I didn t do any today ...wanted to rest but i did 30 minutes of wet erect jelqing -I can't keep my hands off my dick!

I was looking at my hard cock and it definitely looks bigger since I 've been doing these so I'm really excited...I don't want to measure tho till the end of this month.

How do you wrap your cock for hanging? I may add those in later.

@ Dickleaker - My EQ skyrockets with any pe i do but when i clamp or hang heavy my eq rages out of control,sometimes it takes 30 min for my erection to subside

I'm highly disappointed in myself, my dick, and my kettle bell stretches and jelqing.... I only gained a 1/4 of a inch this month in length and none in girth... I'm purty pissed after all the work I put in!! Maybe DLD could shed some ligth on why my gains were so little this month!! :(

Congratulations Priapus!

Being down on urself is not cool tho man.For me those are incredible gains for only one month.
That's one quarter inch bigger than last month in erection man!
Its great to have goals and keep them mind cause its what keeps us motivated to do all the work but I think 100 percent of members here would be extremely happy with that much gain in one month.
I am realistically hoping for one half inch in erect gains in 3 months so put it into perspective and please be happy with ur results cause its inspiring to me and others following ur progres!

@ Praipus90 - The more pain then i am happy,feels like i am doing something,you should hang also right after.I am gonna work up to 70 kettlebell v-stretches,i will make more videos as i progress in 5 pound weight increases.

Day 7 ..took a longer than expected break but back at it yesterday.

20 minutes kettle bell V stretch followed by 10 minutes of erect wet jelqing X 2 sessions.

From watching Superdick's vid on these he recently done I am now gripping my dick with my whole hand which is way better than my old method of gripping behind the glans with just my thumb and first finger.I only have to change my hands now every few minutes rather than every minute and its much easier to grip.I will probably up the weight to 20 lbs or 25 lbs with this new grip cause its so good .

Day 8

20 minute session kettle bell V stretch/hang followed by 17 minutes of very erect wet jelqing -great expansion on this one!

evening was 21 minute session of kettle bell V stretches /hang

This new grip is awesome and may even motivate me go for longer sessions -its gripping my dick with my whole hand and is great!

Your fist will actually push down on the handle some and with the twist and all... its a dick rippin STRETCH!! Actually it should have the opposite effect shouldn't it!! If the ligaments are stretched your erection shouldn't be as high... idk... I haven't had that happen to me personally!!

Officially Day 11

20 minute session of kettle bell V stretch at 15 lbs.

evening was same 20 min sess followed by 25 minute of erect wet jelqing...again anyone gain girth from these cause the temp expansion is awesome!

I ve got 3 more weeks of this routine till I measure for gains.I will be picking up a heavier kettle bell this week when I get paid.
Priapus- are you using a heavier kettle bell these days?

@Dickleaker- Yeah Man!! I am using a 20lber now!! Its about to tear my COCK OFF but the work out is great!!

@fonic- I seen one guy on here or maybe it was on the "Gold's Gym Band Threat" that said something about trying it... the only problem I'd see with doing it the way you suggest is that you'll be juggling ALOT OF STUFF!! But I assume that it is possible to do the stretch that way.

I am gonna move up to the 20 lb er this week cause I am getting used to the 15 lb one and I want more intensity.With gripping my whole dick I don't see a problem with the grip or slippage like the way I first started doin these.

If I get 1/4 " gain in EL on my measure date I will be extremely happy.

I went out and bought a 20lb kettle bell and it was not quite enough weight so I picked up a 30LB and hope I'm doing all this right. I can hold the 20 lb for several minutes but the 30 lb I'm only getting a minute or two before my grip slips.

How long are the sessions? I think I went for about 30-40 min holding a minute or so at a time with the 30lb right at the base and then maybe an inch off the base toward the middle.

I dont feel any soreness so I hope I'm doing these long enough. I saw the video (thanks for that!) so I should have the technique correct.

Another great stretch I've been using that can complement this is kind of a behind the cheeks type stretch while laying down. I can lay in bed and pull my dick between my legs with an overhand stretch and hold it there for 5-10 min at a time before repeating with the other hand and to the other side. I get a really really strong pull and you can flex your butt cheeks to really add some great torque.

Just thought I'd throw that out there..not sure if it's been discussed. It's an easy one but very strong stretch to do while laying in bed and reading or watching tv.

After I'm done with the Kettle bell I switch to these for another hour or so. Total stretch time is then maybe 1.5 hour a night. Do you guys thing this is enough?

Dude with a thirty pounder you should definately be feeling some soreness... The way your doin it in 1 minute segments is how I'm doin it!! But yeah you should feel something... your doin the kettlebell V-stretches right!?

Sounds like ur doing these correctly especially if u watched Superdick's vid and are copying that .
I do 20 minute sessions twice a day and it makes the base of my dick and ligaments sore .I follow it with wet erect jelqing to get as much blood as I can into my dick following the sessions and get great girth and length expansion which is temporary but great for blood flow ,tissue expansion ,erection quality ,etc.

The stretch you do following the kettle bell is my favorite of all the stretches and squeezing ur ass also gets even better stretch..way to go for using these /think they have big gaining potential because the grip and stretch is so good and intense .
What's ur size now and ur goals?

I haven 't measured my gains yet doing this exercise /my next measure date is end of June but since starting these I can see my erect dick is bigger without measuring ,which has me super inspired to keep going with them and moving up in weight this week.

Priapus90 has gotten 1/4" gain in a month from these and I, like you would be extremely happy with that gain in erect length!

I hope you do a beginning measure /set a goal and realistic length of period to accomplish it and then report back to everyone on your results !

I am 6 15/16 x 5 1/2 ..soooo close to a major milestone for me of 7"..I hope this kettle bell puts me over the top. It is such a great feeling to at least be above average at this point and to be past the point feeling inadequate. My goal is to reach the holy grail of 8" x 6".

I have to do these 1x a day so I guess I'm going to try and go for 40 Min sessions. So is the consensus about 20-40 min with everyone?

I tried doing it directly with the kettle bell but it seemed like it was just squishing my dick and it made it hard to stretch? Anyone else have this happen before? I ended up tying a shirt around the kettle bell and hanging the shirt around the base of my dick with the kettle bell attached.
 
Day 12

20 minute session in morning followed by 10 minutes of wet erect jelqing.

Same routine in evening but standing up this time instead of sitting down ...sitting down with the extra weight hanging makes my butt sore !I find standing up I get a better stretch and I can squeeze my butt together and push forward to really target my ligaments with the kettle bell resting at the base .
