Hello my beloved MOS Brotherhood. Hope youre doing good.
Going to start this log to keep myself motivated, track my success and maybe motivate and help some others!

But first iam going to share my Story with you, to show you that its never to late to get your shit together and start working on your Dreams/Goals.
Dont let anyone tell you shit, just stick with it and you will get what you want at the end of the day!!
Just do it with love and be patient.


After finishing my school, I moved out with some friends. Lived a crazy lifestyle. Smoked, took and sold all kind of drugs for nearly 2 years. Nearly got to the hospital cause of it. In this time I tried PE for 2-3 weeks like 3 times with some months break between.

Like all of you know its hard to stay consistent and motivated if you dont see instant gains or due to lack of privacy and motivation. Also bought a Bathmate in this time, but the pressure was such a new and strange feeling for me. It even hurt a bit, thought its something with my balls, thats why I stopped with it too.

You need to know that Iam a really sportloving, healthy guy. But with this lifestyle and people around me, it was impossible to maintain the lifestyle I normaly was living and loving.

So 4 months ago I got tired of this fucking degenerative lifestyle, it only destroys your body and soul. Left all behind me. Moved back to my mother. Started getting my shit together. Shredding since Iam back at my mothers house. Maintaining a healthy lifestyle with a lot of sports and good nutrition. Got also signed up for sportsciene studies next Oktober.
Just finished my 3 months education as Personal Health and Fitness Trainer. Already searching a part time job to get some working experience since this is the sector iam going to earn my money.
Also reading a ton of books about sports and nutrition. Trying to get as much knowledge for my future studies as possible. Goal is to finish the studies under the normal estimated time of three and half years.

The best way to talk about something is to made the experience on himself guys, dont just talk shit everyone else is saying. Build your own opionion and experience from first hand. Thats what Iam trying to do. Cutting till 16.10.2016. Already went from 14-15% Bodyfat to 11-10%. My next goal is getting as strong as genetically possible in 6 Months.
Gonna push Bench, Squat, Deadlifts to the fucking limit.

But enough of that, like I said. I only did 2-3 Weeks of PE like 3 times in 1 year I guess. And you need to know that I never really got a fadpad. One of those guys who nearly got no fat there. Iam 6ft tall and 20 years btw. Weighing now 73 kg. Athletic, quite muscular but not like these pumped up animals. Like I said. Athletic.

I startet my PE journey on 20th september. Was jelqing from 20mins to 1 hour. Adding mins from day to day till I reached 1 hour.

Like I said never got a big fatpad, thats why It was so fucking shocking for me. The time I was 17-18 I always remembered to had 5,9 NBPEL and 4,9 EG.
But after those 2 weeks of consistend Jelqing(6on1off shedule) I was fucking 6,5 Inches NBPEL!!!!!! Remeasured 4 times!!

Guys I fucking tell you ive never experienced some similar in my Life. Its like an eternal motivational boost for me. These gains were like the last drop of motivation that was needed to let my barrel full of motivation overflowing. Cant even think of stopping. Now I can finally use all the knowledge I read here.

Even writing this gives me goose bumps. fucking crazy.

I would estimate like max. 0.2 Inches from fatpad loss and the rest from the time I PE´ed in this 2 Years + my 2 weeks of consitent wet jelqing.

So as I said my first Routine was

First 2 Weeks: (6/1 shedule)
10-15 min Warm Up
20-60 mins Jelqing ( adding mins from day to day)
10-15 min Warm Down

After measurement and shooting motivation through the ceiling I made my new routine to focus only on length till I reach my goal of 8 Inches.

Routine since 4.10.2016 (6/1 shedule)

10-15 mins Warm Up with Towel ( to keep the D as dry as possible for good grip)

10 mins of Bundles Streches to loosen Tunica

DLD Streches
3 sets of all the Streches, 5 min Rewarm with Towel and 5 min Bundled Streches between sets

Behind The Cheeks to the Left: 30-seconds
Behind The Cheeks to the Center: 30-seconds
Behind The Cheeks to the Right: 30-seconds

Straight Down to the Left: 30-seconds
Straight Down to the Center: 30-seconds

Straight Out to the Left: 30-seconds
Straight Out to the Center: 30-seconds
Straight Out to the Right: 30-seconds

If I have time to stay at home at least 2 hours after my routine I edge 30 min and Cum and apply my selfbuild lightweight hanger. To let my penis heal in an expanded state.

