DLD once mentioned isolated rotaries, where you clamp off with one hand around say, midshaft, and then you kegal as much blood into the first half of your penis, clamp off with the other hand, and then do small rotations to work the harder tissue around the particular area you wish to work on.

There also exists a Dual Rotary Stretch which was only blogged on:

DLD Double Rotary Stretch

This stretch is performed in a completely flaccid state. I like laying down in bed while doing it as it is much more comfortable. You can do the standing, it is up to you. Take one hard and grip your penis just below the head using an OK grip. This grip and position is identical to basic Rotary Stretches. Pull your penis straight out. Using your other hand grip your penis at the base using an OK grip. If you are long enough you can grip it with a complete fist grip (this is what I do.) Now, do the Rotary stretch as if you were operating a hand drill. The top hand is rotating clockwise while the bottom is rotating counter clockwise. I go for as long as I can until my hands get tired, rest for a bit and go again a few more times. It is a very intense stretch. You can also change the penis position with this stretch as you can with the normal Rotary Stretches, ie: up, to the left, to the right, down.

If I were to set up sets for a routine I would do something like this:

1 set of 30 rotations upward.
1 set of 30 rotations downward.
1 set of 30 rotations to the left.
1 set of 30 rotations to the right.
1 set of 30 rotations straight out.

It is a solid length routine ass is but you can still incorporate other stretches into the mix if you want.

Couples of days passed.
Double rotary stretches is included in my routine.
I first read that its an exercice that is supposed to be done flaccid but I always get hard ! Damn ;)
So, I do it in the shower before the first set with Bathmate .


Today, 1/3 set of Bathmate with 1 X 6 X 10 seconds DLD hardcore stretches .
These ones gave me a real boost with length.

BTW I realized how and when its possible to do reverse kegels...
I need to better control this !

I've measured today and BPenis EnlargementL was 7' 1/8 which is in the 7 ishhhhh zone !



Anecdote :
Some friends and I were taking a beer in a pub.
e-mail admin guy talked about "enlarge your penis" mail scam and that he is surprised that some fools buy such things through it.
so 90's ... but to tell your friends that I'm in the process of "enhancing" your penis, that have have tangible results in few months...

I read some progress logs and I feel its difficult to do some guys routine out there.
You know, those single guys wanting a bulge to get easiers one nights?
I'm sort of impressed or jealous of those who can do 7/7 Penis Enlargement routine.

My routine with wife includes 2/3 fucks a week (if I'm lucky) and if I dont want to grow 1 inch and have a 80% EQ at bed.
So I realised that my goal isnt really about getting to 8' but about 110% EQ and 6' girth. I'm doing shorter Bathmate sessions but heavier stretchs and jleqs/kegels.
+ SSJs

You do what you can do to work it into your schedule with ease...a penis enlargement routine should never be a stress. As you go along you will find pockets of time or new ways to organize your day to fit more in. Biggest advice, no matter what you do, be consistent and never give up!

-Stretches in the bed
-Kegels in the bus
-Pull at the toilet
-Jelq in the shower...

But a fully dedicated 45-60 minutes to Penis Enlargement in only twice a week.
Maybe its not enough to get further gains, but Its cimenting well.

Considering some change in alimentation and physical exercice too.
I'm 5'11 weighting 145 pounds ...
I want to gain some muscles as well ! And its part of my "other" routine !

I am liking the use of time in such a stealth manner! It proves that through innovative thinking and wise time management anyone can get a routine on! My hat off to you my Brother, good show!
