Bumping up my own thread if anybody has new insights! And to also tell about supplementation I've been taking.
Last year I was doing a lot better, health wise at least I would say. I did have excess weight due to heightened beer consumption but apart from that I was eating better. I must put value on a relationship as well and intimacy related to that. I still have excess weight though. But the relationship is "on hold" so to speak of.
I've been rotating stuff in my diet. Certain things have been a stable though, bee related products mostly. Bee pollen, propolis and honey for example. I even used honey in a wound care and it did speed up the recovery.
I take Mucuna Pruriensis from time to time, but the availibility of it has become more scarce. But then again, Matcha was mentioned in this thread and oh boy! It surely is wonderful stuff. Good quality Japanese Matcha costs a lot though, so it's not in my everyday rotation, although I'd like it to be. I have tried less expensive ones and honestly, there's a big difference in taste, at least to me. (And the cheaper doesn't taste better, unfortunately.)
One thing I've added to my diet in good amounts is Black Seeds, also known as Nigella Sativa. Available in seeds and oil, I really enjoy the taste. And I use the oil externally as well, good stuff! There's stuff about using it as massage oil for your penis to make it bigger. Can't say for sure, but at least it does make a good lubricant.
Zinc is still in rotation. I also broke out my Ring of Power after a long hiatus and I'm seeing positive indicators.

The black seeds are almost on a daily basis. I've been adding more berries and nuts to my diet as well. Brazil nuts for example are great for Selenium intake.
I do drink coffee, about 1-2 cups a day nowadays, no sugar or milk, just black hot coffee. Or cold, I like it both ways. But I react more strongly to Matcha.
I ran out of powdered Yerba Mate and now have the leafy stuff, I drink it from time to time, not very often. Ashitaba tea is something I've tried, but didn't react to it as strongly as to Matcha.
Any new findings my Brothers? For me personally I think one of the best supplements was that Swedish Flower Pollen and I might have to look for it again. The pollen I have now is good quality but I haven't got as strong reaction of it.
I do put emphasis on the relationship though, it's more fulfilling to explode with someone else than just by yourself.
One last thing, I've been diagnosed with Spermatocele, harmless in a way but if any Brother out there has had success with herbs etc., breaking it down, let me know!
I'm partially trying some self acupressure massaging, but I think I would need some herbs to break it down. Surgery is possible, but the risks and all, I'll just live with this and hopefully find a "new age" way to beat it.
