I read about the Total Package Stretch, basically grabbing with 2 hands below the testicles and pulling, but which direction? straight out? down? up?

You said it was pretty powerful, so I don't want to ruin a few days of workout by pulling too hard. I'm still learning with the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]Penomet[/words] but I'm still kind of a newbie and learning how everything feels with it.

Anyone else who knows, or has any advice, I would love to hear what you think.

Hit a pretty big milestone today!! With my [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]SG[/words] [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] I was noticing that the set up I was using was cranked all the way up in tension, So I decided to add another bar. Actually remove the small bars and add the medium. My previous set up was 2 sets of long bars and the small bars... and I just swapped out the small so it is not both sets of long bars and the medium bars. I am using the [words=http://TLCTugger.com/MOS]VLC[/words] so I add some length with that, but its good that I can get those medium bars on. Its a BIG difference when staying stretched for that long, I can really feel it... but its good, I like the feeling of the stretch.

Kegels, Kegels, Kegels all day long whenever I have time. I get a wicked stretch in the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]SG[/words] [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] when I am all stretched out and kegel.

My girth workout went good too...
I warmed up with a heat pad and kegels... got a quick stretch in and got into the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]Penomet[/words]. I feel like a total idiot because I just found out today that I was using the gaitor upside down. lol. But I got that taken care of.
Switched up from blue (65) to black (70) today and it was a pretty big difference for someone who has never pumped, but the expansion was amazing. The longer you have an erection the more painful it can become. But, the longer you have an erection, the bigger the penis will become.

Eventually throughout the day I ended up getting a pretty good workout. After my measurements yesterday I was reading a lot of older threads about BPFSL vs. BPenis EnlargementL and how they correlate with each other. My BPenis EnlargementL and BPFSL are not too far off (.5 of an inch) but I was reading a lot about erect stretching and wanted to start to throw it into my routine. I know that I'm still kind of new to this, but I thought it would be good to test the waters.

The only difference between this and the morning set is that I really work on cranking the tension for these hours.
I start with no tension for the first half hour.. then crank it up until I can feel a good stretch for the last 30 minutes. Take it off at the hour, manual stretch and massage and put it on at the same tension I had before for 30 minutes.. then crank it up again for the last half hour... manual stretch again.. and continue the process until the 4 hours are up. Anyone know what this is? It doesnt hurt, goes away when Im flaccid, and only appears in certain positions. Since I started doing Penis Enlargement I have noticed one on each side which makes the base way thicker. It is soft and spongy and if I pull my testicles down, it completely goes away. Anyone have any ideas on what it is?

Missed my friday night post, but my workout went great! Same workout I did on Thursday... So no changes there. Im trying to be in the range of 1000 kegals per day if I can. It really helps the EQ lately. I also found myself on the heating pad a lot today which was great to calm down the dull lig pain that I have from stretching. I had planned to Jelq a bit today but could not find the privacy, so I'll have to get back after it tomorrow.

Currently I'm stretching close to 8 inches, but just a few days ago when I added bars I was at around 7 inches. So Sunday was a crazy workout. Like I said earlier, I do 5 days pumping with the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]Penomet[/words] (which is a fantastic device) and then I take the weekends off from the pump, but do a nice manual girth workout consisting of Jelqs and Slow Squash Jelqs. I have been reading many threads and trying to find out what works best for me. Sometimes when I count a specific number I am so focused on that number and kind of lose my erection and then have to get an erection all over again. I didn't notice that I was speeding up or anything, just that I would focus on each number being counted.

I read about more people going with time instead of a number count. So I tried this Sunday afternoon. It worked WAY better for me. I just set a kitchen timer, put it aside and then didnt worry about anything except for total concentration on the Jelq. I actually got into the mindset of visualizing the extra blood filling up the chambers of my penis. I've always been good at being able to get into the positive mindset, but with the kitchen timer I could really go that extra mile.

As with many, I believe that the mental game is possibly the most important part of Penis Enlargement. I don't try to look at a ruler every day to see my gains, but I will definitely look in the mirror and take time to pay attention to the changes. I dont just think of it as getting a bigger penis... But more of an all around more healthy penis. Even if numbers dont show on a ruler or tape, I notice things like hang, or swing, or weight and even erection quality. I feel like I'm getting better blood flow and I feel like my orgasms are way more intense. The bonus side is that I am seeing gains which makes me want to work that much harder.

So my girth workout was basically 5 minutes of Jelqs (which actually turns out to be quite awhile) followed by 5 minutes of Slow Squash Jelqs and then just repeated until I could actually feel a bit fatigued. The workout went on for about 1 hour of just alternating between the two. Then after that approx hour long session I got in a pretty serious edging session where I could really expand with full erection and fatigue my PC with quick flexes. Decided I didn't want to ejaculate just worked on breathing and relaxing. Then I put on the cock ring and went to go take a hot shower and give a nice deep massage.

My length workout didn't change for the weekend. I stretch in the morning after a heating pad warmup, put the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] on for 4 x 1 hour sets with manual stretching in between. Second Milestone was broken in my girth workout. For the last couple of days I was pumping to just over 7.5in. Today I pumped a bit over 8in and completely shocked myself!

My workout is pretty time consuming, but I'm starting to see that the work I put in is really making a difference. Once I found the workout that works the best for me, the changes have came rapidly and are quite amazing to see!

Taking new measurements on the 15th. I want to take them the 1st and the 15h so if I happen to plateau it wont be long before I find out and can fix it.

Today was pretty hectic. Had a doctors appointment right in the middle of the day, and I know that my dr is slow so I was hoping it didn't break up my Penis Enlargement today. It all turned out perfect actually, so I can't complain.

I took advantage of the time sitting waiting in the Dr office to do some serious kegels. I have stopped counting and just mix between short pulses, long pulses, and long holds.

Funny thing happened at the Dr's office though. I was wearing sweat pants and was [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?44-Ace-Strapped-Jims-Joint]Uncle Jim[/words] wrapped, so I had a pretty nice bulge going on. I'm not going to lie... I kind of planned it that way. There are some seriously hot, young nurses in my Dr's office, fuck.. why not, right? So I walked in feeling confident and the receptionist got caught meat gazing.. It was awesome. After that when I got into the exam room, the head nurse (who was taking my blood pressure and all, seemed a little flustered while trying to get everything done. One of those "I want to look, but I shouldn't look". I noticed a lot of those nurses were a lot more friendly today lol.

Got home and had to quickly get ready for my PM girth workout.
warm up with a heating pad

Finished with edging session, put on a cock ring, took a hot shower and gave myself a deep massage.

Absolutely fantastic workouts today. I really feel like I'm totally getting the hang of the workouts for the best possible effects.

Length went as it always does... Really got some good Newbie, Basic stretching done before I spent 4 x 1hour sessions in the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]SizeGenetics[/words] [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]Extender[/words] (with manual stretch breaks on the hour)

After those 4 hours are done in the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words], I like to [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?44-Ace-Strapped-Jims-Joint]Uncle Jim[/words] wrap as a break from the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] and then get warmed up for my girth workout in the afternoon.

Warm up on a heating pad [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]Penomet[/words] Supersets with 5 minute [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]Penomet[/words] sets (60,65,70) followed by 5 minutes of Jelquing and 5 minutes of SSJs.
The workout was money and I got great expansion today, almost an extra temporary inch, but it sure looked awesome!

Took the night off.. Normally I go back in the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words], but instead I just decided to Jim Wrap and give myself some heat with the pad.

Tonight is the first night that I have thought about restoring my foreskin... and I would love to have some opinions... I'm on the fence but trust the brother hood! Thanks guys
