I had read about the watermelon and incorporated it into my diet immediately, along with pistachios. By the weekend I had a really nice flaccid hang on the go after months of a turtled member which was most upsetting. Seeing steady improvement in my EQ, not there but getting there. Tempted to forgo the L-Arg and take a L-Citrulline supplement instead. Started pynogenol too, let's see how it goes.

Hey Guys i'm new here.. Just bought some L-Cit and was wondering how are you Guys doing using it? Does it still work for you? How long does it take to kick in? I really Hope This Works for me. Thanks

I have used a combo of l-arginine and l- citrulline for several years. Depending on your body's deficiencies, you will see the difference in days to weeks but you WILL absolutely notice the difference. I use Now Foods l-citrulline powder and CardioForLife l-arginine supplement. I take one scoop of CardioForLife 3 times per day spiked with 1/2 teaspoon of the citrulline powder. 1/2 teaspoon contains 1500mg of citrulline. Each scoop of CardioForLife contains 5000mg of pharmaceutical grade free-form l-arginine. Works like a champ. The CardioForLife is also loaded with antioxidants, fulvic minerals and B vitamins.

I’m going to try this and see how it works 😤
Will be good for when I measure my BPEL soon.

Also noticed that if you take too much of this for a prolonged amount of time (like 10grams a day, which some of you were getting close to 😳) you’re gonna fuck up your intestines.

I’m just gonna cycle it on and off if it works.
what a discovery tho 🤩

There are some thread out there explaining the side effects about this.

If you take to much and also take Creatine Monohydrate on an empty stomach, you will shit yourself. Ask me how I know this.

Here is the thread.
There are many documents posted in this thread that go on depth in this topic.
🔗 Acute L-Arginine supplementation does not increase nitric oxide production in healthy subjects.

Actually, what @squirt_inducer_man ate during his fasting is more than enough to satisfy citrulline consumption. If you eat a healthy load of fruits and veggies, you can extract the citrulline more effectively than when you overload with supplements. This is why if you read his other posts, he's very selective when it comes to consuming the specific high absorbing vitamins and minerals needed for testosterone and nitric oxide production. I use citrulline and arginine (leftover) as part of my nitric oxide booster for cycling and delivery of oxygen rich blood to my muscles during stresses. I wear my ADS too, so that helps with delivery of blood to a slightly constrict region of the body during high stresses.

The body can function at optimal level without extra arginine and citrulline, but with bioavailability, the body will use it when it needs it. Otherwise, eat a very healthy diet. That's more than enough.
