tugger type for the attachment is my vote, great comfort and you dont have the drawbacks of suction devices. As for weight, in the past i used 1.4 oz oval shaped lead fishing weights cross braided together to form a single line, sealed it with a few layers of seran wrap and then a snug layer of ductape to keep the lead away. Overlayed that with a thin piece of sewn cloth and used a velcro strap to secure in place. If you use an
ace wrap and modify jims joins a bit and secure the upper and lower wrap with velcro you can effectively attach the weights and have a decent stealth mode hanger that you should be able to wear for about 2-3 hours before re-adjusting.
I kept changing jobs and had too much face time to wear the setup or i would have kept wearing it once i made it. Simple setup and you can easily get 1-3lbs of weight with not too much of an issue.
