Let me start this off by saying I have checked this site out for the last 3-4 years. I have been a member here since some time last year. From a young age ten or younger I got into watching adult entertainment with my cousins. I have no clue how they are today after all of us got caught one day.But for me this turned into a huge problem, I had to see some adult entertainment daily. I have bags under my eyes to remind me daily for what I did to ruin my childhood cause it took that away from me. I would stay inside most days cause my house would be empty so I could watch it long as possible. But I got a little older and made some time for friends.

After seeing guys that were massive on a daily basis, It made me very insecure about my size. I was never giving the kiddy "Bird & Bees" talk but I was way past understanding what sex was but I still think I grew up unaware on all the details about sex. I feared sex alot growing up. From this I would read information on sex all the time to lose the fears and understand what I will be getting myself into if I would build the courage to have sex. This all started around the age of 14 or older. Still in fear cause of my average size I would search "natural penis enlargement" daily and read information everyday. But I never set time aside to do it. Then around 16 I search the same search I did before and found the jelq. My started size was 5.4X4.8 and I knew this wasnt big so I started to jelq. But due to no privacy and school I could only do this very late at night. My newbie gains would jump up under 6 inches all the time but due me not sticking to it the gains never would stick around to long. I have went from 5 and a half inches to under 6 three to four time since I was 16-18.

After watching my buddy KINGSNAKE continue to make incredible length gains Im ready to make some as well and will do intense length work for the first time to get to my goals. I dont have a size in my head but when I get there I will know. And I hope you all here will follow me through this amazing journey and also dish out your best advice for me to get the gains Im after. I have known information on Penis Enlargement for years so I fell I know alot to help on this forum but I need the gains to back it up as well.

I will posting my daily routine on here each night due to the fact that I have a few exercises I like but I dont have a routine I follow I just freestyle it. Today I will try something I tad different. I found this metal rod that was part of a old at-home gym I had. I will do bend stretch with it for bout 20 minutes. Than off to the TENSION STRETCH for 5-10 minutes. this is stretching straight out and moving it around as if it is a joystick from an arcade game. This really fatigues your ligs when you do it right. I call it the "joystick stretch" but it has been on some old Penis Enlargement site for awhile so I cant rename it. Than I will wait 10 min for a break. Hot wrap for 5 minutes than jump into some girth and PC work.

The first girth exercise pre-fatigues my unit for whats next. This is the squeeze jelq. I got this goodie from Thndr Pl. I have tried this with a clamp and it doesnt work as well as a OK grip. First OK grip at the base with my right hand. Not to tight but tight enough to trap blood flow. Then with the other hand I will jelq with a palms down reverse OK grip. This gets me really plump and I have done it in the past and it shows promise for flaccid gains. Then after doing that for about 10-15 minutes.

I will jump into ballooning. Now this isnt done the normal way. Instead of close hand jerking, I massage it. I place thumb tip on top and my 4 finger tips under my unit and massage up and down. sometimes I use both hand and sometimes just my left hand. When you do it this way blood flow continues to build up and PONR builds without you having to stop, instead you just ride it out and you become more in tune with your body and how to control orgasms. And through the whole session I reverse kegel and normal kegel. I got this from an old thread of DLD called the "Stapped Method" I couldnt find it but I know DLD can. I reverse kegel as hard possible for 15-20 seconds and I kegel as hard as possible for 15-20 seconds and repeat the whole time. I continue this for 20-30 minutes. This will sky rocket EQ in no time. after my EQ dropped from hardcore clamping I started to do these instead and I get erection that fell like Im taking a performance drug but I got them the natural way.

Sed266, To be honest it was a shitload of clamped ballooning/Clamped Ulis. Hardcore DAILY clamping. My EQ still suffers from doing that shit so I will retire the clamp for now. I was close to an hour or more daily but even today my erection are 85-90 percent hard from it so I might have a tad more length than what I see. Even though this worked for me wouldn't advise anyone to clamp as much as I did cause I was going overboard and knew I was but didn't care than. My girth didn't really change at all but I will exercise to restore my EQ and get some length gains for a few months then bring the clamp back out. rofl
 
Loved reading that! Great story and I see you coming on allot more as time goes by as you have the mature head. I always see you in many ways like the guy we had around here several years back called Supra.
 
