I'm at 185 right now and I'm so thick I'm hitting the sides of the tubes. I'm usually 3/4th on the sides of the tubes and at 175-180. It was actually more of a length session. My NBPenis EnlargementL is normally sitting at 6 1/4th now and when I get real erect I can kegel it to 6 1/2 almost. Thats before the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] sessions for the day. I find that if I can keep my dick inside the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] and pump it up to 175-180 thats almost a full inch past my NBPenis EnlargementL. I like the idea of doing it erect and stretching and expanding everything. Manual stretching turned me off because most of the time I can only manually stretch myself to 6 1/2 NBPF. Why spend the time holding it like that when I can get it farther out and expanded at the same time you know. Thats just my logic though and how I think about it for my journey. If people are getting good results with manual stretching like most people have reported then more power to them I just dont think its my cup of tea.

Hey DLD I got a personal question about length exercising.

From what you notice on your forums and things like that, what should I go for.

Hanging small weights or using an [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words]? Looking for some pros and cons. Manual Stretching and pulling off my penis just doesn't give me a good stretch. I put 3 lbs of pressure on it hanging downward with a home made sock/shoestring/milk jug method and I felt some good tug. I would guess that the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] is like using your hands for a long period of time, right?
 
Thought alot about it and decided against my hanging idea/question I had earlier. I'll find a way to manual stretch with more force or a different angle, even hanging done safely can cause disfigurations and most women say my dick looks beautiful actually so I'll skip that idea.

you know that even using your own ruler this is not an accurate nbpel measure right? Because the gauge gets too close of your pubic bone, so IMO it is something between like nbpel-bpel... what do you think?
 
I pulled off the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]comfort pad[/words] and measure from the start of the first [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]gaiter[/words]. I usually measure it on my skin from about an inch higher then where the pump is at and then look at it sideways and mark it down with my thumb on the ruler.

I noticed what you said as well and try to keep it out a little bit more then normal.

I may be doing AM/PM sets of this depending on if I have another bi polar Penis Enlargement mood swing. I find that the more sets/halved time limit is really helping with expansion and comfortability and that may lead to me not feeling as much discomfort and being more into things in the PM. I could double my workout!

To be honest, yea DLD. With the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]comfort pad[/words] on my skin used to get stuck in the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]gators[/words], now without the extra bulk its less of a problem. I also use the sleeves so with or without the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]comfort pad[/words], I'm still getting the sleeves pressed up on me and their actually really comfortable. I'm getting better expansion and a better seal without the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Comfort pad[/words] on as well. I think it was just a piece of bulky rubber at the end of the pump that messed up pressure and sucked your whole lower area into the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]gators[/words] because it wasn't exactly air tight.

What do you mean add more time? I did that AM session and then that was my PM session to keep me expanded throughout the night hours hopefully. I'm gonna try to do 20-30 minutes of 10 minute sets in the AM and PM and around 300 Jelgs in the AM/PM and the testicle stretches/kegels. After I get comfortable with that I'm gonna see if I can try to squeeze in one set of Newbie stretches before each workout.

Did you mean didn't instead of did? If so - I found that I couldn't concentrate that well and this afternoon was bad timing. In the future I'll try to get a solid 30 minutes in each session.
 
Did one set of Newbie Stretches. Held each stretch for 45 seconds. Also did downard sock stretch held for 60 seconds. Then I switched positions and used two hands to do upward sock stretches and held for 60 seconds. Felt a good pull with the sock stretches but I'm not sure if it was skin being pulled or ligaments. Did feel a slight burn at the base and a major burn where the sock was pulling down at.

Anyone with any experience have something to add/clue me in on here?

The burn is just what you want to feel, right at the base of the penis, at the ligaments. However, I hope you are not getting brush burn from the sock. Is this an internal feeling or one at the skin?
 
A little bit of both. I'd rather it only be on the inside and not external though. I'm using a normal crew sock. Any advice? Do I need to wrap even though its just manual stretching? Or how can I help prevent skin stretch/irritation?

Did 4 minutes of Upward stretching with the resistance bands for 2 sets. 8 Minutes Total.
Did 4 minutes of Downward Stretching with the resistance band over my neck and the other part under my penis for 2 sets. 8 Minutes Total.

Just take is slow and steady, no quick moves, learn as you do.

Did a set of Newbie Stretches and then some other assorted random angles and cranks for another 5 minutes. Just working on where I feel some good stretch at.
Did 300 slow 2 second Jelgs at 20-60% erect.

Very Basic. I dont have a mother so I'm never really doing that well on mothers day. Cranked it down from this morning and trying to relax.

Did 15 minutes of various stretches holding them for 30+ seconds each. Finally learned the CORRECT way to stretch now and I can burn the ligaments and tunica up real good. Staying careful however.
Did 400 Slow 2 second wet Jelgs. First 200 = 40% erect. Last 200 = 60-80% erect. Did one hand up, clampoff right before the Glands, run the second hand up and slowly release the first as I headup. Getting good shaft expansion from this jelging technique.

Kept it simple, basically trying to cement gains and give my penis some time to relax.