If not I finish my session after the Warm Down and apply an cockring, so my dick stays engourged as lang as possible.

Trying to use my selfbuild hanger as long as possible through out the day. But at least 2 hours.

Always entering Bathmate fully erect. Can already pump up to 7 Inches.
Not going to measure till beginning of December to shock myself again.

Goal is to hit 8 inches till beginning of March. You can call me crazy but its all about mindset. Iam going to put as much effort as needed into this.

Got a lot of knowledge from my loved Brothers DLD and Kingsnake. But you can never learn enough!! And iam going to maximize the Volume of my routine from week to week, so my dick can never really adapt, but at the same time give him the best environment to heal and grow as much as geneticaly possible.

Going to start with some Special Nutrition the next weeks. Ill keep you guys updadet whenever theres something new!

Unbelievable that PE is real huh? Well it is. Don't worry you're not crazy for your 8" goal.
I started 5.5 BPEL got to 7.5 BPEL in 11 months, lost some 0.5" from experimentation and stopping and recently got it back but I'm aiming for 8"-9" right now so its definitely possible. Gotta be consistent and make sure to always always always do the routine no matter how you feel. It's the same with the gym and staying fit. It all pays off.

Thats some crazy gains bro! Thanks for encouraging me. Trust me brother I wont let out a single workout. The only thing I think about when Iam going to sleep is the 2-3h session the next morning :) Always looking forward to it. And it gives me a smile while falling asleep hehe.
Lets make our 8inch goal reality!


Today I had a really nice session, well actually all my session are fucking awesome. The Streching+Bathmate Routine Iam currently doing since Tuesday is nice but it seems like my dick adapts fast as fuck. Didnt measured but after each session I edge for about half an hour and my D already looks and feels a lot bigger. But wont measure till early December. I took pics today to crush your minds on December :)

Since Iam doing this Routine 1 Week and my dick shows no signs of fatigue. Iam going to increase the Volume of my Routine for the next week. Also I exchanged the Wet Jelqs with 10 min Edging+ Kegels. I did this today and a saw a directly increase in erect size. So this edging allows me to wait with erect streches and maybe save them when I hit a little plateua or something. So the edging+ Kegels really pushes my Tunica to the limits. Its good to accustom your Dick to his new size :) and added a small Jelq session after finishing with the Bathmate.

So my current Routine looks like this:


10-15 mins Warm Up with Towel ( to keep the D as dry as possible for good grip)

10 mins of Bundles Streches to loosen Tunica

DLD Streches
3 sets of all the Streches, 5 min Rewarm with Towel and 5 min Bundled Streches between sets
(between each strech I massage like 5-10 secs to get blood in my glans again. Since from the intense pressing and pulling, theres nearly no blood there :))

I have an advise to you guys. Buy Vaseline. I just did and its the fucking best think you can do. Since the before I had Vaseline I used some Babyshampoo. Since its made for really sensetive skin. But it wont help you with staying too long in the Bathtub. Since iam nearly 1 hour in the Bathtub after streching my Dick gets dried out and soggy like your fingers.

But with Vaseline my dickskin is always in good shape and nice moisty. Even after 2-3 hour sessions every day.

What I really recommend you guys is proper Warm Up and Down. Because iam really new to this. I have no Idea how my Dick can take such intense Sessions from 0-100. I mean I just started PE. But I think the proper WarmUp/WarmDowns work wonders and promote healing and THAT RESULTS IN GAINZZZZ!!!

Only went to the Gym today only for 1h cycling since I went on 1500kcal since yesterday. My Body just wont loose this last drop of Fat. Gonna get drastic till 16.10.2016 to hopefully loose that last 1kg Bodyfat, which should put me under 10%. After that going to LeanBulk some Musclemass with as little as possible fat.

So apart from going to the gym I was all day at home hitting my session in the morning after waking up. Edged, cumed and directly put on my lighthanger for 4 hours straight. Reading some interesting stuff while doing it. Gotta use that time usefull ;)

Dont forgett after cuming is the best time to do some light PE over a long time, since your dick is flooded with tons of growthhormons in your body! Just keep that in mind.
And if you cant? Just dont cum. Save it for a better moment.

Normaly I hang until I go to sleep but last night I put hot water in a heatbottle. And put it 1h before going to sleep on my dick while on my cellphone. My dick really stayed engourged all the time and I even felt a pulse in my Dick!!!!!!!!!!!!! HEHE GROW MOTHERFUCKER GROOOOW!!!!

