1st Week Evaluation...
Well not much gains, maybe minimal ones. Once measured 6" girth. Mostyl 5 7/8 and my length seems 7.75-7 7/8" which is ok. I got a new inspiration and tips.
I think week 1 beat up my penis and has done as my starter weeks have in the past: prep my penis for some serious workouts. It wasnt as strong as I wanted so I am starting 3 weeks over, just glad I could of gotten my penis... into shape so to speak.
NEW 3 WEEK ROUTINE STARTING AUGUST 3
Week 1 Routine for the days of 8/3, 8/5, 8/7
Girth Work
(10x 5sec dry jelqs - helicopter for 10 seconds) Repeat 2 more times
60 Seconds compression squeeze. 1 hand at base while continuous slight release to kegel to tighten to keep forcing more blood
Glans/Upper Shaft compressor jelqs. Compress-jelq for 30 seconds
Repeat all that 3 more times
Length Work
Stretches! YAY! =D
Straight Down to The Left: 30 Seconds
Straight Down to The Right: 30 Seconds
Straight Down to The Center: 30 Seconds
Straight Down Rotaries: 30 Cranks
Straight Out to The Left: 30 Seconds
Straight Out to The Right: 30 Seconds
Straight Out to The Center: 30 Seconds
Straight Out Rotaries: 30 Cranks
Straight Up to The Left: 30 Seconds
Straight Up to The Right: 30 Seconds
Straight Up to The Center: 30 Seconds

If my 3rd week, hell week, is cross country camp then I will let that be a rest week... for my dick at least, and I will move it to the 23, 25, 27, 29, then rest following week right before school starts, then start another 1 month plan where my 3 weeks will finish out September.

All I ask for is a quarter inch each way a month. I think I can do it too. Especially since my dick is naturally growing anyways.
Hopefully by Christmas at least I can surprise my g/f with a nice 9x7 present and a nice body too if I start working out now

I am so dedicated and motivated now, even if I dont make the gains I want, if I make SOME gains Ill be happy. I am pretty sure by Christmas though Ill have 9x7 if not earlier. If I make faster gains that I thought Ill be even happier
