Found out I might get some today so held off on Penis Enlargement, dates now 28 30 1 3. In other good news, ruler I used had like 1/5-1/4" of just plastic before it got to measuring part so I know Im thicker and longer than I thought. Might be 8x6 like I wanted. Im gonna check with metal ruler where beginning and end is where ruler starts and begins.
 
Ok did first workout, got that outta the way so thats good. Blew my load today I couldnt help it, Im sofa king horny. Anyways, gonna hold it for 1 week, now Im back on protein shakes (l-arginine 300mcg or so and glutamic acid 3g+ in em), before I blow my load and keep working out.
 
Now that I know I can reach 8nbp x 6.5 erect in time I am setting a new goal.

I wanna be 9nbp x 7. Im gonna start stretching now to gain length. Im so stoked gonna get back into weight lifting n Penis Enlargement full blast, maybe even running again :) ... or I could just dick around in X-C and track this year :) But hey still be cut as hell with a huge dick :)
 
Good workout last night only did 3 sets cuz they were intense. Tried rubberband thingy man it left a mark, but went away, and although it helped a lot on my head jelqs not using it again haha. I need a clamp. I think my 2nd month of Penis Enlargement Im gonna clamp.
 
1st Week Evaluation...

Well not much gains, maybe minimal ones. Once measured 6" girth. Mostyl 5 7/8 and my length seems 7.75-7 7/8" which is ok. I got a new inspiration and tips.

I think week 1 beat up my penis and has done as my starter weeks have in the past: prep my penis for some serious workouts. It wasnt as strong as I wanted so I am starting 3 weeks over, just glad I could of gotten my penis... into shape so to speak.

Week 1 Routine for the days of 8/3, 8/5, 8/7

Girth Work
(10x 5sec dry jelqs - helicopter for 10 seconds) Repeat 2 more times
60 Seconds compression squeeze. 1 hand at base while continuous slight release to kegel to tighten to keep forcing more blood
Glans/Upper Shaft compressor jelqs. Compress-jelq for 30 seconds
Repeat all that 3 more times

It is tough to overtrain LENGTH so you sound like you are on the right path.

Damn got x-country camp 16-19, but 20th folks out of town 3pm to 10pm the night... hopefully with my huge jump in [words=http://fleshlight.sjv.io/c/348327/302851/4702]stamina[/words] (X-C camp = uber [words=http://fleshlight.sjv.io/c/348327/302851/4702]stamina[/words] boost), as I already run a lot, and hopefully I can get ahold of some viagra or cialis. Itll be after my full week of rest.. well rest on my dick... so hopefully it will just shock her.

Girth went good doing length in a little bit. Staying on track yay! :) Cant wait til Im done. Goal for end of this session (Sept 3rd) is get a solid 8x6... from there... Ill do the clamping etc to get the 9x7 :)
 
Ok girth workout went good last night. Man it was painful. Well it always is slightly, but moreso than normal. Bends are a bitch, but hey I feel like Im growing. Put away measuring tape and ruler and not busting em out til Im done and my full week of rest is too.

Stretching went alright.

Week 3 has to be postponed due to 1 week @ x-country camp and dates for week 3 will be 23, 25, 27 ,29, 31. Rest week will be Sept 1st to 7th. (First day of school) when I can measure

Goal for end of this session is lil over 8 x 6 on normal erection.
 
11th workout moved to 12. 13th workout still on 13th. 12th will be morning 13th evening. Ran and did ab workout today, thought I'd fit it in but I couldnt.

Lessoned learned. When you got time at hand, use it then.
 
Ok I got a clamp .99 (Cable Cuff - exact same model) @ home depot and 3 red 1.47 golft weights @ walmart. Gonna try ADH or Im gonna try. Need more weights tho only got 3 cuz I got them before clamp and wasnt sure how much itd be. I plan to get like 3 MAYBE 4 more. Ill ADH except maybe when school is in session, Im running, or Im doing girthwork and am clamping and then 30 minutes light clamping after for effect.

ANYWAYS. Going to do some clamping routines once back from x-country camp and some length things too so ADH will help cement length gains.

