Extender devices... any recommendations?

I would recommend the AutoADS (not listed) since you can wear it all day. The AutoExtender is more bulky, so it would only apply for home use.

also...on ebay you may find them for sale. Sold from independant authorized sellers, also a safe way to buy...maybe a cheaper route too vs the manufacturer... I bought mine from ebay... think I saved about 50 dollars at the time vs the manufacturer.

However, I've read reviews that the silicone on the ADS breaks down rather fast. But I think they offer a lifetime warranty on it though. I'd definitely check them out.

They have the best penis traction device by far. In fact I think overall they have the best selection and quality of Penis Enlargement devices that I've seen anywhere, and the best pricing.

On their Auto-extender there is NO noose, and NO strap. All of the other extenders use a noose or strap system, and they all have small uncomfortable bases. On the Autoextender they use a vacuumless "cup" to hold the glans without the fluid buildup and without cutting off circulation AND a hand molded large base.

I would also recommend their Vacu-Hangar. Unlike other hangers, there is minimal fluid buildup, you can do heavy weights with it, and it doesn't cut off the circulation, or give you turkey neck.

Each of these extenders have it's own advantages or disadvantages. I actually have 3 extenders- the Euroextender, JES, and the VIMAX androextender. The Euroextender has very durable rods. The JES extender company danamedic sells an excellent and most comfortable strap chamber that allows me to enjoy my extending session without the painful pinching from the noose. The Euroextender also sells a comfortable chamber but the soft gel grip does not have enough pressure to hold on the my penis head and it keeps slipping off. The JES comfort strap chamber has stronger bands that hold the head of your penis with a wider grip than the noose or the noose with the holding pad. However, these 2 extenders only have rods that come in medium 1" or large 2". This is the advantage VIMAX has over the other extenders. It has quarter inch rods!!! However, only the medium and large rods can screw into the rods from other extenders because the small rods are too shallow. What I did was put the rods from the JES or Euro extender in the comfort strap chamber then screwed the rods from the comfort chamber from JES or Euro onto a medium rod from VIMAX, then screwed the small ones on the mdium, then the small to another medium or large, then to the adjustment rods. Now I have the ultimate hybrid extender with all the advantages of all 3 extenders!!! I use the parts from the other 2 to make another hybrid to take with me to work so I can use it in the bathroom at lunchtime. I never use the noose chamber so I actually bought another comfort strap chamber for the second extender that is the JES extender with some Euro rods and a Euro extender adjustment rod also. The rest of the parts is scrap and all the broken parts from the other extenders- worn adjustment rods and barrels, extension rods with worn screw, cracked base from abusive use from marathon sessions I did when I got my first extender from Euro, and the crappy noose chambers.

Eco is very good product as its so easy to use. You can go outside with it on, as just wear baggy shorts. Don't hesitate on buying one today. I didn't use their cloth to wrap my penis, I used lycra as its more comfortable.

Kevin how long did you wear your device?? as I got the same extender as you. Just wondering how many hours a day and how long you had it before you noticed gains

About 4 hours a day and also did 1000 jelqs a day in the shower.

I've been using the new Vac-Extender from autoextender.com and I have to say it is by far the BEST device I have ever purchased.

It has MULTIPLE functions from an extender, ADS, hanger, and manual stretcher. I use it primarily as an extender and ADS. I've noticed gains since I've been using it as an ADS for about 8 hours everyday, and extending on days I have time. I've been very regimented with my jelqing routine at 200 a night and every other night clamping. I use the Vac-extender as an ADS by wrapping the bungy cord around my waist and attaching it to the cock ring and wearing it for 3-4 hours or until I have to pee. It comes with protective head sleeves for guys who are sensitive to vaccuum pressure as well as two head sizes, small and large. The small can be worn by anyone, as it's not predicated on actual glans size, but the larger head allows for a greater surgace area of the glans to be pulled meaning guys with vaccuum sensitivity can work up to the smaller head attachment.

This is a really cool device, and I use it EVERYDAY. I have no issues with wear time and it is simply the most comfortable thing you could hope for. Just today I had to check and see which side I was wearing it on, because it's not that noticeable under clothes. I alternate sides everytime I take off the silicone sleeves as well, and I tend to forget after I put it on. I have to agree with millionman. Vacuum ADS/hangers seem to be the way to go. I personally use the TheGRIP system for my length needs. I hang with the chamber at least 2 hours a day and wear the ADS about 8 hours a day if not more. My biggest complaint with the ADS is that you need to wipe sweat from the sleeves in order for them to stick after I have been walking in the sun or working out with the ADS on and need to take a piss. It's not a problem though, plus if you ordered a few extra sleeves you wouldn't have to worry about the sweat problem for the sleeves. Monkeybar's ADS looks pretty similar to the TheGRIP's ADS and is probably just as concealed under any clothing as is TheGRIP. Just with the grip you pay $100 more for a chamber for hanging heavy weights.

Main point is to go with a vacuum device.

I have an AutoAds and it used to slip off the head of my cock BUT I have found a solution to that problem. The bendy fingers used to loosen and let go my cock but I have tied a rubber band around the first finger and the second forming an "X' with the band. Now the AutoAds stays on!!! If you have this problem, give this a try. I also wraped the area above my circumcision scar and below the head with the self adhesive wrap for good measure. Some of you may not need this but if you do, you can do this in addition to the rubber band.
Now the AutoAds is my long term maintenance stretcher I wear while going to work between extender sessions.

That sounds very hard to believe. Also, the eco-extender is the same design as the PeniMaster - only it's twice the price of a PeniMaster.

Well Ive been using the Max-xtender for 37 months. When I started I was Six inches dead on erect. The flaccid state was 6 1/ 2 inches. Now I stretch to 9'' and 1/ 4 inches flaccid. Yes, this has worked for me. I have gained 1 / 2/ inche on my erect length. Just gotta keep at it till I hit the wall.

Well, I have the andro penis and the auto adds. I cant wear either of them for too long without losing circulation.. the andro is also uncomfortable and the auto adds wont stay on if its loose enough to not cut off circulation. Luckly for me I got an andro for free and the auto adds was cheap lol. Waiting to hear more about the static stretcher.

Chazster, I would get the vac-extender head attachment from Autoextender.com. That is if you have the original auto extender. The vacuum allows for more force to be used during a set and is a ton more comfortable to wear for significantly longer periods of time. I think a lot of guys buy an extender basically expecting to use a ton of tension for long periods of time and it doesn't work that way. What you can do is use it at 2-3 lbs of tension for significant lengths of time and you'll progress but it takes a bit more time. I'd seriously consider looking into the vac-extender V. 2.0 that has just been released as it now comes with the auto-v stretch which is supposed to really hit the tunica and cause fatigue in about 10 minutes or so. Once you've caused enough fatigue then you switch over to the vac-extender as an ADS or even use the new anti-turtle sleeve and go about the rest of your day. MB makes a superior product and it is worth every penny to get this device.

A cheaper alternative to $300 stretchers on the market is the Megasizer Penis Extender.

Well, I can say that I'm extremely impressed with the vac-extender and the auto-v stretch. This is a superior device in every way and the expense is more than reasonable at $200 for the all goodies included package (anti-turtle sleeve, girth sleeve, auto-v stretch, and ADS waist/leg straps). This is the best purchase that anyone can make.
