Despite my lack of posting I have quite a bit experience with Penis Enlargement. Let me start from the beginning.

I found out about Penis Enlargement when I was about 17. And I did manual stretches every single day pretty much because they were easy. I do not have starting measurements officially but I feel that day-to-day stretching helped a LOT.

Because of so much adult entertainment I do have a small size complex however I feel better some days than others.
I know I am above average in length, its mainly the girth this problem lies in.

Current routine is pretty fucking great because of the time frame I have. My girlfriend is a teacher and I work full time job 5 days a week starting at 2:30pm.

So I wake up.

This is my ideal routine, works out for the most part. My girlfriend finds the fastsize a turn-off so I try to wear it during these times for obvious reasons. She says she is very satisfied with my size and is worried I am gonna hurt myself doing them. I know if I am careful I won't.

This is a purely narcissistic practice...

I am well aware it is very attainable and realistic. Even if I do attain it. I don't think ill ever stop Penis Enlargement. I know I want to do foreskin restoration and [words=http://fleshlight.sjv.io/c/348327/302851/4702]stamina[/words] training. But Penis Enlargement is so much into my daily schedule and I do it so much when I'm bored that I don't think I'll stop.
 
Clocked in a solid 5 hours already,and I just strapped in for 2 more. Don't really know what has gotten into me today, going crazy with the stretching over here...
 
yesterday logged about 6 1/2. then got laid. applied ginkgo biloba lotion and went to sleep. Im always paranoid after having an orgasm that I will lose some progress. But i woke up, solidified my morning wood and remeasured. Still gold people.

added intense manual stretches before fastsize.

no real organization in the manual stretching. im trying something inspired by the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]power assist[/words](which I want to buy after I buy my workout weight).

EX: Grabbing the head of the penis with my right hand I stretch hard down. With my left hand I make a hook with a couple fingers and pull up. Basically like an A stretch. I use this in any direction obviously, just hook the base of the penis the opposite way.

Never really looked at a whole list of exercises but I know the basics.

Today has looked like

15minute heatpad
30 minute Edging
15minute heatpad
Manual Stretching

gonna strap into fastsize for a couple hours now, and clean up the house. yay for days off....

ITS TIME TO TALK ABOUT THE GRUB!

I look at Penis Enlargement as a complete lifestyle change, I feel like everyone should to truly get the most out of your gains. I have cut back to little or no alcohol. drink mainly water and organic green tea once a day from work. I eat salad & salmon with extra virgin olive oil dressing(good for heart with the unsaturated fat)

Saving up for a Kettle Bell from the Dick's Sporting Goods. 45 pounds = 90bux + tax. But that will carve the shit outta me. I used one at my friends house(53 pounds... what a strange number)in a workout for 30 minutes. never sweat so hard in my life. He called it a crossfit workout, and that shit was painful, but im addicted to it, and I am irritated I can't do it because I am broke.

I look at lifting weights actually as a SUPPLEMENT to my Penis Enlargement. Penis Enlargement is my priority. Becoming aesthetically pleasing is a bonus. I will start taking my protein shakes again once working out, no use wasting the powder now.

I take a daily Vit E and Fish Oil pill. and have a large serving of watermelon at work because of the amount of L-Citrulline it contains.

my BPFSL is 8". .5 over BPenis EnlargementL. Is applied heat during fastsize extremely beneficial? I feel like because the purpose is to create microtears heat will lessen the tearing process because it just makes it more stretchable. however increased bloodflow is always good. thoughts?

I just had a great accident. Im sitting at my computer right now wearing fastsize. I wanted to stretch straight out instead of always down. So i was looking around and saw my ruler. I put it on my thighs holding it up, now thats not the great part. I am creating a slight V-Stretch which is greatly intensifying fastsize. Im thinking throughout every fastsize session i might stop hear and there, hook my finger through the fastsize and V-Stretch for 30 second intervals.

Im sure this was thought of and done before. Just wanted to share.

Even if it was shared it is good to reiterate. Many exercises I have created over the years are never used and become buried in the forums only to have someone else create the exercise later and it takes off and it is viable.
 
I don't know if this has been done before. I am sure it has but I thought I would share this.

Came up with something I call the S-Stretch for obvious reasons. I use an right handed overhand grip below the glans and twist my penis 90 degrees clockwise. Almost in a mandingo stretch position, but not quite. I then push with my right hand to the left.

I take my left hand in a C Shape to the base and push right. 30 seconds of a crazy inner penis stretch.

Mid stretch if you look down you should see your dick in an S shape.

Very happy with my BPFSL. Used to be hard to get to 8", now right off the bat I am able to obtain 8.25". Curious of any gains, none that I can see but who knows, my girth has been increasing so maybe its an illusion.

This length gain has made me decide I need to get a hanger before continuing length work. I will be saving for a capn's wench hanger, buying the kit via peweights.com I will be focusing on girth primarily now.

I feel that shorter very intense sets of weight instead of long, strung out [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]traction[/words] will be best for my schedule. I hung recently less than year ago and attribute a .25 length gain to that, however I stopped because further research led me to determine my hanger was dangerous. Regardless of my gain I decided it was better to stop.
 
Whats your BFSL (non-extender)? What's the difference between maxed stretched length and [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] length? I'm currently at 18.0 cm (7.2") [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] length, which is .6 cm (.2") longer than my EL.

Oh, and great dedication and you're hitting it hard. It will definatly give you good gains!
 
stretching with my hands I can get 8" BFSL (non-extender)

I feel like the problem with not much of a gain may lie in the days off on the weekend. When I get my hanger I can actually still use those days because the sessions will be so short, I can just wake up a lot earlier knock out 2x 10 min hanging sets.

You're longer ExtenderLength than flaccid stretched length? How do you wrap, and what type of noose do you have? If I got anywhere near my FSL the "fastening mechanism" would hurt like shit....
 
its actually slightly over 8". I remeasured. I use a cut t-shirt as a wrap. but before i wrap with it i put on a ton of baby powder. I then use a shoelace as a noose, and tie a knot like one would for a shoe for easy release. Very good however its actually kinda hard to get off at times regardless of the loop. No slippage at all. I figure as long as I regularly check the head to make sure its not numb then I should be ok.

There was a sharp pain at the very end of the workout during warmdown jelqs. stopped right away. was not too worried as there was no blood or any other pain. Taking the weekend off of Penis Enlargement.

Expansion was at my "near-glans measurement" 5.25 a whole .5" increase. seeing VERY LITTLE fluid retention if any from my [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] session. there was a lot at first but now it is all gone because of the crazy clamping and edging + workout.

I may do this a couple times a week. Very intense
