Like I said its maintenance to try and keep myself at 6 1/4th long and 5 mseg. No more gains being attempted here. A half inch in each direction was enough for my girl I guess. When I get a super hard on I can go up to 6 1/2 and 5.5 though so thats probably what got to her.

Did some light stretching downard and put on the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] for 10 minutes in the shower. Did some minor Jelging to get rid of any FR. Just maintaining. Last couple days been depressing and boring for me. Hard to keep up.
 
May 12th -

Did one set of Stretches for 60 second holds based on Bibs theory. Mostly Downward stretching. BTC, Down, straight Forward.
Did 150 Jelgs as I mentioned before. Jelg up, hold at bottom of head and slowly release as the second hand comes up. First 100 = 60% erection. Last 50 = 80%.

I was a bit more heavier today when flaccid so I couldn't really do a completely flaccid stretch or flaccid jelg. Just went with the flow.
 
One set of Newbie Stretches.

Jumped in the bath and did 10 minutes of the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] for kicks. Didn't use the sleeve. Was still comfortable and I was able to pump to 175. Awkward.

Did 100 Slow Jelgs. (3 seconds)

Edged for 5 minutes. Busted a nut after edging. Measured right after. 6 1/2 NBPenis EnlargementL and 5.5 MSEG. That was with the partial woody from busting a nut. Haha. Good news.
 
Last two days I've been having alot of sex. Some stretching here and there but basically no time for Penis Enlargement. Oh well. I'll leap back into it soon enough and make sure my gains are cemented. I may have a thrombosed vein from having as much sex as I have been. Gotta check all my bases.
 
I've been doing sets of downward newbie stretches for the last 2 days. Really tugging on my ligaments. Sleep schedule and work has been really messed up. All in all not too bad. I think the rest is what I needed. I'm comming back better then before. Its like I kicked a growth spurt in my penis and now it wont stop. One day its 'Ah my penis is normal' and the next day its 'Wow where did this thing come from' and back and forth. Battle of the gains.

Much to the sadness of my fiance who can hardly do missionary with me now. Time to readup on different positions and the motion of the ocean.

Yea. Cement my gains. I'm thinking of more girth. Lengths is kinda zzz. Length makes chicks blackout and makes chicks horrible in bed. I started doing Bibs theory of downward stretching cause I have a high LOT. It gave me almost a 1/2 inch temporary gain in length instantly. Its going away slowly thank God, I realized that being longer then six is bad for the area in I'm in now.

I`m trying to find a correlation between penis gains and heavy weight traininig... what I have been thinking about is people who lift weight (like me) may have a hard time gaining since the body would use its energy primary to muscle tissue recuperation/growth.

I would estimate it's the opposite because there's more Growth Hormone in the body from Heavy Squatting/Deadlifting and the such. DLD did powerlifting for a while as well, maybe he can chime in. You can also check Dan Clizer's thread who reports more of a positive correlation.

It seems your able to gain quick so why not just use the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] for length and girth at the same time. You would gain more girth than length to sorta help with spreading the pussy slowly while you gain at the same time without destroying the bottom of it yeah? Seems a good enough challenge to try out since alot of people want more true results to be shown with this technique. I know I'm already getting my small gains after a month of just doing it this way and I'd like to see someone else with somewhat similar stats gain doing the same.
