I did. I do probablt around 1000-1500 kegels 3x a week though my pc muscles are pretty solid because Ive been doing kegels & reverse kegels since I was like 17 or something.

Good news! It seems that Im more used to the SZ including how to strap tight enough to ensure no slippage but also not extremely decreased blood circulation. That means that Ill probably be wearing it a LOT more than I am now !

A quick word on erection quality and this is just my personal experience. In the past I jerked it pretty much every day to adult entertainment with a lot of edging for hours which meant I'd go back and forth from a flaccid to erect state and over a session I might have trouble getting a 100% erection. Now, frankly, I had a problem with adult entertainment and masturbation and was single, working long ass hours, for a couple of years with only a couple of one night stands/short dating periods in between.

For me, jerking off and adult entertainment killed my erection quality and ability to not be nervous around women in an intimate setting. It also lowers your testosterone daily. So, I quit jerking off more than once a week and I cut out adult entertainment COMPLETELY. The result was that my testosterone went waaay up and I now get erections in a more natural way. This is a detox process for me but it's worked wonders.

This may not be what's going on with you at all but I thought I'd mention it.

Unfortauntely Im working around 90hours this week so I REALLY didnt had the time to continue with the routine. Ill try to do some SZ stretching at the very least though. It sucks but there is not much I can do about it right now. Its okay though, Im patient.


Also, I have to say that I did wore the Supra ring (ROP) for 2months+ 7hours+ and didnt notice any difference accept a bigger flaccid hang when I had the thing on
I also noticed that the smokers toothpaste helps a bit in the beginning, but they dont go away completely

REST DAYS
I have always trained 7 days on no days off. I think this type of schedule promotes a more habitual program. For me days off can quickly turn into weeks off so it is better for me to be a daily trainer. I also believe that the penis only needs 24 hours of recovery before it is trained again. Some guys either do not have the time for this or it may be too difficult at first. In this case I recommend deducting one day at a time until the perfect routine is created. i.e. 6 on 1 off, 5 on 2 off.

Now doing the routines 4times a week, mo/tue and thur/fri. Gonna add one more 'workout day and then it will probably be enough for me.
 
Congrats on the gains! That is super awesome! Sounds like the club in Berlin was a blast, I think the club was in Berlin from the Blade movie.

Ill do a measurment first week in januari. Hopefully ive gained some size.

Also, gonna make sure I put in 40-50hours a week with the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]SG[/words]. My goal for the end of 2013 is 18cm x 13cm (which means that if I didnt gain anything last couple of months I need to gain 1cm in length and girth.)

Im proud of myself. Been wearing this [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]SG[/words] this week for probably close to 40hours. Ive made it a habit of just wearing it as much as possible, 8hours tops a day. I want a big dick, I need it;)

12 months! that should not be a problem. 1 cm divided by 365 days is pretty reasonable!
 
Just did a measurement (unfortunately I could only measure the length because the tape I used to use for measuring circumference is lsot so Im getting a new one. Measurement is with cockring, which Ive also used with previous measurements

If you can handle it go for as long as you can! The more time your penis is in an extended, elongated position the faster you will cement and make new gains.