Today after the Bathmate my D was thick as fuck :D Since I couldnt hang lightly afterwards I didnt cum and put one small cockring over my dick and a big one over scroctum+dick too keep as much blood as possible in there. Damn the streches are intense but feel soooo damn good. The behind the cheek streches gives me such a nice streching of my dick. I just love feeling this slightly pain. Am I a masochist :D?

Guys I need some help tho, whenever I get my self 100% erect my balls are pulling near towards my body. Which is kinda not suitable before you attach the Bathmate.

I have the same issue when trying to use the bathmate. I just grab my sack and stretch them away while putting on the bathmate.

It hurts like hell, but sometimes i deflate partilaly and adjust the ballsack , constantly stretch them down out of harms way

I remember when I first startet PE I got a little bit of soreness. Not any Pain just some slight soreness. And thats what Iam trying to achieve at the moment.
Doing this routine till Tuesday and see how it goes. If its still too light, I think Iam going to increase the volume again and if I dont see any changes in the first 2 days I´ll add a second Bathmate session at the evening.

I have an idea why I get no soreness and my dick can heal so properly, since the routine Iam currently doing is anything but light for my penis.

Always doing the streches in the Bathroom, after them directly jump into my bathtub which is full of hot water. So basically Iam using the Bathmate and Edging+ Kegels in between in really hot water for approximatly 1 hour. Maybe this could promote bloodflow and that results in great healing?

I want to get some light soreness so badly. This would give me a sign that Iam doing as much as my dick can take. Now I always get this feeling of "My Dick could take more, I could make more and faster gains"

Also always putting on some salve with Panthenol before bedtime which helps regeneration.

Soreness is really something that eventually fades. Men make an association with pain are signs of gains when this is simply not true. Most men lose the soreness after a couple months. It will come back at times when you do something with much more intensity than you are used to. But when the soreness ends the gains continue.

Guys I just cant wait anymore, I have to tell you what happened after my previous post.

Like I told you on my previous post today I had a awesome pumping sessions since I used kyomotos advice and streched my balls downwards while attaching the Bathmate, I managed to pump my Dick to amazing 18,5 cm(7,3 inches).
And since there was no pain or odd feeling at all I let it on for about 8-10 mins . Even had a bit of a fluid build up, but I was going to masturbate afterwards so I let the Jelquing out today.

So after my session I wrote the previous post, made something to eat, ate while watching a series and then startet masturbating.

So in my room I put on a nice ���� movie and startet stroking. I could already tell that my length was over the fucking roof and base girth was bigger too. But I said no measuring to myself.

But after 20-30 Edging I just couldnt help myself. My dick was feeling like somebody else Penis in my hand. Base Girth was a lot wider. And whenever I came close to cumming I was just fucking bigger than I ever remembered. I could tell this only by looking. So I just couldnt help myself and measured when near cumming.

You propably wont believe me this, I cant even realise myself what just happened the last 2 weeks. But I was at fucking 18cm(7 inches NBPEL) on my ruler. 18 damn cm!!!!! I remeasured 2 times, but still cant believe it. For the new ones, 2 weeks ago I was 6,5 inches!! And dont blame these gains on EQ. Iam very sportive and healty living. Always wake up with morning wood. And since Iam doing Kegels/Reversekegels quite consitently its definitly not EQ.

Something I wonder about is, since I startet PE consitently one month ago, I was always on calorie deficit, and still I made some huge gains.

I wonder if my new nutrition plan from 16.10.2016 will give me some faster gains or healing since Iam going to eat 200kcal+ a day.
And only eat clean healthy food tho.

So much I wonder about and cant wait to try out!! But Patience and logging your experiences is the key guys!

Where exactly did you feel the soreness. The foreskin, the inner penis of the shaft, the glans, or where?

In my case i find, the best reults come from the following

Warm up

lube and stretch

get hard

jelq (strech as long as possible,then grip the base hard to keep the length)

squeeze with both top and bottom...HARD while still being comfortable

cool down for a min, while still sitting near your heat source to keep the tissue loose

Stretch and jelq to get hard again

try ro get pump on still erect

start pump slowly till you reach the limit of pain

Keep the pressure for 5 or 6 min

take of the pump


So i just basically repeat that ovre and over. Youll notice that ur dick will stretch farther esch time. Whilr doing this i usally squeeze so tight that my hand starts to cramp. But keep it up as long as u can ... and NEVER forget to warm down. Thats how you keep your bigger size.
