I just wanted to send a bit of encouragement on using the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words]. Don't give up on this tool. Keep going as consistently as you can with it and the permanent gains will come. In the last ten months since I started, I've gained 1.75" in erect girth and 1.50" in flaccid girth.

Hi dickerschwanz, Yes, the quick growth was way beyond anything I had dreamed of. I was and still am amazed and thrilled! Yes, I took a three week break at one point and had no loss. I've also taken several two day breaks and there has been no loss, so I think I've cemented well.

I do not know the reason why I gained so fast at first. I suspect genetics was a factor. The gains are still coming now, just more slowly and I've had to be patient. I'm VERY glad I've been patient though because yeah, it is that consistency that pays off. Now, there are some real subtle things happening that are exciting such as filling in parts of my penis that had lagged behind, like the first 2" coming down from the head. This part of the shaft is now filling in, but it took more time. The greatest thing for motivation I've experienced has been adding kegals. Those have been awesome in the power they bring in filling out my penis in the tube.

I'm now having the best results from one 30 minutes session per day (with a 20 minutes light jelqing at the end) with a day off about every four days. I gained about 1.25", but I would say the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] was only responsible for about .75" of that gain, stretching was the other part.

I do kegels also everytime. Reverse kegels are great in the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words]. Its really fun to do them.
I think thy are important casue they kind of give the support for the expanded & pumped structures to translate into out of vacuum gains.

Hi karmi, You're welcome. Yes, I did between two to four sessions a day for several months. If I had to do it over again, I feel now that switching to one 30 minutes session sooner would have been better. Once I had the initial 1" to 1.5", I feel I could have switched into the one session. For some reason most of my gains just came really fast.

ok, so what do you suggest i do? a few sessions in a day? because i dont have a great deal amount of time because of work . all i havee is a time in the shower n rhats all. also how long until you realised you cemented your gains? also ive been hearing alot bout cuts n bloodspots n weak vaccuum. was this an issue.

Hi truant! Good to hear from you. You and me both are very surprised by what kind of results I got. I know its highly unusual and I feel very blessed to have achieved it.

I have switched back and forth from 6X6 minutes sets to 20 minutes sets over the months. I don't that it really makes that much difference. It seems to me like the body responds better when you switch things around from time to time to shock and confuse it. Sort of like the muscle confusion principle in body-building. I also think each person is unique in some ways as far as how their body responds. The key I feel is just keep experimenting. Yes, I would say more time in the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] is likely better although there are days when I intuitively know its time to take a day off. Good to see you're doing kegals in the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words]. I consider those one of the most important contributors in growth, IF your body can tolerate them, some people are not able to tolerate them in the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words].

Sounds like you've got a good routine going there. The consistency is one of the main keys. It has to become part of your daily life-situation to Penis Enlargement, like eating. Its something you just do regardless.

evening im doing same stretches then followed by a series of 5 minutes sets with a minute break in between.

Sounds good karmi. I would say keep experimenting with longer sets in the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] as well. Keep experimenting and you'll find things that particularly work well for you.

Good question. In my experience, just with masturbation, the only effect I noticed was that I had less 'drive'. It reduces the edge you feel and the drive during a session, but other than that I noticed no difference. For me, the constant kegals in the BateMate quickly restore the sex drive and within one day I feel that intense drive coming back. I have not made love with anyone for nearly two years so I'm the wrong person to answer the sex questions :-))

I just go for about 15 to 20 minutes and the length depends on how the fluid level is looking. The less fluid, the less time jelqing. Yes, I would say they average about 1 second each. These are light jelqs with about 25% erection. I'm mostly aiming to reduce fluid and increase circulation.

Part of the reason for this I feel is that for the last 30 plus years I've been supplementing with as much as 5grams per day of vitamin C. The vitamin C has made all the veins, and supporting structures extremely strong.

The gains will come regardless of how many sets a person does or time per day. I feel its about being consistent. When I first started, my theory was to put the tunica under as much tension each day as I could in order to get max expansion in the shortest time. I still feel its a good theory, but a person must balance that with listening to their own bodies signals as to when they ease up and take breaks.

No problem Mr. Slinger, we are all here to support each other. I really appreciate it most of the time when people ask questions especially when you can tell they've done their homework as far as research and application goes.

I would say probably about 800 kegels per day. About 40 per minute [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]X 20[/words] minutes. Yes, if I did not do kegels, I feel erection quality would be worse. There are days (probably about two out of ten days) when I double that figure because I've done two sessions, so more like 1600. The kegels are to me like adding a super charger to an engine, they just flat out produce in LOTS of ways.

I have had some erection issues, yes. They are getting better though in just the last week or so, I've been waking up throughout the night now with erections. I feel most of it has been two things: 1- it took time for my body to learn how to fill all the extra space in the CC's and CS. 2- there has been lots of fatigue because of just how hard I've pushed it the last year.

I have not gotten my modification on the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]SG[/words] done yet. So, not up and running with that.
