18, male, in a pretty fit shape.

Started this routine 2 days ago. Today will be my 3rd. I use gloves for stretching for grip and Vaseline/KY Jelly for jelging. I do the full routine and it takes me around an 1-2 hours. I sit in front of a small space heater the whole time to maximize blood flow and keep my veins bulging.
3/29-3/30.
First two days - Measure and did my Penis Enlargement. After doing Penis Enlargement my Erect state is a little over 7" after I finish on the jelging. Its also alot thicker to the point where I feel like I'm dragging something on the ground. Having trouble keeping it up after a while. I find that pulling my penis down towards my ass more and either standing or sitting with my junk hanging over the seat helps me stay aroused and I feel a greater amount of blood being pushed down from gravity.
Edit: I've been taking a multivitamin with + minerals in it and L-Arginine 500 mg and Folic Acid 800 mcg daily. Soon I'll begin on a fruit and water diet.
