No going from the base or 1/4th up the shaft gives you intense turkey neck. Going over 1/2 the shaft to 3/4ths gives you a good ligament stretch and tunica as well. Going to the bottom of the head gives you nothing but a tissue stretch which can give gains but can also be boring and dreaded because its more of one of the slow stretches better suited for the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words].

In my case at least.
 
Did measurements today. Had sex with the women. Just doing that morning routine for today. My girl almost cried when I busted in her today as I was going balls deep almost. I've decided to keep with the program I'm doing now with the 20 minutes stretching 200-400 Jelgs in the AM once and then once in the PM. Maintenance and maybe some normal newbie gains but thats about all, I can gain another 1/4th-1/2th inch in length and another 1/2 inch in girth and still manage to be comfortable to my girl.

Having a big dick is a big deal, but the one you share it with is an even bigger deal in my book.
 
Did one more set of Newbie Stretches. Did each stretch for 30 seconds but then I alternated the hand used and did another 30 seconds on each stretch. I find that whatever side has the thumb and pointer finger connecting gets the best of the stretch so I switched hands to switch what side got the best of the stretch to hit both sides equally for a total of 30 seconds each side. Hope that makes sense. Just a little stretching while watching 13 Assassins.

11:00-11:30.

Did 1 set of Newbie Stretches this morning as said before. 30 with the left hand, 30 with the right hand, next stretch. So basically two sets of 30 second holds alternating hands. I'll probably do another set of these at around 5 before I do my afternoon workout.

Was watching Ichi the Killer while stretching a little bit and I realized in the part where he cuts off most of his own tongue and then says 'Its alrite, the Human Body regenerates itself' I started to think about it. Tips of fingers get cutoff and growback a bit, body parts stretch, etc. Made me think of Penis Enlargement to say the least.

Its a movie but I dont suggest watching it unless you have a VERY strong stomach. Alot of movies say that, I mean it. I'm talking needles in dicks, backs, feet, decapitation, guts, spraying blood, etc. I was just watching it and randomly got in some stretching for the last 30 minutes when he mentioned that single line that really hit me.

I'm sticking to a maintenance of 400 wet 4 second Jelgs a day and a set of newbie stretches held for 30 seconds. Doublehanded. I'm gonna try to keep my 6 1/4th" and 5" mseg. She's a smaller type of women so I'll just maintain and cement and maybe she'll grow one day or maybe I'll stay like this.

All in all I'd say I gained about 1/2" mseg around the middle, got much harder erections, and grew about 1/2" in length in the last 2 months with mixed Manual work and some decent [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] workouts.

I'm trying something similar except every week I will change my workout up so my body wont adapt to it.

Like I said its maintenance to try and keep myself at 6 1/4th long and 5 mseg. No more gains being attempted here. A half inch in each direction was enough for my girl I guess. When I get a super hard on I can go up to 6 1/2 and 5.5 though so thats probably what got to her.

Did some light stretching downard and put on the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] for 10 minutes in the shower. Did some minor Jelging to get rid of any FR. Just maintaining. Last couple days been depressing and boring for me. Hard to keep up.
 
May 12th -

Did one set of Stretches for 60 second holds based on Bibs theory. Mostly Downward stretching. BTC, Down, straight Forward.
Did 150 Jelgs as I mentioned before. Jelg up, hold at bottom of head and slowly release as the second hand comes up. First 100 = 60% erection. Last 50 = 80%.

I was a bit more heavier today when flaccid so I couldn't really do a completely flaccid stretch or flaccid jelg. Just went with the flow.
 
One set of Newbie Stretches.

Jumped in the bath and did 10 minutes of the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] for kicks. Didn't use the sleeve. Was still comfortable and I was able to pump to 175. Awkward.

Did 100 Slow Jelgs. (3 seconds)

Edged for 5 minutes. Busted a nut after edging. Measured right after. 6 1/2 NBPenis EnlargementL and 5.5 MSEG. That was with the partial woody from busting a nut. Haha. Good news.
