Started this routine 2 days ago. Today will be my 3rd. Alrite also yesterday. Nevermind it will come on the 8th they shipped it from their US department. Shipping from the UK could have taken almost a month.

Update on 4/01:

Did 2 sets of newbie stretches, could really feel it the first set so I did a second.
Did 5 minutes of jelging followed by 5 minutes of Clamping, 50 Kelgels, 5 more minutes of clamping, another 50 kelgels. Then did 5 minutes of Clamping and two 30 second Kelgels.

Today is 4/02: I'm about to begin newbie stretches. Going for 3 sets here, but we'll see how bored I get. Already clamped for 10 minutes earlier today to try and keep the tissue expanded. Just got the internet so I'll be watching adult entertainment the entire time I do my P.E. Haha.

That sounds good. I jelq for about 8mins to warm up. Then start getting the SSJs with jelqs in between. Usually all ready to go by the time my stop watch hits 20 mins.

Back to your OK grip, slight ring/jelq up to compress more. That's it. You will feel the pressure of expansion. As your erection begins to subside your dick will look like a crushed soda can. Some do this for 30secs, which is a good time to start at. Work up to a min and this is dependent on your erection which keeps the compression pressure going. Work up to where you had do this for 2mins but no need to race to that level. Your varsity level adult entertainment that gets you amp'd up is best for this to support you keeping a strong erection. Thanks for the info, as for this, start the video camera/webcam up, do all you need to do, and then get something to cut the video and chop it. So it'll be like just when you start the workout rather then setting it up, lubing, etc, all that other shit. Alrite did 2 sets of newbie stretches, held for 45 seconds each.
Wet Jelged about 50 times, did 50 kegels, and did tunica stretches forward and downward for 60 seconds each x 3 sets.
Leaped in the bath, used the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words]. Managed to pump to 175 and hold it for 15 minutes (6.75 inches about) and then I relaxed, jelged a bit to get the blood flowing normal, and leaped in the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] again. Pumped to 180 and held it for 10 minutes (almost 7 inches) and then relaxed and rubbed it/stretched it in the bath for 5 minutes and then hopped out.

All done with my workout for today, [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] definately picked up its worth.

Did alotta different kegels all day. I find that keeping it up is the hardest part of sex most of the time.
Put on the pump for 30 minutes, jelged out fluid retention, put it back on for another 30 minutes. Fiance came over, she blew me and then fucked me for about 30 minutes and she could obviously tell something was up. I've never seen that much come out of a female before.

Did behind the back stretches but seeing as my comforts came today I said fuck it and put the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] on before I could do any other stretches.
 
I really cannot seem to stomach doing all the stretches. Seriously. Anyone? Word of encouragement? I just feel that it isn't working me that well and I get easily distracted or discouraged while doing my stretch work.
 
Yeah, stretching for prolonged periods of time is the hardest part of Penis Enlargement for me too. Right now, because of my erratic schedule, I'm just doing lazy ass stretches. I've gained about 5/8" in the past few months, and I'm just hoping I can maintain that until I have time to get back into stretching hardcore.