UPDATE! I have gotten some 8" measurements which is good. I got my viagra now, 8 of em. Used 1. Will just play with rest like if I want an insane clamp session like hell week or if I just want to go long in sex.. which would of happened to day if miscommunication and work schedules didn't fuck up!

ANYWAYS. Girth is still 5.75 and I wanna bust into 6" and shoot up to 6.5. Here is my next 3 week on 1 week off routine.

Starting stats at beginning of this period: Just under 8" BP x 5.75
WEEK 1
Girth Work at night
Manual Girth
1. (10x 5sec dry jelqs - helicopter for 10 seconds) Repeat 2 more times
2. 60 Seconds compression squeeze. 1 hand at base while continuous slight release to kegel to tighten to keep forcing more blood
3. Glans/Upper Shaft compressor jelqs. Compress-jelq for 30 seconds
Repeat 1-3, 3 more times

Clamping Girth
1. Bends - 10 seconds down 10 seconds up 20 seconds right (Longer right and no left because I curve a little to the left. Will change to 10 all around once fixed.)
Start this at base. Then move up 1" and repeat until bottom of head is bended around last. This will last a little over 5 minutes.
2. Glans/Upper Shaft compressor jelqs. Compress-jelq for 30 seconds. Same as manual just easier with clamp. 30 seconds on, 30 seconds off for 5 minutes.
3. Clamp 1/2" under head and rotary head for 1 minute hard. Change direction every 15 seconds. Clamp another 1/2" down and repeat. go until clamped at bottom. This will take approx 15 minutes.

Once both clamping workouts are done. Leave a comfortable clamp level for 30 minutes. Masturbate for the first 5-10 to get up DHT/Test/etc levels, but don't cum.

This means the girth workouts will take just under 50 minutes and I will have another 30 of clamping just for the pump.

Manual Length
Do after shower and massage of base/testicles.
Straight Down to The Left: 15 Seconds
Straight Down to The Right: 15 Seconds
Straight Down to The Center: 15 Seconds
Straight Down Rotaries: 15 Cranks

Straight Out to The Left: 15 Seconds

Did girth routine today. Interesting thing. I have always had skin where the line on the bottom of your penis ends that starts from the head, on the underside of the penis. Not just any skin. It sort of "hangs" so to speak. You can see it when flaccid and slightly less noticeable when erect. I have always had it. Never thought it as negative in an aesthetic aspect. Just somethere there.

Well after my girth workout today it got bigger. A lot. Very noticeable when I was flaccid not so noticeable when erect. Don't know if this will go away. Don't think it was fluid buildup, cuz it felt jelly-like instead of liquid when I felt it.

Anyways, It is like one big bump, but I think it would be awesome to have it, permanently if not too noticeable. Sort of like those "pearls" guys get surgically implanted in the topside of there penis to hit the G-spot, it'd be the same, but a natural feeling and it'd hit the G-spot doggy style.

Started today cuz I had time. So the dates of will be August 22, 24, 26, 29, 30, September 1, 3, 5, 7, 9, 11, with a 1 week break from September 12-19 when I will measure.

Thanks DLD, I dont get many post in here so each and everyone is very important to me. I think Ill do another length session today and ADH too. I think stretching everyday is important, if I got time, but definately every other day.
 
Couldnt find edit button so Im adding that I will do my stretch routine, then jerk off, then once flaccid and cant possibly get a boner again repeat stretch routine then ADH with golf weights. I was doing it with 3, but got 3 more so now it is like 6, and that is like 1-2 lbs. Ill ADH hang it for like 4 hours.
 
Hung for like 1 hour 10 minutes after doing stretch, ejac, stretch. 6 of those golfweights while I sat in chair and red a book. Head got a little chilly, but not "cold" or ANY funny colors so I kept going. I felt lig burns as I let it hang to left or right and down. Real nice, not intense, but I felt it :) Never have before so I know with time I can gain good length :) Girth is my main concern though. Going to do girth and length routine tomorrow.

Working out tomorrow too, missed today. Too bummed/lazy.
