I just want to release some steam here. Sorry about that but I just wrote the support that my strap broke and was being told to buy new ones. Ha! 40$ for 2 pieces of plastic.
The velcro strap hack doesn't really work for me.

Sending early costumers free replacements and then telling others to buy them if they break, is a bad business tactic imo. >:(

Most likely the weekend did not count as time since order, I would consider today, Monday, the first day.

You could test if they do by placing an order right up to the point you pay, this will let you know if it will work.
 
Philippines is included in the country list for purchasing size genetics

but I don't know if our country will allow to import that kind of product. Just like the guy who ordered from Vietnam.

could sir SizeGenetics confirm this? Coz I'll be using Visa Electron as payment and if Philippines really do accept imports of penis extenders, I'll be depositing money to my account ASAP....

And also, I will also ask if they could make the delivery for pickup? Meaning, I would get my order at the nearest dhl outlet in our area and not directly send the extender to our house?
And how long does it take to deliver to our country??

Been trolling on the forum for a couple months now and in the newbie program. Decided to pick up the SG and include it in my program. Looking forward to receiving the product. Apparently the SG offices are still on holiday today.
