I was wearing the soft thick at first for sleep before I tore it so that's why I'm using medium now. One thing I will add for you is that the sleeves soften up over time. So my medium isn't as firm as it was when it was new. When I first got it the medium was pretty difficult to roll up and now it's a breeze so it has loosened up after being rolled thousands of times. The hard is pretty damn hard to roll up. I don't have any full hard sleeves but I use a short one as a pad foe my bib hanger. I probably wouldn't recommend sleeping in the medium of a new one. Just stick to the soft thick. A new soft thick will hold the weight fine. Medium is perfect for the day time when you are moving around
Ok thats very good to know that the sleeves soften up over time, I didnt even think about that! So roughly how long does it take for the xleeves to become more looser like your medium one has? Is it a week or 2? A month? Or a couple of months?
