Hey guys. Im sorry I havent posted in a while. I also havent been doing any Penis Enlargement :/ which is very unfortunate. I am in a living situation where I do not have proper privacy to be able to do so nor do I have much time right now as I am working 2 jobs.... It is a bummer and hopefully I will be able to get back on track at some point, but as of right now I do not know when that time will be.

right now I'm not doing any Penis Enlargement. The only thing that MIGHT be considered Penis Enlargement is that I wear a cock ring when I masterbate, and that is typically 30 minutes ish. So I get some "clamping" in here and there I guess. But like said, I really dont have the time for any right now. I work construction, so I am not going to stretch out my dick in a nasty port-poty, and even if i did, I cant do it multiple times a day... Its just the situation I am in right now, but it will change by october.
 
So the past few days I have been trying to get back into SOMETHING. So I have been doing about an hour a day of one of my own exercises that is a combination of hanging and extending using a Kettle Bell. I posted pictures of the exercise a long time ago, I do not recall what I named it though. Anyways it is a great exercise in my opinion because when I am done I can FEEL my Suspensory Lig stretched out and fatigued.
It is good to get back into something.
I was also able to get back into my [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] this evening for about 10 minutes. I was able to pump right up to 198-200 in the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]X-40[/words], so that was good.

So I looked through my photos and realized that I have never posted a picture of this exercise I am referring to in my above post. I call it the "Extended Hang"
Using the head piece of the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]SG[/words], I attach that to my penis and then attach the head piece to a 30lb kettle bell.
Placing the KB on the ground, I get my penis fully extended, and I can adjust the tension by moving back and fourth in my chair, or moving the KB back and fourth on the ground OR, SLIGHTLY leaning back or fourth.
I do sets of 20 minutes at one time, then a 5 minute break, then back into the Rep.

Tell me what you guys think, if you have any questions, please feel free to ask. If you need further clarification, just ask. DLD, I am especially curious as to what your thoughts on this exercise are??

Thank you. Yes I started with 30lbs, but I didnt start "hanging" it, and I still dont. If I stand up, I can barely lift the weight off the ground, but only for about 1 second.. I am too scared, I need to work up to it. But like said the weight is more like an anchor. I would consider this "extending" but with extreme tension.

I originally had the 30lb KB for V-hangs. Where the handle is placed at the base of the penis, and you hold your penis up by your belly button. The weight is only on the lig in that position so it makes you able to use much more weight than if you were to just do a straight down hang.

I think it is smart, it will allow you to gain from angles that you would have not found unless you did this exercise. Much of gainning is experimenting and finding better, faster ways to accomplish the goal.
 
Hey all. I just wanted to update. I have been out of Penis Enlargement for a while, but I am back! I have been hanging off and on for the last 2-3 weeks or so. But ive decided to keep at it regularly again and try for some gains again.

My new routine looks something like this.

Hang:
Straight down @ 10lbs for 15-20 minutes
5 minute rest
Over The Leg (Right) @ 30lbs for 10 Minutes
5 Minute Rest
Over The Leg (Left) @ 30lbs for 10 Minutes
5 Minute Rest
Straight Down @ 10lbs for 15-20 minutes

Girth:
Clamping 2-3 sets of 12-15 minutes using 2-3 Cable Clamps
Erect Bends (left, right, forward, back) 30 seconds each while clamped.
Ulis (While clamped).. Basically I'm just Kegaling as hard as i can for about 5 minutes to get as much blood in as possible while clamped... i dont know if this could be considered a Uli or not.
Wet Jelqing (No set rep scheme ive decided on yet) just doing it for a while and getting good expansion at a very high intensity level


Anyways, thats about it for now. I may not be posting regularly like i used to, but just know that i have not been lost. I am still here and working! And this is what my routine will roughly look like for the next little while.. my stats have changed. I lost some of my gains. but i am not too worried about it as i know i will get them back shortly!

I do laugh at myself however, I have a new girl friend. She's a little girl, about 5'3''. Im only 5'10''... anyways she is always telling me that i have a huge dick, and that is an awesome feeling! a real confidence booster for sure! When we have sex, I bottom her out in missionary and doggy.. Even though i know it kinda hurts her, there is something inside that makes me smile every time she squirms or says ouch... i hope that doesnt sound sadistic, i hope some of you guys understand where i am coming from on this! haha... anyways, i laugh at myself because here i have this new girl that loves the size of my dick (which still isnt huge in my opinion) and i still want to make it bigger... im not too concerned with length right now, i do want to gain a good amount of girth mostly.. but i still want to be longer...

Right now im NBP 6.75 and BP 7.5 and my EG is 5.5

My Goals are still to be 7.5-8 NBP and about 5.75-6 EG. I dont care too much about my BPenis EnlargementL because if I ever get to 7.5 NBP itll look huge and thats all i care!

I am experiencing fantastic expansion with just these manual girth exercises. I am even getting fluid retention through just these manual exercises, which is kind of odd to me, but im ok with it. Im taking it as a PI.

So yet again I have been very inconsistent with my Penis Enlargement unfortunately. But for the last week I have been back into it! I have been extending for 2 hours a day, now I know that isnt much, but I am extending at full resistance. Ive already seen some results in my flaccid hang and also in my flaccid stretched length! So those are both good signs!
Unfortunately my erect girth has gone back down to 5 inches mid shaft which is a huge bummer to me. I aspire to be 5.75 minimum! So I definitely have my work cut out for me. I just hope to stay consistent right now. I also need to incorporate a girth routine, but I am not sure as to what routine I want to do. Thoughts and suggestions are welcome!
 
Just received my AB Silicon anti-turtleing sleeve. I love it. So incredibly comfortable! Looking forward to hopefully make some faster gains with this thing!

Also, still looking for some advice on Girth Routines? Any advice?
