Do you ? How long ?

It must be maintained to a specific pressure.
When I'm on target it feels cool expansion. Could reverse kegel.
Too much pressure.. blood rush like a traffic jam.

Restrain once again or ... Am I missing something ?

The best method for almost every man that has started hydropumping is the 5 x 5 x 3 method contained in SRT. This seems to take advantage of the peak times to pump and then super-set some hand jelqing or squeezing exercises.
 
2 sentences are dueling on my mind while I pump.
You can't train a broken dick VS Feel the exercice ...

I mean, there's a point I feel, if I'm pumping too hard and I dont feel expansion of natural grow, but heavy blood congestion instead.

I do girth exercices more often in a stealthy way.
Frequently, in my streching routine, my EQ is too high, so I switch on jelqs or manual expressive streching.
I do Bathmate oriented girth session, about 2-3 times a week.

Last measurement, I had not pumped for a while. Once I pumped, I went back to a temp gain state +.5
I had some bad fluid retention or engorgment ? Did slight jelq. Put on a cockring 2 hours ... fell asleep.
Next morning, I touched my flaccid state, I thought, damn, I forgot to remove the ring ! No, did ! Ouf !

The flaccid size was just huge ! And kept a bigger state for 2 days.