Thanks RED. I did really mature at a young age in general not even just from the exposure of adult entertainment and other bad things. I grew up quick and I really have no idea where that came from. Funny you bring up supra, got a ton respect for the great ideas he brought to Penis Enlargement. To Penis Enlargement, Tonights session. I will use "The Stick(meatal rod)" and do a series of bend exercises(downward,upward,left,right, some closer to the base to get the ligs involved) for 30 minutes. Snake Choker with 5 lb. weight plate for 10-15 minutes.

Rest 10 minutes, Hot Wrap 5 minutes. I was going to skip this but I seen KINGSNAKE say he thought Ballooning after a session jump starts the healing process. I will reverse kegel the whole session. I will save the normal kegels for Tuesdays girth session. I will Ballooning 20-30 minutes.
 
wow is it just me or did today go by really quick. This morning I ballooned and I busted pretty fast cause I had to take a shit so that made me cum. my EQ was on the downside from last nights session but that didn't stop me from balloon this morning(bad idea). Tonight I will just give my willie some rest. But Wed. its on like donkey kong! STRETCHING TO GET TO MY GOAL. its in my sig and that one big mother lover so I got my work cut out for me.

Jump my session off with TENSION STRETCH 5-10 minutes. Use the "The Stick" 15-20 minutes. 10 minute break, 5 minute Hot wrap

*Girth Time!*

Ballooning at least 30 minutes with 4-5 Supra Slammers. With a little twist. I don't go to PONR, I just get my unit full, reverse kegel, OK or ULI at base push up 1 inch and hold 30-60 seconds. When I do these my head get REALLY glossy and engorged so I think these will lead to great gains.

To Penis Enlargement, woke up this morning bored so I decided to jelq 15-20 min. Ballooned about 30 min. My unit was sore so won't do that anymore.

after my workout, Back and triceps. I did some manual stretches in the shower. I'm down to 158 very close to my contest weight. -Bundle Stretches 5 min. for some elasticity for girth

- "The Stick" 10 min. working the ligs and length.

- Ballooning 10 min. with reverse kegels/normal kegels. I used these as a warm up for the next move

-Shrooms of 20 min. These bad boys kill my penis and make my head very glossy. Giving the mushroom head effect.

What are Shrooms you ask?

These are simular to another girth exercise that has been around for awhile. I created these when my head was getting smaller from overtraining. I will describe how to do them in the future.

Name from the mushroom effect of the penile head. I believe I have seen an exercise like these but I think I put my own flavor on it to make it a little different.

-STEP 1: GET AN ERECTION

Tickle your feet, smell your armpits, pinch your nipples rofl. Whatever works for you to get you erect do so.

-STEP 2: PC WORK

I added this in to not just kill two birds but murder an entire flock with one stone. While ballooning or edging. (These are optional) I do a reverse kegel and hold it 30-45 seconds then kegel 20-30 seconds and repeat this throughout the session. This will prime your penis to inflate to max erection size. for each rep.

-STEP 3: ULI or OK GRIP AT BASE

after a good reverse kegel to get in plenty of blood, I will uli or OK grip at the base. hold this for 15-20 seconds. Then I push up an inch up the base holding the uli/OK until the erection starts to subside. PLEASE LISTEN WHEN I SAY WHEN YOU ARE READY TO PUSH UP AN INCH. PUSH VERY SLOWLY. I pushed quick before and my penis stinged as if I got some soap in my penis. If this has ever happened to you you know how painful it is to piss when that happens.

*TIP: When you balloon/edge, Form what I notice is your penis inflate to an higher erect state when you massage and not close hand jerk. I place my thumb tip on the top of the base and other finger under the penis. simular to how you would hold a sandwich.

It takes about 5-10 minutes from start to finish of a good rep. I do about 2-4 after a session.

ironic? I was just about to ask you about what happened to me last night. I was erect slow jelqing just to try something different. and all of a sudden I got this involuntary kegel for like 2-3 minutes. Has this happened before to anyone else?

DAMN IT!!!

I wrote that before I gave it a shoot. It was way too much for me. did maybe half of the shit but it still was a good session.

Does anyone do PC work before there session cause I attemped to do the last part of the experiment and I couldn't do it at all from the build up of sperm from Ballooning.
