Bumping up my own thread if anybody has new insights! And to also tell about supplementation I've been taking.

Last year I was doing a lot better, health wise at least I would say. I did have excess weight due to heightened beer consumption but apart from that I was eating better. I must put value on a relationship as well and intimacy related to that. I still have excess weight though. But the relationship is "on hold" so to speak of.

I've been rotating stuff in my diet. Certain things have been a stable though, bee related products mostly. Bee pollen, propolis and honey for example. I even used honey in a wound care and it did speed up the recovery.
I take Mucuna Pruriensis from time to time, but the availibility of it has become more scarce. But then again, Matcha was mentioned in this thread and oh boy! It surely is wonderful stuff. Good quality Japanese Matcha costs a lot though, so it's not in my everyday rotation, although I'd like it to be. I have tried less expensive ones and honestly, there's a big difference in taste, at least to me. (And the cheaper doesn't taste better, unfortunately.)

One thing I've added to my diet in good amounts is Black Seeds, also known as Nigella Sativa. Available in seeds and oil, I really enjoy the taste. And I use the oil externally as well, good stuff! There's stuff about using it as massage oil for your penis to make it bigger. Can't say for sure, but at least it does make a good lubricant. :)

Zinc is still in rotation. I also broke out my Ring of Power after a long hiatus and I'm seeing positive indicators.

Not everyday is the same with supplementation for me. Some things I feel like breaking out in greater need, for overall well-being I pop a multivitamin and probiotics.
The black seeds are almost on a daily basis. I've been adding more berries and nuts to my diet as well. Brazil nuts for example are great for Selenium intake.
I do drink coffee, about 1-2 cups a day nowadays, no sugar or milk, just black hot coffee. Or cold, I like it both ways. But I react more strongly to Matcha.
I ran out of powdered Yerba Mate and now have the leafy stuff, I drink it from time to time, not very often. Ashitaba tea is something I've tried, but didn't react to it as strongly as to Matcha.

Any new findings my Brothers? For me personally I think one of the best supplements was that Swedish Flower Pollen and I might have to look for it again. The pollen I have now is good quality but I haven't got as strong reaction of it.
I do put emphasis on the relationship though, it's more fulfilling to explode with someone else than just by yourself.

One last thing, I've been diagnosed with Spermatocele, harmless in a way but if any Brother out there has had success with herbs etc., breaking it down, let me know!
I'm partially trying some self acupressure massaging, but I think I would need some herbs to break it down. Surgery is possible, but the risks and all, I'll just live with this and hopefully find a "new age" way to beat it. ;)

I know very little about this but your post has educated me to things I should try. I have never taken any supplements but TITAN Pills and Viagra, both were great for training. I was taking a supplement to increase load volume but they went out of business. Curious about the Nigella Sativa, what is it's effects and where does it come from?

Sometimes it is marketed as a miracle cure for everything. I just enjoy the taste a lot, it brings taste to several foods.
Of course many supplements take time to work and one must enjoy them on a regular basis. And certain things must be built upon, as I said in another thread, it's always easier to up the dose than to bring it down.

I really do enjoy the Nigella Sativa oil as lubricant or jelqing oil.

The whole spermatocele isn't really serious, but I rather have it diminish and favorably without surgery. I've googled but haven't found a certain herb or blend of herbs to cure it.
For cysts etc., there's a suggestion of Apple Cider Vinegar and I do take that as well. The taste isn't so great though, especially if you just add water. Better than some stuff I've drank though, but still not pleasant.

Kick ass advice my Brother! What a value you are to the Brotherhood. I am going to try the Nigella Sativa oil. I plan on starting to train again for one more circuit on SRT. I am not satisfied with my flaccid size and I am very upset with my fat pad. I will use this oil in the routine. I appreciate the advice.
 
Excuse me for bumping my own thread. ;)

Currently I'm doing mostly just a multivitamin once a day. I ran a course of Mucuna Dopa (Mucuna Pruriensis) and it did help my dopamine levels.
Problem at the moment is my lowered testosterone levels. Just putting this out here.
I don't blame any of the supplements I've taken for my current level, it's more of a thing that's been on going for a while. (But what I learned about just recently.)

Nigella Sativa is still one of my favorites! Nigella Sativa and Butae Superba combined.

For best life a varied, balanced diet is still the key. According to many sources anyway.
I've been lacking with my vegetable intake, also with fruits.
I know: "Practise what you preach!" And here I am, fallen. "Pride comes before a fall." As it's said.

The spermatocele is still present, of what I mentioned in other post.
I'll be getting more tests soon and we'll see what kind of solutions the doc will give me.
I will report and tell more, just for the sake of "science." There might a good chance for me whip out the Ring of Power, but we shall see.

Do you take those two supplements internally in pill/capsule form? What brands do you like for purity?

Currently I take a product called "AFFIRM" ((yn)) which is essentially beet root extract, L-citrulline, ginseng, and muira puama and combine that with Maca root.

Where would the NS/BS combo fit in or replace some of that?

Oh, the Nigella Sativa and Butae Superba? It's the oil that I use externally. :D
But the Nigella sativa I could take and have taken as an oil, just a bit on a teaspoon and that's it.
Butae Superba I haven't introduced to my body internally except for a taste test; I would use a capsule if I were to take it regularly.
I actually have a small manual 24-count capsule maker, it helps a lot. Just need to stock up on the capsules soon.

I've bought the oil and seeds from BlessedSeed. Seems quite fine to me, compared to few other brans I've had before.
Butae Superba was from an Ebay shop, decent reviews so I took a plunge, arrived from India.

Honestly, I haven't thought about purity that much! It's an important factor though.
I've used iHerb as a my main supplement shop, brands have been ranging wildly if I'm honest. Now Foods has been OK with several products, I've read about some complaints but not enough to sway me away.

