Today was a rough day for Penis Enlargement... Normally I do 90% of my length work in the morning, but after 10 great years, sadly my dog died. So that kind of put the Penis Enlargement on hold while I was taking care of everything. Eventually throughout the day I ended up getting a pretty good workout. After my measurements yesterday I was reading a lot of older threads about BPFSL vs. BPenis EnlargementL and how they correlate with each other. My BPenis EnlargementL and BPFSL are not too far off (.5 of an inch) but I was reading a lot about erect stretching and wanted to start to throw it into my routine. I know that I'm still kind of new to this, but I thought it would be good to test the waters.

I really liked the erect stretches and eased into them. I think that I will definitely be adding them to my routine. I was also reading the threads about Expressive Stretching.
AM Workout
Newbie Directional Stretches + BTC + Rotary + Erect stretching and also found the mother of all lig stretches... The DLD Deep Lig Jelq! Holy Shit that did me dirty, and I loved it!!

Warm up with a heating pad (30 minutes)
Newbie Directional Stretches + DLD Blasters (which I love also!)
Superset with the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]Penomet[/words] - 5 minutes in the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]Penomet[/words] with black gaitor, 5 minutes jelquing, 1 [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-forum/12539-slow-squash-jelq-nothing-give-me-better-expansion.html]slow squash jelq[/words] x 3 sets. That Superset rocked me but was such a good feeling. I need to train girth a little harder.
While I was in the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]Penomet[/words] I was gently trying the hardcore stretches... and with the great suction it felt like I was going to pull my guts out through my penis... It was AMAZING!
I clamped off for about 1 hour, then took a shower and gave myself a hot massage, stayed in the clamp for another hour while I was eating dinner...
Then I got back in the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] for another 4 hours with hourly breaks for manual stretching. Then Jim Strapped for the rest of the evening still taking hourly breaks for manual stretches.
So what started bad this morning with the passing of my dog... Actually turned out to be a pretty good workout.
