Hey brothers, new poster here, been lurking for a quite a while off and on but only recently picked this site back up. Reason being I am finally starting my journey to Longville. I will give you my story, then what I am doing and what my goals are.

Background

I am early 40s and in good health. Like many here I was not blessed with what I would call an adequate penis. My whole adult life it's measured 5 inches (NBP) erect and 4.9 inches EG. It's not tiny, but just not big enough. And when flaccid it often shrivels right up to almost nothing. I often use ED medication (can buy OTC where I live) which helps in that I find while on them, my penis hangs a lot longer flaccid, to the point where it's not even that embarrassing when I am naked around a girl. But anyway, normally times at the trough in the toilets with other guys standing beside me are pretty uncomfortable, I usually just try to get it over with as fast as possible.

About 20 years ago I went to see a surgeon and booked in for a lengthening procedure. The cost was to be $7,000 AUD. Two days before the op I chickened out and canceled, but over the years off and on I have considered surgery before finally deciding it's not for me. I knew about PE but never really gave it a go, I don't know why.

About a month ago I bit the bullet and ordered a Phallosan Forte. I liked the science behind it and there were a lot of good reviews on it. It seemed like a device one could wear pretty much all day and not have to worry about doing anything else to get results just wear it and it can even work while you sleep, what could be better?

Starting Out

So about 10 days ago I strapped it on for the first time. Started with medium sleeve and bell, but medium sleeve was not holding suction so started using the small one. It's really tight and a bugger to take off, I am kinda in-between sizes, but it's definitely the right starting size for me. First couple of days I wore it as long as I could, and after about 2 days dispensed with the glans protector thing, bit of a waste of time I think. Started in green range, but now after 10 days I am pretty much in the yellow and will go to red maybe next week.

First week I wore it the conventional way, like a belt, where the penis is stretched horizontally. At night often I wake up with a boner and it's pretty uncomfortable so I take it of and go back to bed and start again the next day so I lost a few hours because of that.

A few days ago I started to add something else... a 'Horizontal Hang', if you will. First I take a hot shower to heat up my penis for what is to come so it's nice and supple. The I attach the sleeve and bell to my penis, lie in bed, attach the coupling device/strap then put the padded circle down near my toes so everything is laid out in front of me. Then I hook my big toe through the padded circle, and stretch out my leg. Oh my goodness does it give a great pull on the little fella! Can immediately feel the ligament stretching, which doesn't really happen when wearing the PF the normal way due to the direction the penis is facing (i.e. the ligament does not seem to get activated that way). I stretch it out as far as is comfortable and just hold it there for a while, have been doing about half an hour at the moment. Every now and then I will take the tension slightly off my bending my leg to give the ligament a little break, but then stretch it right out again and hold it. This is a great exercise to do while just lying in bed tapping away on the laptop, reading a book or listening to music. It's like hanging, but better because I am constantly altering the tension (“weight”) according to my comfort level. Needless to say, after at least half an hour of doing this, when I take off the PF, I have a mini elephant trunk hanging down there hahaha (ok, not really but the head does hang past the bottom of my ball sack which it has never done in my life, so that is a good yardstick!). It looks good in the mirror and gives me great confidence that I am on the right track.

After doing this I then strap the PF on the conventional way and try to wear it for at least 10 hours a day (been averaging about 8 per day so far I guess). So far no other exercises in the routine, but I will probably start some soon. My feeling is I will be able to get some pretty good gains just doing what I am doing (especially the “Horizontal Hang”). So far have not had any problems, no bruising or pain so fingers crossed that continues.

Goals

My goals are not really very ambitious, I would love to get to 7 inches NBPEL and 6 inches EG to me that would be perfect. I don't want a monster penis, just something I can be proud of. One of my dreams in life is to streak at a big sporting event, and if I ever reach my goal I promised myself I will do it. People will laugh at my stupidity but they will not be laughing at my old fella :)

Anyway, I will update this post when I take my first measurement after the first three months, hopefully I will have some good news. Thanks for reading and I would welcome any suggestions anyone would have. :)
 
I started out around your size. It sucks at first but once you learn about the idea of PE you become interested, you're skeptical, you try it anyway and then bam after a few months you've grown. And you're just happy and excited and in disbelief.

I personally started out 5.5BPEL and 4.5 EG. After about 11 months of dedicating myself to some exercises I went to 7.5BPEL and 4.75 EG. So you can very much reach this goal. It will take a while yes but it will happen if you're dedicated.