I recall you did mention that Affirm product! Seems pretty good.
There's a good variety of solutions for you guys living in the States.
Here in the "cold North" (Finland ...) I have to fiddle more or less with certain things.

So, about the question, at the moment it's just an experimental "PE enhancing massage oil."
But Nigella Sativa seeds are an easy add-on to many dishes, they add flavour and have several health benefits. (According to the sources I've read so far.)
Butae Superba is probably closest to Maca in it's effects. So it could replace that from time to time, as one needs to cycle Maca anyway.
When I searched for Butae Superba I found it to be mainly available as powder.
So making your own capsules would be probably the way to approach.
I haven't yet tried Butae Superba in any drinks as in how strong the taste is.

I'll surely keep experimenting and updating about how my health either bounces to a better place or takes a nosedive. (I'm praying for the first, I want my Peter North -esque cumshots back!)

Thanks mate! Sauna is one of my favorite things that is a "very Finnish." Of course there have been steam huts etc., all over the world for ages.
Sauna over here is a "necessity." ;) Most buildings have a sauna, either in the basement if it's an apartment building. Then there are apartments with a sauna included in the apartment. Depends a lot.
I don't use the sauna daily (ideally I might!), three times a week is my routine as it is.

Don't know too much about education, it was a longer time ago when I went to any school. Discipline is quite lost at times in terms of younger generation / at the moment. (Or maybe I'm growing older and bitter :p )

Nigella Sativa I've used internally. I suggest reading about it.
I can do a cycle of Butae Superba internally, especially after I'll get more capsules.

Overall, there are so many supplements. From what I've tried, L-Citrulline has been one of most effective, depending on dosing of course.
The bee related products have given me a lot of energy, I like honey, bee pollen, propolis. (I'm repeating myself, but these are great products to have, in my opinion.)

For the moment I'm probably trying to "fly low" on any supplementation. I'll be using my massage oil quite likely and taking a multivitamin for overall health, but I think a small "reset" is in order.
Also, resetting because I need to have another set of blood tests. Despite my activity here and possibly appearing positive in most of my messages, I've been quite lethargic.
And a reason / or a strong link is prominent, as my blood test indicated low testosterone. At least the first set of tests, I need to schedule a new appointment, in few weeks as the holidays are here now.

And on that holiday note: enjoy the Christmas time, hopefully with your loved ones. Enjoy good food and entertaiment. As here in Finland Thanksgiving isn't an occasion for us (most of us anyway), I usually feel more thankful during the Christmas time.

I love Christmas so much the only holiday I love more is Easter. I love celebrating the birth of my Lord Jesus Christ but boy do I love celebrate his resurrection! My two favorite holidays and then after that time is Thanksgiving. Thanksgiving in a Italian family is a huge deal and it starts in the morning and goes deep into the night. I hope all you have a fabulous Christmas!
 
Great read ark i used Lcit b4 and i almost broke my ex gf lol. i am getting bk into supps. Right now i only take L-arg and fish oil, will def add sunflower lec and swedish flower pollen!! Love your posts brother keep it up!!

The Sunflower lecithin, another member wrote about it being good for brain functionality. But also has that effect where it can make your cum somewhat thicker, so keeping your hydration in check is a must!
I'd consider granules or powdered form if that's available. I just didn't have the heart to use the liquid Sunflower lecithin, as sad as it is. (Too thick and gooey.)

At the moment I do have some bee pollen, in granules and powder form as well.
I do buy bee related products on a steady basis, such as honey, propolis and pollen. There's a local bee keeper nearby, great raw honey, can even get the honeycomb stuff from them, "real honey" so to speak off. Very tasty.

For now my supplementation is pretty low, I'm waiting on getting a MRI of my brains.
There's some imbalance hormonally (at least blood tests showed that) and I'm eagerly waiting for a possible fix.
It's a subject I'll get to in another thread once I'll know more!

Checked few of my older messages about supplementation, didn't see a note about NAC.
I've used it for certain amount of time and I feel that it has helped my brain functions!
I read that NAC might be used to treat game addictions and so on.
Don't know if that's very true, but lately I haven't gambled that much! Used to be that I did spend much more money on scratching tickets, online poker, Lotto and other stuff. Could be the NAC or a placebo effect about reading it being used for treating gambling problems. :D

I don't know how seriously people view Wikipedia, but it can be decent source of information at times.
NAC or Acetylcysteine.

A friend of mine, who is also keen on certain supplements and has insight about them, told me about NAC. At the time when he told me I saw the product as too expensive at the "local" pharmacy, so I ordered it online later on. Right now I think I have Now Foods brand but after I run out I have Jarrow Formulas.

The Now Foods has a hefty dose of Selenium as well, so it's wise to check other supplements and food products tha you don't get overload. The Jarrow Formulas doesn't have added selenium though.
I've bought Brazil nuts or Para nuts as they contain the needed selenium in two nuts. Just one or two nut(s) a day.

It's no biggie. There's a lot to learn for me about supplementation, still. I've had success with certain supplements and other ones I probably ditched too quickly.
As with many things in life, consistency is a big key. Several supplements, depending on prior diet etc., can take a longer while to really show their benefits. And at times the process can be so gradual that it's hard to pinpoint and thus some might give up on certain items.

As said prior, I'm just trying to be active. I know that there are more Brothers who know about supplementation, I encourage them to come forward!

On a positive sidenote, a while ago I had a good ejaculation where I could feel the kind of "rope effect" in my urethra. It was a very pleasant feeling, as I've had issues related to ejaculations as of late.
That's why the MRI etc., and as said, I'll make a new thread when I know more, might be an interesting journey. ;)

Feel free to ask questions, I do my best to answer with solid experience or research intel.
