My opinion is pretty much the same as it has been for more than a decade; It takes a very committed, strong, tenacious man with incredible determination to become larger. Too many fear that if PE was popular in society it would destroy average size and every guy would be walking around with a massive cock but this is not true. PE takes a lot more than a simple desire to get bigger, it takes time, effort, consistency and dedication. Most men will not have the patience to accomplish his desire.
