Are you gripping ur dick and holding it up in a V stretch? If so that should work but I would think the shirt would dig in more to ur base cause its not as wide as the handle of the kettle bell which distributes the weight better.However if this works for you that s great !

Day 13

20 minute session of kettle bell V stretch /hang in morning standing up-I now find standing up hits the ligaments much better.

20 min session of same in evening followed by 40 minutes!! of wet erect jelqing ...crazy good powerful jelqs!!
 
Little tip. I use to grip behind the glands with a folded piece of toilet paper. I Find the stretch becomes very isolated if you use a rage like this instead.

Been working much better than before.

I used my index and thumb when I only used toilet paper, being it'd rip.

And No. I put the toilet paper around the glands, then grab the glands with the toilet paper in between, basically so my fingers don't slip.

Same with the wrag, but I use my whole hand instead.

Day 14

I am now doing 2 days on and one day off for rest because if I go for 3 days or more my dick gets too fatigued so this works great for the moment.

20 minute session earlier in day V stretch/hang with 15 lbs.

25 minute session in evening ...my longest ever! followed by 25 minutes of wet erect jelqing.

Hoping to pick up a heavier kettle bell tomorrow .It will be either 20 lbs or 25 lbs.

Day 16 which was yesterday ...again no time to post last night

20 minutes kettle bell V stretch/hang 15 lb. standing up! followed by 10 minutes of erect wet jelqing X 2 sessions

Have started applying the Amylactin cream I have on my dick constantly thru out the day for last couple of days after reading some recent posts of it by other members and have noticed a lightening of my skin which I am happy about .I think I was under aplying it before at twice a day!

Does anyone know if there is a danger from to much exposure to this stuff?

evening session I decided to change it up a bit and will follow this slightly different routine till my measure day at end of month
15 minutes of BTC stretches ...alternating left side to right side of balls every minute

followed by 12 minutes more of wet erect jelqing

afternoon- 20 minutes of kettle bell V stretches
10 minutes of BHC stretches

evening- 20 minutes of kettle bell V stretches
12 minutes of BHC stretches
20 minutes of wet erect jelqing

that setup sounds ingenious dude ...If I were to do that I think my sets might be a bit shorter to keep the blood flow fresh into my dick while doing the exercise.Right now i am changing hands every couple of minutes and when I do that i shake fresh blood into my dick.

Good for u for trying! How much weight were u using?

Try the BTC stretches...grab ur dick with ur whole hand and then u can squeeze ur butt muscles for extra stretch...they are very good and super intense!

I'm doing 1 evening session of 40-60 min with 35LB with the Kettlebell right now. I'm only 10-12 sessions in at this point. I cant believe how quick you guys have seen gains!

I have really noticed a much harder pull when putting as close to the very base as possible. I had not been really doing that previously but rather a tad off the base. i think that is gonna make a difference.

I also find that using an athletic ankle sock as padding around the handle works great. They are a little thicker than other types of socks and are short so you dont have to wrap them around..just lay it across the handle and it works great.

Good for u man at 35 lbs and 40 to 60 minutes per day you should see some great gains if you keep at it consistently ...both my self and Priapus90 have had gains from these!!

I did 20 minute session every day at 10 minute sets and 10 minutes jelqing after first 10 minutes afterwards 10 more minutes.

BTC...put one leg on a chair
from behind your leg grab your dick with your whole hand
now put your raised leg down slowly and you will feel the ligaments at the base stretch and burn depending on
how strong you pull

I wrap my dick with a thin cloth so the sweat is absorbed from my hand which gives a way better grip!

With the kettle bell hanging there is no flattening cause its so close to my body and the base of my dick.You should wrap the handle tho for comfort!

My flaccid size is about the same as my hand so im grabbing pretty close to the base...I first started doing stretches with my first finger and thumb only so there was a lot of slippage and my finger would cramp so I said fuck it and started doing stretches with my whole hand around my dick because the more intensity the better(but be careful if ur just starting out to not hurt urself).

I think these are the best stretches for me for length cause they feel even more intense than the kettle bell V stretch.
