I'm probably one of the last to be considered but I would also be interested in testing especially the possiblely using an XL bell like I mentioned earlier.
I think a belt system with more options would be awesome. I think the Phallason side option is great but depedning on the clothes and build it's hard to hide. I know down the leg is one others use. I always thought some type of BTC Set up would be more conceable and And most efficient way to use an ADS. Im not sure how feasible,realistic, or comfortable It would be. But nothing seems to hit ligs like The BTC I can only imagine how fast gains could come stretching that way 10 hours a day.

How about an attachment that works on the suction principal that is more of a ring shape than a head encompassing fitting. Anything that dries up the glans is going to start to cause skin to chap unless it has something protective like the phallosan.
Just make it grip good and not hurt

Yea, I have an image in my head of an adjustable ring shaped kind of deal that would go just under the glans and make a vacuum between itself and the skin there. It'd be hollow with an opening all along the area touching the skin to be able to create the vacuum. Better yet, figure out how to make a plunger style device for it. I think comfortable and adequate tension are kinda non negotiable priority 1s. Those two things alone promise to be quite a task judging by the market for these types of things. Phallosan is still the front runner and they charge limbs for the thing. On the flip side that's just about the only complaint I've read.
So just be better than phallosan and cheaper than penis master. No problem right?
Sounds like it would give you a fucked up discoloration ring though right? As you know; vacuum will give you even blisters when used at high hg", which I think your plunger setup will require. It wouldn't be easier to pre-moisten with lotion if what you care about is chapped glans?
