The shipping can be murder to get products to different regions, so yes the shipping is correct and I am sorry that the postal service needs to be such crooks.

Is there any reason there's only those two options? I was hoping to pay on my Amex via PayPal which in turn is paid off by my Visa! A nice convuluted route that keeps purchase names off my statement and still gets me airmiles!

Sorry I must have been having an off day the other day you can pay by PayPal.

You will just need to select the PayPal option on the order page.

It should come up as Permenda limited on Your bank statement when you place your order.

Hey I ordered mine Sunday nite and have put three hours on it today. I got the upgraded shipping, got here rather quick since Im assuming it came from the UK.

Really happy with it so far and have at this point found the noose with the foam to be the most comfortable for me. The Comfort strap
slips off, but Im still experimenting. Tried a velcro strap already and may go back to it at some point. I have a buttload of those things in all shapes and sizes soooo.:cool:

Dhl is charging me $20.00 and the import customs are charging $16+.++. So anyone from Malaysia have gone through this? I have ordered hundreds of items. Never heard of these import duties or handling fees before then. But for dhl, it is the my first time. All I did was just asking for royal mail and paid extra for discreet packaging.
But the package came in from dhl. Import customs are asking all sorts of questions regarding the package that [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]sg[/words] tag as training equipment. I hope they don't think it as a training gun!

As my cards are registered in the UK, but I live in Hong Kong, they can't ship it to me. Something about needing the delivery address to be in the same country the card is. Trying the long shot of asking them if they have any method around the issue, otherwise im stuck!
 
Apparently there is no way around the issue which kinda sucks. Thought they might be able to help. It's a little frustrating that I can have spererate billing and shipping addresses in the UK - but not a shipping address outside of the UK.

If I did go through PayPal would be billing information be sufficiently hidden they'd okay the purchase?

Any thoughts or advice Darren?

If you order using PayPal it will show up as Permenda limited on your billing information.

Also we can only ship to the same address that your PayPal account is registered to.

When I meant billing info - I was referring to my card being registered to a dif place than where I wanted it shipped. Wasn't sure if that info was still visible to merchants through a PayPal payment.

Yes I tried, you said I should return the item for refund but you won't resend again.
Another problem is that the wrong courier that you or the one who assigned for the delivery to dhl. Since dhl refuse to deliver or return the package, without me paying their ever increasing hidden charges + custom duties and redelivery charges. There is no way I can have it release. I am not able settle with the custom officer since dhl refuse to disclose the department address or custom officer in charge.
Untill now I have not get my warranty refunded also.