Aside from that welcome to what we call the "brotherhood" where we help others achieve gains in size no matter what problems. After you describing you have a Phallosan Forte I have to assume you've never done manuals.
I suggest Starting with the Newbie Routine and after 3 weeks use the SRT guide to help you gain some length and girth. Manuals meaning hand stretching and jelqing exercises are essential when you start off because you have to ease into this new concept of growing your dick and this is probably the least intense of the exercises. The stretch you felt when you described stretching your penis with the Phallosan tells you exactly what you should feel in the stretch.

What's great is that you can do the Newbie Routine with the Phallosan by pulling with your device instead of your hands in every direction. I highly recommend doing this routine for length. And for girth you're going to want to start jelqing.

Thanks for the positive words and encouragement kyomoto. You are right, I have never done manuals, was just going to give the PF a try and see if it works, then go from there. But you are right, I should be doing them and never occurred to me to use the PF to do the manual exercises too, great idea. Fantastic results from yourself in the first year, I am looking for similar gains and my timeframe I was thinking is about a year so it's great to know it's achievable. I have a lot of free time and live on my own, so finding time and privacy is no issue, if I fail then it's a motivation issue. :)

I have already decided I will be buying a Hydromax X20 in the near future to help with girth gains (even though the PF blurb says the device will increase girth I am dubious... length, definitely, girth I can't see how as only the head is within the vaccuum bell), and the Stealth Innerwear device to wear whenever I am not wearing the PF (I think by wearing this thing, though it's only passive, at least it will keep my penis permanently at a longer flaccid length to help cement gains). Also, will give the newbie routine a go too.

As for your last line, I will definitely stick around now I have started, and plan to update this thread quarterly with any results or changes to routine.
 
If your schedule and wallet can handle it, I'd advise getting a Bathmate...I'd attribute at least 80% of my gains from using their products.

I'd agree that, optimally, beginning w/the Newbie Routine is probably best, but I jumped right into The BM after a (mostly) failed month at using an extender. The main thing is that your body will let you know what is 'acceptable', you just gotta listen

Well an extender is not a girth tool. But if you're saying you started with devices then maybe it works for you everyone is different.

The only girth an extender will bring is at the base.
 
Glad to have you here bro, start a journal so we can follow your progress and give you feedback. It also helps top keep yourself accountable and track your progress.

The best PE tool you have at your disposal and the only one you need is this forum. Evrything else is just bonus.

Thanks for the encouragement guys, a small update. Had a good read through the SRT thread and reckon that is definitely the way forward for you, fantastic read and so well compiled dld.

So yesterday I added to my routine by starting to do some manuals. Began with some bundles in hot shower, then did all the length exercises with the PF attached.... pulled it all the way to red for every stretch so I know I am getting max tension. Then today everything felt good, a little soreness, but of the good kind, so I went again. Of the three sets of stretches, first two I did conventional, but third set I did them all bundled (by turning the bell of the PF and then holding it on place with my finger as I stretched the PF). Then straight after strapped on the PF conventional fashion to keep the new stretch length there. Will try to do this every day unless my body tells me otherwise.

I will definitely be getting a Bathmate when I get back to civilisation (I work remotely) and start going for the girth.

Cheers BSA, yes I will definitely be getting a Bathmate soon. Wallet can handle it, I was prepared to spend $7000 on the surgery nearly 20 years ago, so I figure spending under $1000 all up on PE products (PF $400, Bathmate $150, Stealth Innerwear about $50 plus whatever else I buy along the way and replacement bits) to be money well spent.

Schedule can handle it too, I am on my own most of the time and have a lot of down time... in fact soon I will be leaving my job and taking a few months hiatus so I will have even more time to dedicate to PE.

Sounds awesome. Remember not to go hard when you begin your bathmate journey and stick to the 5x5x3 formula in SRT for girth and then you can adjust the times each pump and ssj sesion is

Exactly. And also study the first post in SRT very closely, there are many important functions that will be missed if you do not study the entire first post.
 
Small update..

Almost three weeks in now, have been PEing every day, averaging about 6-8 hours wearing the PF plus doing the manual stretches. Regarding the PF, a couple of issues:

It is NOT invisible under clothes as the manufacturers insist on the website. Unless you are MC Hammer or wear trousers like him, it does bulge out.

The small condom I am still using, but it's ripped already... ripped at the point where it goes over the bell, so I can still get suction, but the rip gets bigger every day. I will have to use my spare one soon. Then if that rips too I will have to buy more, very expensive from the website. They gave me 6 condoms with the unit, but what good are the large ones, I may never even use them. Even the medium ones I will take a long time to get big enough to use. So really, the 2 x M and 2 x L are wasted, better if I had gotten 6 smalls at the start if they are going to rip easily.

