hey everybody, if this is the right or wrong sub forum to post this in i don't know. but since i find there to be a lot more traffic in the progress forum i thought it might be a good idea to post this thread here.

short story about me:
22 years old been in pe for 3 years (most of fairly little on)

basicly pumping 10 mins

do this 3 times.

YAY for you! I am so proud that you heard me and listened, I am always looking out for you guys! I think you will really like the Bathmate routine. A very different way to use a pump but MOS has never been typical and I guess this is why most men here gain. Take your time and really feel out the routine, it does take a bit of coordination and effort but after a few goes it becomes very easy and straight forward. And you are very right, a good tool in the wrong hands can do as much damage as it can good. Feel good to know that most of us are new to these supplemental forms of Penis Enlargement and we are all learning together.
 
i was thinking today. do we know what parts of the penis these stretches gives pressure to? cause if we can find out, then we can stretch the rest with manual stretches,
I was thinking that __________ secret forexample could be a good supplement, but i still have a hard time locating the stretch.

If you have a PowerAssist or LengthMaster check out Expressive Stretching, it works on the same premise as DLD Hardcore Bathmate Stretches.
 
I have found the DLD Bathmate stretching routine even too intense for myself and so ATM dont do it in my routine. I still have stretches while I use the Bathmate incl my own stretch called the Bathmate Crossbow which I will illustrate at a later date and hammers the ligaments really easily indeed with little effort on your part because the suction does the hard part of grabbing the dick out and in this case allot of internal cock.

If you find the DLD Bathmate routines too intense, than simply cut down the times, reps, sets however he has it written by 1/2 and do those for awhile till your conditioned. Something else you can do is knock one of the routines off i.e. the Bathmate girth routine or length routine depending on what your after.

I also advised DLD's Bathmate workouts because they are really detailed, helpful and are working well for him plus others who tried them so is why I suggested those to you. Not really anyother Bathmate routines around ATM and I havent really made one. I do the Bathmate thing but usually add my crossbows, bends to the left & right, straight out stretches, stretching 12 O'clock to hit the inner penis and going inside the Bathmate constricted (clamped) around the base of the penis plus also performing Boa's for head size.

Your reference to hitting the penis with this device and us knowing what portion that is, so we can accurately use other equipment & methods to than target the penis is very sound indeed and I already have started to use the Size-Genetics JES extender which will take full advantage of the already fatigued penis from the Bathmate. I have noticed I get better stretching on days I've used the Bathmate. The tunica is more prone and easier to manipulate than when its un-pumped.

If you have a hanger floating about than abuse it during the 'window of opportunity' which is a few hours after the Bathmate session or even several days afterwards for some individuals. I'm one of those because I see my dick retains massive size days later, even though that's not fluid it still has benefits later from the session. Obviously don't use the extender or hanger soon after the Bathmate if you have much fluid because it just gives a messy looking cock from the fluid settling awkward and possibly more prone to blisters.

Think about purchasing yourself some Leech oil as well, its very underrated because of what it is and hardly going to bring in millions for anyone soon but it WORKS.
 
so today i tryed another workout (i actually sat off the most of the evening only to Penis Enlargement)

But i couldn't,

my penis was sore and it hurted to have the Bathmate on even without really giving a good pressure.

so i sad in my sack chair and did some light stretches.

AND DAIIIMN! i got bpfl for sure! it looked LOOONG!

Also i can see a little difference in my thickness when flaccid.

But have only done like 2 workouts this far.
i can't really feel the soreness in my daily day, only when im using the Bathmate.

Seriously, as I have mentioned before ... buy some Leech oil and apply this to your dick in situations like this. Speeds up recovery and growth. The ingredients in the Leech oil are all great for what we're wanting to accomplish, because its for blood circulation and fixing tissue.

today i did a 2x10 mins of Bathmate followed by some manual strecthes, it appears to me like the tissue is easier to work with after a Bathmate session. and since i don't wanna over do it after the DLD workout i did this, really good workout. i liked it!
once again the Bathmate shows its hidden potential in lenght work.

i got pictures from this time, but no measurements don't want to take out the ruler too early

Seriously it is so much funnier to use than usual manual stretches, even if they where more effective (don't know if they are) i would still recommend it. i just look for loopholes of time to do my workouts.

so i have turned more or less away from DLD'S method, not that i don't think it works it is simply just to intense for me at this point,
so these days im doing a 20 min Bathmate session followed by a lenght workout from redzulu. it feels way easier to stretch the tissue after a Bathmate workout so this feels like a good combo. also im still experimenting with DLD's workout getting used to the exercises and so on.

some theory crafting i have been doing lately:

hot and cold Bathmate session.
hot water makes your penis expand, cold makes it shrink, we all know this,
so if you take 20 mins off hot Bathmate then you should be pretty big engorged.
now then take an allmost icecold Bathmate session off 10 mins, your penis wount get the change to shrink back because the Bathmate is keeping the expand, but the penis is getting coolen down. so maybe this will help it expand it even more because your penis is actually stretching the tissue itself by trying to pull it together.

head enhancement.
this is still something i am philosopying about, my end goal is a nice big headed 8x6. and i want the head to be just a little bigger than the rest of my shaft. so how do i improve my head size?
i have this feeling that the Bathmate can have a major impact on this i just haven't found out how yet.
was thinking something like clamping under the head, and pressuring the blood around in the head, then jump into the Bathmate to get a better expansion, and repeat.

Started out with 20secs of pulls in each direction, and 2 of each.

when im Doing the Bathmate lenght workout im exhausting my PC first. it removes alot of holdback.

approximately 1 and a half hour.
the soreness actually wasn't so bad, think im getting used to the Bathmate.

But i will never advise this to anyone who is new to Penis Enlargement! i have some experience at this point, and i still take it slow, this is a killer!
