Hi for anyone interested in this log.

Yesterday i had a tremendous session with this vitallus. The vitallus plus seems to be an interesting concept. As I understand it the compression sleeve counteracts the pressure, leaving the pumping effect dormant. So according to the law of conservation of force it should be translated into tension at the penis shaft. That is if the pressure can translate into tension if there is no connection between the compression sleeve and the tube.

I've looked up several other users experiences, but I wasn't able to find really consistent reports of results.

Worse there are several instances of fairly obvious shill reviews at �other forum� and German forums. I'm staying away from this product mainly because of this reason and I suggest you guys do the same.
