I didn't actually do a stretching session unwrapped, I just put it in the chamber and gave it a little tug. I am lucky that I didn't get any bruises or cuts... just some small discoloration that went away with my heating pad session.
I am still trying to perfect your wrapping style, but I am still getting a lot of skin that pushes up and rolls over the glans.

I used to hang 20 lbs for 1-2 sets a day (didn't really see great results at all) and now I'm holding back on hanging since I'm afraid that my ligaments have become too strong. Compress hangers just weren't good for me as I'm uncut and it put a beating on my glans so I would like to go back to vacuum hanging at lower weights but way more time and of course also stretching with this wonderful device. So my question would be, how long should I wait for my ligaments to kind of go back to being weak again? I feel like hanging heavy might have caused them to be too strong and doing other exercises now will not have such great impact on my ligaments since they can handle 20 lbs. Nonetheless, I'm never going back to hanging heavy because it sucks to be honest.

I would think if you had issues with a compress hanger in the past you would also have that issue with the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?83577-Length-master-official-order-thread-now-shipping-06-16-2014!!!]LM[/words] as well. Of course you can't apply the weight resistance with your hands as you did hanging and you can't sustain the same pressure for as long. So those variables are in your favor.
