I posted about this a few days ago in a somewhat unrelated thread, so it got ignored for the most part. So I figured I'd post it here because this is just too good!!

I was reading the kegel article DLD posted in the Main Forum and it talked about the reason men tend to kegel while they are having sex is because kegeling brings the prostate closer to the penis. Doing this causes the prostate to feel the pressure put on the penis by sex/masturbation/whatever. The prostate is like the man's version of the G spot, so of course this extra feeling is going to cause us to orgasm MUCH more quickly. When I masturbate I usually finish within 5 minutes, if that. If I'm really in a hurry and I need to cum quickly I can do it in under 2 minutes. And I've realized lately that I hold a kegel almost the entire time I masturbate.

So after I read that article I tried masturbating while focusing on holding a REVERSE kegel, in order to keep the prostate as far from my penis as possible. I went for a good 20 minutes without even coming close to ejaculating! When I was ready to cum, I held a normal kegel and came within 15 seconds. I tried the same thing tonight and went for 30 minutes no problem before I realized that it was 4:45 am and I needed to go to bed, so I did a normal kegel so I could finish up. I'm going to start training myself to hold a reverse kegel for as long as I want to without having to think about it, and I think this will be the key to solving tons of premature ejaculation problems.

Guys, try this the next time you have a good long time to masturbate. See how long you can last, and focus on holding a good strong reverse kegel the whole time until you're good and ready to finish up. Tell me what you think.
 
I wrote a similar artical not long back. I find the same as you. kegeling quickens my ejaculation and the reverse does the opposite. I use kegeling to increase erection strength and sometimes I found the reverse sometimes helps in this department also.
 
Same here, cyclops. I find the kegal reflex helps, though, when I'm doing clamp work. For some reason, as long as I stimulate myself, I can keep my PC flexed with little, if any, fatigue. It also helps me edge (minus the Uli) while doing a given exercise.
 
The coolest thing about this is that you can use this and use Sliced Beefs Pre Ejac Exercise as well. Right on!!

Thanks man. This is SO easy to do, I think anyone can do it. The best part is, you decide EXACTLY when you want to cum. So feasibly you can last for 2 hours in bed and then finally *decide* to cum whenever your wife can't take anymore. I think this is going to be a huge step toward solving pre-ejac problems.

Yeah man. I think most guys have this problem to a certain extent. Even the guys that can last for a long time usually can't control exactly when the want to cum. I think that's a GREAT thing to be able to do, and any guy can learn this very quickly.

Hey man I'm just glad I figured it out before I get married :).

Yeah I masturbated the longest I ever have last night (30 minutes) and I probably would have gone longer except it was really late. And then when I finished, I had a GREAT intense orgasm! It was so awesome!
 
Its the way it feels when you push the pee out hard. You should feel the area between your scrotum and butthole swell up some. You don't have to hold the RK really hard, but hold it enough to keep the prostate away from the penis. Experiment with it some and see how it works for you, then report back here because I want to see if this helps a lot of people.

I have a theory that many pre-ejac problems are because of this and not because of anxiety or whatever. I mean sure, there are still those cases, but I bet this method will help a lot of people.
 
Wow... that shit actually works! Of course, I didn't last as long as you did, but it definitely prolonged ejaculation, though I did not have full control... is there anything else I can do besides DLD's newbie plan for kegals? i start the Penis Enlargement routine tomorrow, but ejaculation control would be a great thing to add to a monster dick :o)
 
Yeah man just come up with PC stuff to do. I used to do 100 warm up kegels, then 9 holds for 30 seconds each, then 1 hold for a full minute, then 100 warm down kegels. Once that started to get easy (it took a while!) I added more time to the holds and more reps for the flexes. Just come up with your own stuff. But take the time to become really comfortable with reverse kegels too because that will make this pre-ejac thing easier.

And of course it works! Would I steer you guys wrong? :)

Reverse Kegals first show up in Phase 2 (DLD Blasters).

