Flaccid size is heavier and longer.

Erections are more frequent and harder altho not rock hard like viagra yet.Only been taking it for a few days.

Orgasms and precum and cum loads are all noticably larger and more intense and pleasurable!! Highly recommended if only for that .

I take them all the time I really don't have a certain time, because I found out your gains are in the workout routine itself and plus I have been into bodybuilding for the past 10 years so I am always getting a pump from vasodilators. They do nothing but benefit the human body bro
 
Just got my L-Citrulline DL-malate today. I will be taking 2g 3 times a day. I will let you know how I go.
I have had a little problem with eq lately and I am hoping that over the next few weeks this is going to help out.
I will keep you posted as I am a little skeptical.
 
How does everyone who has been taking this been getting along? Are you noticing significant changes in EQ?

I must say I was pretty skeptical but I have been taking it for 4 days now and there is a definite difference in a few things.

1. I mow lawns on the side of my regular job for extra income and while mowing I have never had a pump but since taking it I have mowed a few lawns and my legs felt like they where going to explode. I do like a pump at the gym but it can get a little frustrating after a hour or 2 of having a pump in the legs.

2. Fuller flaccid penis. It is hanging longer and thicker. I have been camping for 2 days and just returned and have not used my Bathmate for 3 days. One problem I seem to have is a little bit of the donut effect even though I have not used the Bathmate. I can only assume this is from greater blood flow or maybe something else but it is there.

3. The all important EQ. Well I have been struggling with my eq. I thought I was not getting turned on enough seeing I have had the same wife for 10 years. I tried to come up with reasons why I was not as hard as I used to be. Now I know it is just blood flow. Could be from smoking or something. The L-citrulling DL-malate is the way to go because it did not take long for me to feel the effect and I am able to get and maintain a rock hard erection that even my wife has commented on.

So all in all the effects are great but I think I need to adjust my intake a little to remove some of the effects I am having and once I find the perfect amount to take I will be much happier.

Very cool to know. We are working with so many different supplements, herbs & chemicals that I am really trying to nail it down, get a much clearer way for everyone to understand these items and why and how they are used and if they truly work. I am really looking forward to a more organized system to these supplementary ideas.
 
Yah dld when you make your super pill ditch the arginine that so many companties use. that crap is worthless use citrulline instead. King snake was a head of his time when he discovered this but there are many studies now that show it's extreme superiority over arginine
 
I haven't tried L-Citrulline yet, but I did go with some AAKG powder from the local vitamin shop and it's working great. It was alot cheaper than the citrulline. It's about $14 for a month supply.
I've have amazing flaccid hang right now, I'm feeling really good blood flow, it's been easier to get hard, and I'm especially noticing that I'm waking up EVERY morning with amazing morning wood. It's not a miracle pill, and I'm sure it's not like viagra, and I know alot of my benefits right now are coming from Penis Enlargement... but I still definitely notice the AAKG. I like it for DLD's SRT method. keeps me pumped.
 
just a little update on the AAKG.... I've used it for almost a month now and I must have developed a tolerance for it because I'm no longer getting random erections and morning wood every morning. I wonder if the Citrulline will have the same tolerance build up for me. Either I will try the citrulline soon or I will take a week break from the AAKG to see if my tolerance goes back down.

powder is better because of it's higher concentration.
you should take about 5g (0.18 oz.)(volume of 1 Tablespoon) per day for a week or two.
You can take up to 3 times more if necessary without any side-effects.
 
depends on the person and their fitness, blood pressure, ....

but between 3 days and 2 weeks should be enough.

Any updates on this? Has anyone taken L-Citrulline for an extended period of time lets say 6 months and developed a tolerance to it? Or gotten any side effects from it? Also how well has it worked in terms of erections and maintaining erections?

The difference is in the supplement facts. The 1:1 has 1500mg L-Citrulline to 1500mg DL-Malate while the 2:1 has 2000mg L-Citrulline to 1000mg DL-Malate. The difference:

You take 1tsp Scanted (A little less than teaspoon) 2x/day with the 1:1. This gives you the 1500mg:1500mg.

You take 1tsp Full 2x/day with the 2:1 for 2000mg:1000mg.

The 2:1 gives you more L-Citrulline while the 1:1 gives you 500mg less. How much difference is hard to say. If you was to take a full tsp of the 1:1 you probably will be getting around 1700mg or more I'm guessing.

Honestly, it doesn't seem like you are doing any better getting the 2:1 ratio because you will be using more powder and only getting a few hundred more mg of L-Citrulline. I am taking the recommended dosage of 1tsp scanted 2x/day and it seems to be starting to work. I began taking it around 3 days ago when I got my order. Taking it this way gives me 3000mg:3000mg per day or 6000mg between the L-Citrulline and the DL-Malate. I do like having the extra DL-Malate as it is a great energy enhancement that I noticed the first day I took the powder.

IMO the 1:1 is the best bet as you get an equal amount of each. If you take it 2x/day as suggested, then you will see results starting within about 3 days. I will update this with any difference I notice over the next couple weeks. I am going to take it as suggested for 2 weeks and see if there is any improvement and if not, I will probably up the dosage a litte. Maybe go to a full tsp or possibly 3x/day. The thing is you can take extra and it will not harm you, only give you more energy and extra blood flow. One plus is it seems as if I am hanging a bit fuller down under.

Side Note: Add Bioperine and Raw Maca to the mix. Bioperine will help the body to absorb the nutrients you are taking and Maca, well it provides fuel to the endocrine system which will aide in regulating your metabolism, energy, growth, and sexual development. Maca has also been shown to increase male libido and to increase sperm levels.
