Going to start this log to keep myself motivated, track my success and maybe motivate and help some others!
But first iam going to share my Story with you, to show you that its never to late to get your shit together and start working on your Dreams/Goals.
Dont let anyone tell you shit, just stick with it and you will get what you want at the end of the day!!

After finishing my school, I moved out with some friends. Lived a crazy lifestyle. Smoked, took and sold all kind of drugs for nearly 2 years. Nearly got to the hospital cause of it. In this time I tried PE for 2-3 weeks like 3 times with some months break between.
Like all of you know its hard to stay consistent and motivated if you dont see instant gains or due to lack of privacy and motivation. Also bought a Bathmate in this time, but the pressure was such a new and strange feeling for me. It even hurt a bit, thought its something with my balls, thats why I stopped with it too.
You need to know that Iam a really sportloving, healthy guy. But with this lifestyle and people around me, it was impossible to maintain the lifestyle I normaly was living and loving.
So 4 months ago I got tired of this fucking degenerative lifestyle, it only destroys your body and soul. Left all behind me. Moved back to my mother. Started getting my shit together. Shredding since Iam back at my mothers house. Maintaining a healthy lifestyle with a lot of sports and good nutrition. Got also signed up for sportsciene studies next Oktober.
Just finished my 3 months education as Personal Health and Fitness Trainer. Already searching a part time job to get some working experience since this is the sector iam going to earn my money.
Also reading a ton of books about sports and nutrition. Trying to get as much knowledge for my future studies as possible. Goal is to finish the studies under the normal estimated time of three and half years.
The best way to talk about something is to made the experience on himself guys, dont just talk shit everyone else is saying. Build your own opionion and experience from first hand. Thats what Iam trying to do. Cutting till 16.10.2016. Already went from 14-15% Bodyfat to 11-10%. My next goal is getting as strong as genetically possible in 6 Months.
Gonna push Bench, Squat, Deadlifts to the fucking limit.
But enough of that, like I said. I only did 2-3 Weeks of PE like 3 times in 1 year I guess. And you need to know that I never really got a fadpad. One of those guys who nearly got no fat there. Iam 6ft tall and 20 years btw. Weighing now 73 kg. Athletic, quite muscular but not like these pumped up animals. Like I said. Athletic.
I startet my PE journey on 20th september. Was jelqing from 20mins to 1 hour. Adding mins from day to day till I reached 1 hour.
Like I said never got a big fatpad, thats why It was so fucking shocking for me. The time I was 17-18 I always remembered to had 5,9 NBPEL and 4,9 EG.
But after those 2 weeks of consistend Jelqing(6on1off shedule) I was fucking 6,5 Inches NBPEL!!!!!! Remeasured 4 times!!
Guys I fucking tell you ive never experienced some similar in my Life. Its like an eternal motivational boost for me. These gains were like the last drop of motivation that was needed to let my barrel full of motivation overflowing. Cant even think of stopping. Now I can finally use all the knowledge I read here.
Even writing this gives me goose bumps. fucking crazy.
I would estimate like max. 0.2 Inches from fatpad loss and the rest from the time I PE´ed in this 2 Years + my 2 weeks of consitent wet jelqing.
So as I said my first Routine was
First 2 Weeks: (6/1 shedule)
10-15 min Warm Up
20-60 mins Jelqing ( adding mins from day to day)
10-15 min Warm Down
After measurement and shooting motivation through the ceiling I made my new routine to focus only on length till I reach my goal of 8 Inches.
Routine since 4.10.2016 (6/1 shedule)
10-15 mins Warm Up with Towel ( to keep the D as dry as possible for good grip)
10 mins of Bundles Streches to loosen Tunica
DLD Streches
3 sets of all the Streches, 5 min Rewarm with Towel and 5 min Bundled Streches between sets

If I have time to stay at home at least 2 hours after my routine I edge 30 min and Cum and apply my selfbuild lightweight hanger. To let my penis heal in an expanded state.
If not I finish my session after the Warm Down and apply an cockring, so my dick stays engourged as lang as possible.
Trying to use my selfbuild hanger as long as possible through out the day. But at least 2 hours.
Always entering Bathmate fully erect. Can already pump up to 7 Inches.
Not going to measure till beginning of December to shock myself again.
Goal is to hit 8 inches till beginning of March. You can call me crazy but its all about mindset. Iam going to put as much effort as needed into this.
Got a lot of knowledge from my loved Brothers DLD and Kingsnake. But you can never learn enough!! And iam going to maximize the Volume of my routine from week to week, so my dick can never really adapt, but at the same time give him the best environment to heal and grow as much as geneticaly possible.
Going to start with some Special Nutrition the next weeks. Ill keep you guys updadet whenever theres something new!
