Did 1 set of newbie stretches held for 60 seconds and then one downward set of Sock stretches held for 60 seconds.

Did 200 Jelgs. [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] for 20 minutes.
Did 100 Jelgs. [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] for 10 minutes.
Did 100 Jelgs. [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] for 20 minutes.
Did 350 Jelgs.
Used the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] for almost an hour today.
Did about 800+ Jelgs.
Still mad as hell that I can't stretch that well. Really bothering me. [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] was at 175-180. Thats high for me. Also did some slight [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] Hardcore Stretches.
Because I'm doing Phase 1 of the newbie program I will try to get more back on track with the program and just use the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] for 10 minutes in the AM and 20 minutes in the PM after my workouts are done. Otherwise its not really a testimony to phase 1.
