Happy Friday all... Hope the week was good

Woke up and I was crazy sore. I don't know why but the workouts feel like they are more effective, but maybe I'm just learning how to put everything together.

Got a great AM stretch through the soreness (Newbie Stretches, BTC, Erect Stretches) then used the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]SG[/words] [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]Extender[/words] 4 x 1 hour sets with stretch breaks. With the [words=http://TLCTugger.com/MOS]VLC[/words] I can go way longer, but I like to upset my penises world every hour with some manual stretching.

After the 4 hours I warmed up with a heating pad (30 minutes) and got ready to do [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]Penomet[/words] super sets.

5 minutes purple (60) followed by 5 minutes of Jelqs and 5 minutes of [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-forum/12539-slow-squash-jelq-nothing-give-me-better-expansion.html]SSJ[/words]
5 minutes blue (65) followed by 5 minutes of [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-forum/12539-slow-squash-jelq-nothing-give-me-better-expansion.html]SSJ[/words]'s and 5 minutes of Jelqs
5 minutes black (70) followed by 5 minutes of Jelqs and 5 minutes of [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-forum/12539-slow-squash-jelq-nothing-give-me-better-expansion.html]SSJ[/words]'s
20 minutes of edging followed by a hot shower and massage.

At night I got into the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] for another 4 x 1 hour sets (with manual stretching)
after those 4 hours are done, I like to [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?44-Ace-Strapped-Jims-Joint]Uncle Jims[/words] wrap and get some heat from a heating pad on until I get off to bed.

I feel and see some goodness going on in my penis... cant wait until I measure again on the 25th.

To what degree? I restored about half my foreskin, according to measurement charts I am between a c-4 and c-5 I started with the most tight circumcision so for me it has been a luxury to have this extra looseness. I would not want to be completely covered, just a bit extra.

That was pretty much what I was going for. I'm not super tightly cut, I would call maybe a C-2 because I have a little loose skin... but I wanted to be around a C-4 or C-5 to get a little coverage for the corona because it always seems to get irritated. I think I'm in the same boat with you DLD, I wouldn't want to be totally covered either, but where you are is where I want to be

Basic penis enlargement will bring a natural stretch to the foreskin but investing more in specific exercises created for foreskin restoration are best. Supra has many threads on the subject and should be read by anyone interested in foreskin restoration. A good basic exercise I did was become completely erect and starting at the base I would jelq all skin up as far as possible and stress the length beyond the head. There are many other exercises and also the [words=http://TLCTugger.com/MOS]TLC[/words] [words=http://TLCTugger.com/MOS]Tugger[/words] (not the [words=http://TLCTugger.com/MOS]VLC[/words]) gives the potential to greatly increase foreskin fast.

Thanks a lot for the info DLD! Been reading up a lot on Supra's posts and there is a lot of great information there too! I have the [words=http://TLCTugger.com/MOS]VLC[/words] and just bought a [words=http://TLCTugger.com/MOS]TLC[/words] and was just wondering if I can do both at the same time. Sometimes using the [words=http://TLCTugger.com/MOS]VLC[/words] and other times using the [words=http://TLCTugger.com/MOS]TLC[/words] for only restoration or will it just get in the way of my Penis Enlargement? If it does, I will just go the manual way for now because gains are the most important part to me now.

Damn... today was probably the closest day to a day off that I will ever take. I woke up absolutely sore today. I had a week of really good workouts, so I'm guessing that is the reason. I'm sore at the base... I'm sore down the sides... but I love it because it makes it feel like things are happening! In just a little over a month, my penis has taken on almost a whole different appearance!

I kept it pretty light today. Woke up and got some heat on with a heating pad, and then pretty light stretching. Put on the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]SizeGenetics[/words] at a low tension, just to remain extended.
4 x 1 hour sessions in the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] with manual stretch breaks after each set [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?44-Ace-Strapped-Jims-Joint]Uncle Jims[/words] wrap and LOTS of heating pad use today... I really felt I needed that extra heat today.

Didn't do any time in the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]Penomet[/words] or even serious Jelqing today. Just did some dry jelqs to get the blood flowing at different times throughout the day.

