Yes it works and it takes several months of consistent work. I would say 6 months to be honest and best gains come when using it alongside other methods such as jelqing, stretching, clamping etc.
I have used the DP-4000 and have found it to be technologically far above non computerized pumps. It allows for diverse protocols only limited by your imagination. I have found spiking, for example, is a process of jumping to a substantially higher vacuum briefly , very constructive in optimizing the enlargement process. This pump can perform any patterns of spiking desired and to my amazement keeps the counterproductive edema minimal , which is great news! This great pump can be coupled with the Stallion Cock Cushion which increases the penile internal pressure thus holding the penis in a pumped or semi pumped state facilitating tissue acclimation to a larger size more quickly and effectively .
I have recommended this combination to many students/clients.

I've had a DP-4000 for well over a year. I like to use a cycle of 3" Hg up to 4.5" Hg and back, in 10 second intervals. I guess what I like best is I can put in on, go back to work on the computer, and just forget about it for awhile.
I've a couple of long vacuum hoses, that I can connect one to another, so I can be out in the tv room, with the pump dutifully sucking away, whilst I am out watching a football game.
It does not need to be connected to my computer; only if I want to change the unit's internal program.
