I'm pretty sure somewhere on the net, somebody is customizing them.
I tried these out in the shower. I must say I found it difficult to get the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] filled up with all the water. I then had to get a full erection to quite forcefully get my penis inside. I was able to pump up the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] and the suction was quite good and I enjoyed the feeling. However when I was done, I had a problem getting out of the sleeve. The [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] session had swelled my penis head up quite a bit and I could get it back out through the sleeve while it was still attached to the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words]. I do my normal jelq session with lube. Than I go to the bathroom, fill up the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] with hot water. Get my semi erect to full erect and slide my dick in. The lube helps A LOT, so leave it on your dick. I got the sleeve to work. I had to cut the end of it because it was too thin.
The key is attaching the sleeve, then pulling it OUT of the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] while still attached and filling the whole [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] up with water. Once it is filled with water, stuff the sleeve back in and pump. I have had no air bubbles when I do this right and the suction is very good.
It also is much more comfortable with the sleeve than without. I got horrible rings on the base of my shaft and it was almost cut and bleeding. With the sleeve, I get none and it's way more comfortable.