A lot of my day was spent working on really focusing on the PC muscles and kegels. I'm trying to close my eyes and really feel an extra clench and release in the PC.

Ill wake up and hit it hard tomorrow!

Had some inspiration this morning because I found out that Mr. Marcus lives real close to me and we are at the same store every morning. We were standing in line chatting a little, and all I could think of in my head is... SOON I WILL BE BIGGER THAN YOU!! (I have absolutely no idea how big he is...)

AM Workout
Basic Newbie Stretching x 3 sets
Expressive stretching w/DLD's Total Package Stretch
Erect Stretching (trying to close the gap and gain BPenis EnlargementL)

Normally I use [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?44-Ace-Strapped-Jims-Joint]Uncle Jims[/words] Wrap until girth workout, but I tried what ShaggyRat is always talking about (and Supra came up with) and hung a Master Lock... Or at least tried. I pinched my dick and it did not turn out well... So then I just wrapped it.

PM Workout
I was alternating 5 minute sets of normal Jelqs with 5 minutes of SSJs. I just kept going until my penis actually felt tired. It was about 45 minutes of manual girth work.
Super setting with the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]Penomet[/words] is so much easier, but I like to take the weekends off from pumping.
Took a nice hot shower... gave myself a great massage... and I was free for awhile.

Evening Workout

So I finally decided to do it... I ordered the [words=http://TLCTugger.com/MOS]TLC[/words] for some FR. Its kind of crazy how I never even thought about it until I read the information from these forums. I'm not going all out for full coverage, just to a CI-4 or CI-5.

My workouts today were pretty awesome today. I see how much the mental game is a part of Penis Enlargement now. Really focusing on my workouts and not trying to do 4 things at once really helped. Also the visualization of what I'm trying to accomplish and feel every movement.

The AM stretching workout went as usual. The PM girth was AWESOME! I always love Mondays because I don't use my [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]Penomet[/words] on the weekends, so to get back in always feels fantastic! My workout today was pretty much the same as every day. Got all my length done in the morning hours, and my girth done in the afternoon.

I spent most of my evening and night (when I usually like to get some more extending in) I was on the heating pad. I don't know if I will be able to do it because of my OCD, but I might have to take 1 full day off. I'm really sore, and it doesn't seem to be going away. It's not a bad pain, just a dull ache... but I thought I could just train through it. But its been about a week and is not getting any better.

But knowing myself, I will tell myself to take a day off... and then I wont, haha.

Today was kind of crazy, I had shit to do all day long so I could only get the length part of my workout in. It started in the morning when I did my usual stretching (3 sets of sets listed in DLD's week 1 of the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?64036-My-Best-Work-Ever-Penis-Enlargement-will-Be-Changed-Forever-gt-gt-Gain%20inches%20with%20SRT-Theory-and-Routine]SRT[/words] thread) Then got into the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] for my usual 4 x 1 hour sets with manual stretch breaks. I went hard on the tension today to give myself a max stretch day. At max stretch and tension I was begging for the 1 hour mark to hit so that I could get out and manual stretch. It didnt hurt, but it felt amazing even though I couldn't go much past an hour. When I take it off, I get in a quick set of rotary cranks and BTC stretches.

This afternoon I had some things that needed to be done, so I couldn't get a girth workout in. I was pretty bummed about it, but will hammer one out tomorrow and make sure that I get extra good expansion then.

So instead of doing a girth workout I used my [words=http://TLCTugger.com/MOS]TLC[/words] [words=http://TLCTugger.com/MOS]Tugger[/words] the rest of the afternoon and evening to work on my FR. I am really beginning to like that [words=http://TLCTugger.com/MOS]TLC[/words], and I already have loved the [words=http://TLCTugger.com/MOS]VLC[/words] [words=http://TLCTugger.com/MOS]tugger[/words] since the minute I got it! With the [words=http://TLCTugger.com/MOS]TLC[/words] I don't go at high tension, but I can definitely feel myself stretched out (skin and a little shaft) which is hopefully good for healing in an extended position, even though I know that the [words=http://TLCTugger.com/MOS]TLC[/words] is meant for FR and skin stretching.

