The Penile Sleeves did not help? That seems to be the best solution for all, I wonder why it is not working for you? Well let some other guys make some suggestions, we will sort it out.

I ended up strapping my balls down with a hair tie my fiance left and pulling them down at the same time after doing Turkey Neck stretches/Testicle Health stretches. It worked like a charm. No skin got pulled up and I was able to pump to 7 1/2 long and fill the whole tube in width. I did 8 minutes pumping, 5 minutes jelging for about an hour. No water retention either. Noticed my turkey neck has receeded a tiny bit and I've begun stretching the skin on the shaft to accomodate my new gains.

2 Sets Newbies x 45 Seconds each hold.