Any way you can man. Maybe between each 5 second hold you can do a reverse kegel. I think that might be the best way to do it.

Awesome man! I think this is the best thing I've learned from Penis Enlargement! If it were impossible to make my penis bigger, I'd still be concerned about pre-ejac, and this really solves it! Really great to hear that!
 
It makes a lot of sense!
Thing is I don't know if I am performing the reverse kegel properly.
When I try it feels like I am just tensing my lower abdominals.
I know I need to feel like I am trying to start to pee but I just don't
notice any diffenrence when it comes to lasting longer during sex.
 
Practice while you masturbate, not during sex. That way there's no pressure to last long. Once you can do it while you masturbate then try it during sex. It sounds like you're doing it right.

I am going to start to work on this. Reason being, me and my girlfriend stopped having sex as frequently when she went off the pill. I guess I lost some of my [words=http://fleshlight.sjv.io/c/348327/302851/4702]stamina[/words] or something, or mentally I just am having problems with it.

When you reverse kegal do you feel like your erection isn't as great? I kinda do. Also does regular kegaling help with the reverse kegaling?
 
Yeah it may take some practice if you aren't solid with your reverse kegels. I've been doing PC work for 4 years so it was pretty easy for me. :D
 
Nah I didn't mean that it takes 4 years, I meant that it was easy for me because I was such a veteran of PC stuff. You should be able to do it fairly easily with a little practice. Don't give up!
 
Did I understand this right, the whole time you masturbate or have sex you make a weak reverse kegel and then finally when you want to ejaculate you make a normal kegel?
I only heard the theory to masturbate as normal and when you finally reach "the point of no return" you must do normal kegels very fast.

Is it normal for your girth to increase and the veins in your penis to become very exposed while doing this or am I doing it to hard. I might not be conditioned enough, because I have to hold the reverse kegel very hard to control ejaculation. Just curious because I didn't know your penis swelled up too. This could be an added benefit. It would be like an "ace" up my sleeve.
 
This is an awsome excercise. I don't really have too much problem with pre-ejac but with this technique I can go almost as long as I want.

Yes when I reverse kegel it is like im trying to pee really hard. What happens for me though is my abs tighten a lot.

The fact that you are cumming in 30 seconds to 1min may be due to the fact that your mind is just useto it over the years. What I mean is say for example you started masturbating at the age of 14 and you would do it while your parents were out or what have you. Your main goal would be to do it as quickly as possible so as not to get caught correct?. So if you kept trying to get off quickly whenever you had time and kept doing this over the years your mind would be branded with the thought of getting off as quickly as possible. This is the reason most people suffer from premature ejac.

The reason I don't have this problem too much is I always would go at least for 20min as to blow a bigger load. This over the years has branded my mind to go at least 20min before even feeling the need to get off.

The mind is very powerful. You have to train your body but training your mind helps just as much. Do your reverse kegels but focus your mind on going for 5min, when you feel like you are getting close to letting go try to think about something completely off topic as you keep going. I useto do this when I would try to last the 20min it worked for me. This was long before I knew what a kegel or reverse kegal even was.

Test it out next time see if it helps any.

jkisineffect, I'd say your problem is mental rather than physical. This exercise has anatomical reasons that it works, and unless you have different anatomy from everyone else then it's probably a mental game for you. Check out SlicedBeef's premature ejaculation thread. His thread deals with the mental side of premature ejaculation more than the mechanics of it, so it should help you.

tman, that sounds sweet! That's what happens to me when I do a normal kegel, but for some reason when I reverse kegel it gets slightly softer. I'm going to start exercising my PC hardcore like I used to and that should help out with that problem.

I tried this today. Lasted 20 min. I was pushing out the entire time. I guess with more practice, I will lengthen the time. Also, when I did finally cum, I shot my shit like 3 or 4 times. Not dribbled, shot. I think it's cuz I held the reverse kegel until the very last second when my body wanted me to kegel.
