 30min daily starting at about 10 pounds and then move to 1 hour hanging with 5 pounds right after kettle bell.

Day by day, I will increase the weight of the kettle bells and the hanging weight too, though I will take breaks in between for circulation.

If I do this for year, there is no way I can't gain at least 1.5 inches in length.
 
Here I am doing a 'bundled, hanging-V stretch' for lack of a better term. LOL 20.5lbs. I've just tied an old "wife beater" t-shirt into a big circle nice and tight for running my penis through. I squat down with the wrist strap snug around my wrist. Place my stretched flaccid penis through the t-shirt, then wrap the strap around and stand up. It took me a little practice at first, but so far so good! This is just my first set today as I'm just now getting everything right.

My grip seems to be fine with 15 lbs at 20 minute sessions.
I switch hands every 2 minutes and grip my dick with my whole hand behind the glans.

My theory on why the kettlebell V stretch/hanging is so good because you are doing 2 stretches at the same time ...the weight at the base of ur dick is pulling on the ligaments and the high angle you need to hold ur dick to keep the weight in place streches out ur inner penis!

SirKyle, according to what I remember from science class somewhere between 6th to 9th grade, doing a V stretch with a hanger would halve the weight on the hanger. That might make a hanger comfortable with 80 pounds that worked with 40 pounds max. Since the weight is not hanging with the dick passing through a pulley, it may work even better the more "friction" at the V. The greater the friction at V, the more comfortable the hanger or the more possible the hand grab. The more the friction at V, the more pull between V and body, the less the pull from V to hanger or hand grip. I haven't tried a hanger with V, or high friction like a knot at V, so I don't know. Sounds good to try.