I found out that since I ordered both the [words=http://TLCTugger.com/MOS]TLC[/words] and [words=http://TLCTugger.com/MOS]VLC[/words] with the skin cones that I have grown a little bit from my Penis Enlargement which made me actually need to step to the next size up in cones... I just want to say to anyone who reads this, that Ron Low is by far one of the most impressive, professional, and all around great to deal with! Not only does he have great products, but his customer service is second to none!

I was reading about this "divosuit" and was thinking about buying one... but then I found another post of DLDs that said he is coming out with something that will blow that out of the water... So I have decided to wait for DLDs product.

So tonight I got a nice rest, and heating pad time which was well needed. My penis takes a beating during the week, and nothing feels better for me than getting on a heating pad to heal a little bit faster... And then of course [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?44-Ace-Strapped-Jims-Joint]Uncle Jims[/words] Wrap for sleep. Then wake up to start it all again! I love it!! Heating Pad after 4 hours to heal and also to get ready for PM girth work

And then this is when the problem came... I warmed up for over an hour while I was watching tv. Got a nice easy stretch before I got into [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]Penomet[/words] Supersets. My gaitor strengths seem to be all messed up. Purple which is supposed to be the weakest, is stronger than blue (which is supposed to be 2nd weakest after purple).. Black feels stronger than grey (which should be the other way around). So it has me all confused because if I work with purple, blue, black in my superset, the middle set feels like weaker suction.

Anyways, got erect and then into the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]Penomet[/words] (purple "60" gaitor) like every other day I have used it in the last month. 5 minutes (as usual) and at the end of 5 minutes I slowly released pressure and was getting ready to do my jelqs, and when I pulled my penis out... It was dark dark purple down the whole right side of the shaft. It looked like one of the deepest, darkest bruises I have ever had. It doesn't worry me, or I'm not scared... It was just a little crazy to see.

There was no real pain other than a few twinges which I have felt since I started Penis Enlargement, but I thought that it would probably be a good idea to hold off on the girth work until the color went away.

So since Saturday, my routine has only been length work with light stretching and time in the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words]

So much consistency and dedication over the weeks! Very good work. The picture shows a very fatigued, bruised penis:( It happens to the best of us:) But, it will fade quickly. Stick with some light stretching and back off the girth for a couple days to allow the bruising to heal. Permanent discoloration happens when we do not allow the penis to heal. A heating pad (electric) us the best therapy for the black and blue, also as a general warm up and warm down. It only happened that one time, and since then it has faded for the most part. It was strange, I was using the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]Penomet[/words] for weeks and it just happened.
I have been on the heating pad almost non stop. I read it in one of your earlier posts and since I am able to do it, I like to be on it as much as possible.

So by light stretching, does that mean I should stay away from the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]Sizegenetics[/words] for a couple of days also?

I have a problem with the OCD as well and feel like I will lose what I have gained in the days that I don't do anything.

I'm very consistent about my warm ups and warm downs. I always make sure to do them. My warm up before girth is 30 minutes - 1 hour with the heating pad and after girth is always a hot shower and deep massage in the shower. and then at night before bed and [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?44-Ace-Strapped-Jims-Joint]Uncle Jims[/words] I also am on the heating pad for a few hours.

Could it possibly just be a freak accident? or has my 7 day a week routine caught up with me?

I really dont enjoy taking days off... but I guess if people think I should, maybe its a good idea

Sounds like you are doing all the right stuff, I would put this down as a freak accident, as you said. To be honest, I have never seen that kind of bruising, the pattern is odd. Anyway, bruising does not dictate rest, I always worked through all of these issues. If I ended up bruising myself I would avoid the exercises that would make this worse but I certainly did not stop training. There are days when I am too sore to train certain areas but I will just give more time to something I can do. I am a creature of habit and if I don't hit Penis Enlargement once a day, everyday I can become complacent.

Today is my birthday, and I couldn't think of a better way to celebrate than getting back to girth routine haha.

So AM Length went well.

PM girth went great too! I made sure to warm up a little longer than needed today. Got my AM stretches in and decided to really work on adding the DLD Blasters into my routine. I still think that it will take a couple of days to get the technique down good as I'm still learning.
