Hello everyone. I am a long time reader but rarely post. Thanks for all the great information that is shared. I have a couple quick questions that I was hoping to get help with because I want to get into PE seriously. I have a BIB hanger and a Bathmate so I have done some experimental PE previously. However, I have never stayed that committed because honestly I was never that confident in what I was doing. I want to give this thing my best effort and I have been researching for some time to make sure I have a good game plan. Still, I have a question and would like suggestions based on the comments below from the more experienced users:

#1 BPFSL shorter than EL/BPEL?

Throughout all my reading, my flaccid stretch length should be slightly longer than my erect length. However, that is not the case as my flaccid stretch is shorter than BPEL/EL. This appears to be rare in the PE world. Is this because I have tight ligs and how would this effect potential gains? When I hung previously, I usually did get some better stretch right after sessions but the stretch would subside shortly after. Should I worry about the shorter BPFSL?

#2 Extender/Hanger (Seated Position)

One of the reasons that I did not stay committed to hanging is because of observation #1. After I did my hanging sessions (typically 1 hour a day), I would lose that elastic stretch shortly after. I felt like since I did not have an extender or a way to stay in the extended state that I was losing any potential growth potential. It seems this falls right in line with SRT. My question now is what would be best option to formulate a game plan? I work with a lot of people but I also sit behind a desk all day and rarely have to get up. Can I use an extender in the seated position with baggier pants? I dont want to half ass this effort so I want to make sure I can commit my time to PE. If I cant stay in the extender at work, I could always get 2-4 hours in when I get home. However, if that is the case I wonder if a passive hanger would be better? I really like the idea of the LG vac hanging at small weights for 3-4 hours a night and gradually increasing weight over time. I have read a lot of bad reviews on the comfort level of extenders so I just want some advice on which option should I put more focus towards? Since I already have the BIB, I could buy an extender and incorporate those devices together. I am just worried of the comfort level of the extender and if it could be used while sitting at work while be unrecognizable? Or would you have any other suggestions?

#1 I've seen others with this over the years. Don't stress over it. Everyone has the same gain potential. Nobody can guess the tightness of your ligaments based on anything. That's PE forum bro-speak.

Better stretch after hanging that goes away....normal. Any time you stretch for a long period, you see similar. Another detail to not stress over.

#2 You don't need to stay extended after hanging to make gains. However, it's not a bad idea. I've personally never done so with any level of consistency and I have had no problem gaining around 2" in length from hanging. I don't know of an extender you can wear practically under clothing in a real world, work environment. They are bulky, the rods work loose as you move around. You could look into the Uncle Jim strap method. It's essentially a length of Ace Wrap you wear to keep you stretched out.....if you insist on staying stretched out after hanging.

It really sounds like you need to dive in to a solid routine. Have you looked into my Progressive Hanging method?

Ligaments will slacken and lengthen after a session and then return to their normal position over the hours proceeding the training. This is the best reason for using an extender after any length work. Healing in an elongated position is much smarter than stretching and allowing it to return to it's normal length so quickly. The Phallosan would be the best choice as far as an extender goes as it is the most concealable, you can not tell even with tighter clothes. It gives good active or gaining tension and it also gives highly controlled passive healing properties. The Phallosan can also be used in many positions making sitting, standing, walking around very easy.

I have heard of men with a BPEL that is longer than their BPFS, this is due to ligament position and length. This is actually a benefit in ways as since the ligaments are short and tight it would follow that there is much room for them to slacken and lengthen. I am picturing the base of your upper penis slightly showing ligaments. Something similar to __________ or __________. In either of their cases there is great potential for ligamental growth.

I actually have read this in the past but glad you referenced again. This seems to be more ideal with the type of routine I can stick with. I may get an extender just to use a few hours before bed after my hanging sessions. Appreciate the response!

Never a problem, it is what I do!

Hello brother, I hope you have been training all this while?
