If the velcro strap is not your thing, try the below:

Protection Pad

I would advise that the device comes complete with a round foam piece, called the Protection Pad. This is used to stop the device from slipping over the head of the penis.

The tingling feeling is normal. At long as you are taking off the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] every 45-60 minutes you will be fine. Return good circulation and go for another set.
 
Alright good. I replaced the strap with a long piece of fabric about 1" wide and tie it at the bottom, with the foam piece under that like you would with the normal strap. Anywhere from 2-4 hrs a day so far.
