Even when I suBathmateerge it, the open end wants to lift which leads me to believe there's an air pocket. This never happened before applying the sleeve. Secondly, the tapered end was so narrow that it was difficult to pass my gland through, it choked the shaft while I was pumping, and getting out of it was a bit painful.

Hmm well I decided to make the incisions plus I adjusted the slip and it was much more comfortable.
All-in-all I recommend the sleeve add-on because now there is a lot less pain from the pressing of the rings on the penis.
Now I'm just working on being more consistent in my use
