My experience is that frequent erections go hand in haand with enlargement.

You want to keep your dick full to its max for as long as possible, right. Ovver time the penis adapts to this, and it will become healthier, and maybe grow.

My main pe method is jelqing, nothing more. On days where I have spent a substantial amount of time erect, after my jelqing, my expansion would be pretty crazy.

it is important to spend as much time as possible erect. It is healthy for your diick, if nothing more.