I will hopefully get in the same workout tonight after the girlfriend has her way with me.

Most people grip at the bottom of the Glans. That targets the tissue in between the bottom of the head and the main shaft of the penis. It really doesn't do shit and you could tug all day and not feel any burn or notice it in your tunica or ligaments. Yea it stretches your wee wee out, but it mostly stretches the head and the tissue connecting to the head, and thats not permanent. I've begun pulling all the skin on my dick back to the base of my penis and then gripping about halfway on my shaft and stretching outward. I remove the hand holding the skin at the base of my shaft of course so that I dont get stretching pains on the skin in my shaft because its usually pretty tight when I grab it and stretch outward. Doing this I feel an INTENSE stretch because I'm actually grabbing my Tunica and ligs firmly, and pulling them outwards. Not just playing with the jelly memory foam tissue in my penis.

Watch the base of your penis when you do this. You'll notice the 4 main ligaments at the top of your penis pop out and if you hold the stretch and put your fingers down there and gently massage you can feel the 'strings' that hold your penis being stretched firmly like an outpulled rope.

Also, using this same theory, grip a little tighter on your low erection jelgs and only go to about 1/2" away from your head and hold it clamped at the end and then slowly release it as your second hand repeats this motion. It constantly stresses the tunica and ligaments while the blood gets trapped almost like a halfway clamp in the center of your shaft. After 10-20 of these you'll notice the expansion in girth and also the extra stretching your doing to your tunica/ligs. Thats how I'll be doing my workouts from now on, and I'll try to cement some gains this way for a while. Either way I'll be getting in 20-30 minutes of this type of stretching and 200-400 of these type of Jelgs every day. It should help toughen my penis up and bring some of it out with good newbie gains from stretching my ligs and tunica for the first time in their life properly and keeping my chambers filled every 8-12 hours with some good jelging.

EDIT: You can also keep the hand down there in an OK grip like your about to Jelg while still holding the skin back if you have tough external skin on your penis and aren't worried about stretching pains or discomfort or rips. Keeping the hand down there gripped tightly at the base after your fully stretched out and feel the burn/stretch will also help stretch the ligaments a bit more, almost like a sock stretch.

Manual Work is serious shit, using all those toys that every ones been using produce SLOWER gains over time and can cause permanent disformations and curves and markings if the person using them is not very smart. Shit, just look at logs from 2004-2010. All the manual ones and the ones from way back when are 'Gained a shitload' with no Tools. All the new ones are 'I can't get this tool to work right and I'm not gaining shit.' So fuck the tool, use your hands. Play with your tool!

Interesting. DLD, would it be a good idea to change up the grips, using all different points from the base all the way to the glans? Seems like a good way to add variety.

As you move down the shaft in stretching position more of the stretch will be effecting internal penis as understood in Expressive Stretching. I think users should concentrate on both lower and upper shaft stretching, lower will help express new penis while upper will stretch exposed penis and ligaments found at the bass of the penis.
 
No going from the base or 1/4th up the shaft gives you intense turkey neck. Going over 1/2 the shaft to 3/4ths gives you a good ligament stretch and tunica as well. Going to the bottom of the head gives you nothing but a tissue stretch which can give gains but can also be boring and dreaded because its more of one of the slow stretches better suited for the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words].

In my case at least.
 
Did measurements today. Had sex with the women. Just doing that morning routine for today. My girl almost cried when I busted in her today as I was going balls deep almost. I've decided to keep with the program I'm doing now with the 20 minutes stretching 200-400 Jelgs in the AM once and then once in the PM. Maintenance and maybe some normal newbie gains but thats about all, I can gain another 1/4th-1/2th inch in length and another 1/2 inch in girth and still manage to be comfortable to my girl.

Having a big dick is a big deal, but the one you share it with is an even bigger deal in my book.
 
Did one more set of Newbie Stretches. Did each stretch for 30 seconds but then I alternated the hand used and did another 30 seconds on each stretch. I find that whatever side has the thumb and pointer finger connecting gets the best of the stretch so I switched hands to switch what side got the best of the stretch to hit both sides equally for a total of 30 seconds each side. Hope that makes sense. Just a little stretching while watching 13 Assassins.

11:00-11:30.

Did 1 set of Newbie Stretches this morning as said before. 30 with the left hand, 30 with the right hand, next stretch. So basically two sets of 30 second holds alternating hands. I'll probably do another set of these at around 5 before I do my afternoon workout.

Was watching Ichi the Killer while stretching a little bit and I realized in the part where he cuts off most of his own tongue and then says 'Its alrite, the Human Body regenerates itself' I started to think about it. Tips of fingers get cutoff and growback a bit, body parts stretch, etc. Made me think of Penis Enlargement to say the least.

Its a movie but I dont suggest watching it unless you have a VERY strong stomach. Alot of movies say that, I mean it. I'm talking needles in dicks, backs, feet, decapitation, guts, spraying blood, etc. I was just watching it and randomly got in some stretching for the last 30 minutes when he mentioned that single line that really hit me.
