BTW, why was it when I checked one of the emails sent by paypal, it says "unconfirmed" beside my shipping address? But I already have placed the address on the website and I saw it written before I ordered the size genetics. Is that normal??

Have you confirmed your email address with Paypal? If you are unconfirmed they have a process that will confirm you, pretty easy to do. You will get your tracking number later, usually the package comes before the tracking, they are fast shippers.
 
update: got the invoice and my address is correct :) :) :)

I just want to clarify what I ordered:
SG1, ME1, PHDVD1..,

is SG1 the size extender?
is PHDVD1 the penis health DVD?

is that the Male enhancer pills or the bag?
 
2 days have passed but still I haven't received the tracking number.
According to the order successful mail it says that an automated email will be generated once the package has been dispatched.
Does it mean they still haven't shipped my order?

Your order was shipped, for some reason the tracking, for me anyway, always comes the same day the Extender does...their shipping is very quick.

Well not quite as I had wished because customer support stated they wont pay for my shipping to send it back to them so the device can be fixed. I'll probably be sending it back but for the future if this ever were to happen I'd highly recommend a Return Merchandise Authorization for the device so the individual doesn't have to go through the let down God forbid their device has a glitch. But they were very pleasant on the phone and informative so I did appreciate that for sure.

actually, DHL sent me the tracking number.

The good news is that I knew now that my order is in my country. However they still hold it for customs tax...
WTF., the customs tax is 55 US dollars!!! Almost the same cost as the shipping rate of DHL.
Since it's friday in our country I can get the product by Monday or Tuesday :( :(

Gotta agree with sir DLD about how fast is the shipping.
I checked my tracking history and I found out that it was in our country since yesterday. Took only 3 days and I live in Asian country :) :) :)

I am also hoping that I got my order in good condition

What the hell is that tax about? Who decides this and how do they determine who will get taxed? Seems like a racket to me.
 
it was part of our country's law... so customs tax in our country is really expensive

BTW, received mine yesterday :) :)

I think I like the bag more than the pills because they are consumable but its ok :) :)

Just wondering, how can i lock the box? I can't find the key.

And also, inside the box there a token with 'jes' engraved in it. What is it for?

i really can't figure out how to lock the box using that 'token'. it is not fitted in the locker of the box.

basically what i'm referring to is the 2 pieces of a coin sized with jes engraved on it.

I can advise that the tokens are not used to lock the box they are used to help tighten the extension bars when you add them to the device.

You should have received a key when you received the device that you use to lock the box