PF claims on their website that a penis pump will "Definitely not enlarge the penis", which I am 99.9% certain is a false statement from all the good results I have read on this site. So that's two claims the website is wrong about, it damages their credibility saying stuff like that. Anyway, that leads me my next...

I purchased a Hydromax X30 Bathmate, will get it next week. For anyone thinking of buying one, you can choose currency between GBP, USD or EUR. My local currency is AUD, if I chose USD ($159 for the X30) it would cost equivalent $210 AUD at today's exchange. I switched to GBP (99 GBP for X30) and equivalent is only 160 AUD, a huge saving of $50 AUD, just by changing the currency. I think this is only a temporary thing because the GBP is copping a pounding (pun intended) in the market, but anyone thinking of buying one, get it right now and pay in GBP (even if you are in the US, choose GBP and at today's rate, you will only pay 122 USD instead of the $159, nearly $40 saved for you depending on what rate your CC company gives you, which is usually not too far off market).

Anyway, that's it, still doing my manuals and my "Horizontal Hangs", with the Horizontal Hangs I am now stretching upwards too. I loop the strap around my neck, put the coupling end through the circle and connect it. I push my neck back to get the full stretch and my penis gets a massive stretch right up to my belly button.. penis up to BB is important for me, because it's my goal length when erect (7 inches), so I know I am getting a massive stretch doing this. I hold the position for as long as I can and alternate with up and down stretches. Still no injuries, a couple of very small red dots on the head a few days ago which went away the next day.

Wow, a lot to cover. First, if these condoms have ripped so quickly I would request replacements, there is a warranty. Being invisible under the clothes is best with the Phallosan than any other device but as you have said there are definite ways around this. The claim they are making on the BathMate sets me back a bit as it is false. I will demand that that be taken off their site, I refuse to have MOS affiliates diss one another. Be sure to send me your order details on the BathMate because when you buy here you receive a free membership to the pay-site. Once your BathMate arrives please look at SRT to learn the best way to use it.

I have just checked the Phallosan site, now nowhere can I find where they list pumps under "what definitely doesn't work".... in fact in the FAQ section under penis pumps they say they are "undoubtedly effective"! Nice.

Another update: yesterday I bought some eye bolts to screw into the wall at the end of my bed and a length of elastic with hooks at either end. I screwed the bolt into the wall and attached one hook to the bolt and one to the PF.. excellent stretch. I started with little tension, but after warming up, kept shuffling up the bed so the tension increased. As it's now hanging straight down my leg, the ligament seems to be as fully engaged and there is constant pressure on it. I put my blanket over the unit just in case something gives way (or someone comes in haha), the advantage is I can just lie on my bed and hold this stretch, a bit lazy I know :)

As far as results so far, it's been 3.5 weeks, I couldn't help myself had to measure. Length: absolutely nothing happening there, still exactly the same. But girth has noticeably increased! From starting 4.9 inches EG, now at 5.1 EG, this seems counter-intuitive as all I have done is stretching so far. So now my girth is more than my length, just happy something is changing.
 
Awesome that your BathMate is waiting for you, you are going to have a ball with it! Using the Phallosan in the way you are is very creative and something you should shoot pictures of so the other Brothers can see exactly how you set up your rig. If your length still lags I suggest using the LengthMaster, the LM will kick ass, it is a multi-tool that gives you the ability to stretch with two hands using the handlebars, it allows for fulcrum stretches, expressive stretches, hanging and much more. Some men just need more intensity on length work than others and for that man the LengthMaster is a lifesaver!
 
Thanks dld, will definitely get the LengthMaster if I don't start to see some length gains in the next month or two. But with the new rig, I would be surprised i something didn't happen! Here are some photos, it's just very basic but like I say, the stretch is amazing and easy to control. The strap part is made from pretty firm elastic I might add.

Start slowly and just keep shuffling back down the bed until you max out. I just lie there reading a book or tapping on my laptop and every now and then reverse kegel and shuffle back a bit more to really get some tension on. And when the ligament is crying out, just take off some tension for a minute before going for it again. I also rest one of my legs over the strap lightly so if the eye bolt pulls free from the wall the whole thing will not fly out and whack my balls. That would not be pleasant :)

I also lie the other way around and have the strap across my shoulder running down to my penis so it pulls it straight up my stomach. But that way doesn't seem to do much for the ligaments, maybe only a tunica stretch? Interested to hear any feedback or suggestions on this thing.
